According to the method and the device, the query sequence of the skill groups is determined according to the priority sequence of the account labels, important identifiers of priority incoming lines, exclusive service teams, platform linkage and equal differentiation services are provided for different types of customers, and corresponding skill seats of the required services are accurately and quickly provided for the customers by identifying the customer labels to match with the corresponding skill groups.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the skill groups and the account labels have a one-to-one association relationship, for example, the account labels and the priority order may include: the system comprises a VIP old person label, a VIP label, a client star grade label, an old person label, a new energy vehicle owner label or a green low-carbon label, a special population label and the like. In the disclosed embodiment, the query order of skill groups matching the second routing parameter is determined. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the query sequence is, for example: account label C skill grouping, account label G skill grouping, and account label Z skill grouping. And inquiring the seat account number matched with the first routing parameter from the current skill group. In one example, the current skill group is an account label C skill group, from which an agent account number meeting the first routing parameters is queried. And under the condition that the agent account number matched with the first routing parameter is not inquired in the current skill group, according to the inquiry sequence, the next skill group of the account label C skill group is an account label G skill group, inquiring the agent account number matched with the first routing parameter in the account label G skill group, if the agent account number is not inquired, inquiring the agent account number matched with the first routing parameter in the account label G skill group, and repeating the steps until all the skill groups in the inquiry sequence are inquired.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not limited to being performed in the exact order illustrated and, unless explicitly stated herein, may be performed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the figures may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of execution of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or in alternation with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.

In one possible implementation manner, the access module includes:
the determining submodule is used for determining the query sequence of the skill group matched with the second routing parameter according to the preset account label priority;
and the query sub-module is used for querying the agent accounts matched with the first routing parameters from the skill groups according to the query sequence.
In a possible implementation manner, the first routing parameter is represented in an encoded manner, and the access module includes:
the extraction submodule is used for identifying the channel associated data of the voice navigation and extracting different categories of classified codes;
the first determining submodule is used for determining the classified code as a first routing parameter under the condition that the classified code is determined to exist in a preset classified code set.
In a possible implementation manner, the access module further includes:
and the second determining submodule is used for determining the first routing parameter as a preset general parameter under the condition that the classification code does not exist in the preset classification code set.
In one possible implementation, the second routing parameter includes a plurality of account labels of the account, and the determining module includes:
the recognition sub-module is used for recognizing the channel associated data of the voice navigation and extracting account labels of different categories;
and the third determining submodule is used for determining the account label as a second routing parameter under the condition that the account label is determined to exist in the preset account label set.
In one possible implementation, the query submodule includes:
the first query unit is used for querying the agent account matched with the first routing parameter from the current skill group;
and a second query unit, configured to query, according to the query sequence, an agent account from a next skill group of the current skill group if an agent account matched with the first routing parameter is not queried in the current skill group.
In one possible implementation, the query submodule includes:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the wiring time of the account;
and the third query unit is used for querying the seat account matched with the first routing parameter and the wiring time from the skill group according to the query sequence.
In one possible implementation, the first routing parameter includes at least one of:
the method comprises the steps of switching type, special line type, customer selected language type, switching reason, account level and incoming line object identification number.

Referring to fig. 9, electronic device 900 includes a processing component 920 that further includes one or more processors and memory resources, represented by memory 922, for storing instructions, such as applications, that are executable by processing component 920. The application programs stored in memory 922 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 920 is configured to execute instructions to perform the methods described above.
The electronic device 900 may further include: the power component 924 is configured to perform power management of the electronic device 900, the wired or wireless network interface 926 is configured to connect the electronic device 900 to a network, and the input-output (I/O) interface 928. The electronic device 900 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 922, such as Windows Server, mac OS X, unix, linux, freeBSD, or the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as memory 922 comprising instructions, executable by a processor of electronic device 900 to perform the above-described method is also provided. The storage medium may be a computer-readable storage medium, which may be, for example, a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided that includes instructions executable by a processor of the electronic device 900 to perform the above-described method.

Claims (19)

1. A data access method, comprising:
receiving a grouping request of an account and channel associated data of voice navigation, and determining a first routing parameter according to the channel associated data of the voice navigation;
determining a second routing parameter according to the channel associated data of the voice navigation and the preset account label category;
and inquiring an agent account matched with the first routing parameter from the skill group matched with the second routing parameter, and accessing incoming line data of the account to the agent account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein querying agent accounts matching the first routing parameter from skill groups matching the second routing parameter comprises:
determining a query sequence of skill groups matched with the second routing parameters according to a preset account label priority;
and inquiring the agent accounts matched with the first routing parameters from the skill groups according to the inquiry sequence.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first routing parameter is represented in an encoded manner, wherein receiving the grouping request for the account and the voice navigation routing data and determining the first routing parameter according to the voice navigation routing data comprises:
identifying the channel associated data of the voice navigation, and extracting different categories of classified codes;
and under the condition that the classified code is determined to exist in a preset classified code set, determining the classified code as a first routing parameter.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and under the condition that the classified codes do not exist in a preset classified code set, determining the first routing parameter as a preset general parameter.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the second routing parameter comprises a plurality of account tags for the account, and wherein determining the second routing parameter based on the voice navigation routing data and a predetermined account tag category comprises:
identifying the channel associated data of the voice navigation, and extracting account labels of different categories;
and under the condition that the account label is determined to exist in a preset account label set, determining the account label as a second routing parameter.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein querying agent account accounts from the skill group that match the first routing parameter in the query order comprises:
inquiring an agent account matched with the first routing parameter from the current skill group;
and under the condition that the seat account matched with the first routing parameter is not inquired in the current skill group, inquiring the seat account from the next skill group of the current skill group according to the inquiry sequence.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein querying agent accounts from the skill groups that match the first routing parameter in the query order comprises:
acquiring the wiring time of an account;
and inquiring the seat account numbers matched with the first routing parameters and the wiring time from the skill groups according to the inquiry sequence.
8. The method according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first routing parameter comprises at least one of:
the method comprises the steps of switching type, special line type, customer selected language type, switching reason, account level and incoming line object identification number.
9. A data access apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a grouping request of an account and channel associated data of voice navigation and determining a first routing parameter according to the channel associated data of the voice navigation;
the determining module is used for determining a second routing parameter according to the channel associated data of the voice navigation and the preset account label category;
and the access module is used for inquiring the seat account matched with the first routing parameter from the skill group matched with the second routing parameter and accessing the incoming line data of the account to the seat account.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the access module comprises:
the determining submodule is used for determining the query sequence of the skill group matched with the second routing parameter according to the preset account label priority;
and the query sub-module is used for querying the agent accounts matched with the first routing parameters from the skill groups according to the query sequence.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the first routing parameter is represented in an encoded manner, and wherein the access module comprises:
the extraction submodule is used for identifying the channel associated data of the voice navigation and extracting different categories of classified codes;
the first determining submodule is used for determining the classified code as a first routing parameter under the condition that the classified code is determined to exist in a preset classified code set.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the access module further comprises:
and the second determining submodule is used for determining the first routing parameter as a preset general parameter under the condition that the classification code does not exist in the preset classification code set.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the second routing parameter comprises a plurality of account labels for the account, and wherein the means for determining comprises:
the recognition sub-module is used for recognizing the channel associated data of the voice navigation and extracting account labels of different categories;
and the third determining submodule is used for determining the account label as a second routing parameter under the condition that the account label is determined to exist in the preset account label set.
14. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the query submodule comprises:
the first query unit is used for querying the agent account matched with the first routing parameter from the current skill group;
and a second query unit, configured to query, according to the query sequence, an agent account from a next skill group of the current skill group if an agent account matched with the first routing parameter is not queried in the current skill group.
15. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the query submodule comprises:
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining the wiring time of the account;
and the third query unit is used for querying the seat account matched with the first routing parameter and the wiring time from the skill group according to the query sequence.
16. The apparatus according to any of claims 9 to 15, wherein the first routing parameter comprises at least one of:

17. A server, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the data access method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
18. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions in the computer-readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of a server, enable the server to perform the data access method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
19. A computer program product comprising instructions which, when executed by a processor of a server, enable the server to perform the data access method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
