In the embodiment of the application, the first operation is an operation of manually inputting an incoming call number by a first user, after a social program is started, an attempt is made to automatically acquire the incoming call number of a second user from a mobile terminal, if the incoming call number of the second user cannot be automatically acquired, a prompt message is displayed on the mobile terminal to prompt the first user to input the incoming call number of the second user on a display interface of the mobile terminal, and after the first user inputs the incoming call number of the second user on the display interface of the mobile terminal, the social program can acquire the incoming call number of the second user.
The social program searches the incoming call number of the second user from the address list of the social program based on the obtained incoming call number of the second user, and if the incoming call number of the second user is stored in the address list of the social program in advance, obtains a user identifier (such as the name of the second user) of the second user corresponding to the incoming call number; if the address book of the social program does not store the incoming call number in advance, the first user adds the incoming call number and the user identification of the second user corresponding to the incoming call number in the address book of the social program.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the social program may also call an address book of the mobile terminal itself, or the address book of the server side may search for the incoming call number and the user identifier of the second user corresponding to the incoming call number.
Step 202: and sending the personnel information to a recording device to indicate the recording device to process first recording data based on the personnel information to obtain second recording data, wherein the first recording data are recorded by the recording device to the call.
The mobile terminal sends the personnel information to the recording device after acquiring the personnel information related to the incoming call, and in addition, the mobile terminal generates a name of the incoming call based on the personnel information and sends the name to the recording device. Alternatively, the name may be generated by the recording apparatus itself based on the person information after the recording apparatus receives the person information transmitted from the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the recording device and the mobile terminal can be in wired communication connection or wireless communication connection, and preferably, the recording device is a wired earphone capable of being in wired communication connection with the mobile terminal, or a bluetooth earphone capable of being in wireless communication connection with the mobile terminal.
The recording device is provided with a transfer auxiliary module, a portable storage medium is arranged in the transfer auxiliary module, the recording device utilizes the portable storage medium to store recording data in a call process, and the portable storage medium can be conveniently detached from the recording device and then connected with other equipment.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal sends a recording start notification to the recording apparatus to notify the recording apparatus to start recording when receiving an incoming call of the second user. And under the condition that the mobile terminal finishes the incoming call with the second user, sending a recording finishing notification to the recording device, and informing the recording device of finishing recording.
In the embodiment of the application, the recording device generates the first recording data when the recording device finishes the incoming call, and the original name of the first recording data may be randomly generated or generated based on the call time. The sound recording apparatus replaces an original name of the first sound recording data with a named name generated based on the person information after generating the first sound recording data having the original name.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the personal information may further include, in addition to the user identifier of the first user and the user identifier of the second user, an incoming call number of the second user and incoming call identifier information used for indicating that a call is an incoming call scenario.
In the embodiment of the application, the recording device signs the content and the name of the first recording data respectively, so that the recording device can be used for identifying the second recording data based on any one of the signature information of the content and the signature information of the name of the first recording data when the recording data needs to be called subsequently, and the second recording data is prevented from being modified.
As a specific implementation manner, the sound recording apparatus may sign the content of the first sound recording data and the person information according to a set of symmetric encryption rules, so that the content of the first sound recording data has signature information; similarly, the name and the person information can be signed according to the same set of symmetric encryption rules to obtain the name with the signature information.
Of course, the encryption rule of the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the above-mentioned one, and all ways of signing the content of the first sound recording data and the name of the first sound recording data are within the scope of the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, the recording device sends the second recording data to the target platform after obtaining the second recording data, and the target platform can store the second recording data, and because the second recording data has the name generated based on the personal information, the target platform can associate the second recording data with the personal information based on the name of the second recording data. When the target platform associates the second sound recording data with the person information, the second sound recording data may be specifically associated with the user identifier of the first user in the person information, or the second sound recording data may be associated with the user identifier of the second user in the person information.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, in a case that the person information further includes incoming call identification information used for indicating that the call is an incoming call scenario, the target platform may further mark, based on the incoming call identification information, that the call corresponding to the second recording data is an incoming call.
According to the embodiment of the application, the recording data and the personnel information are associated and stored by the target platform, so that the call content can be conveniently tracked subsequently, and the recording data is used as important evidence in scenes such as service quality supervision, marketing analysis and dispute resolution.
According to the technical scheme, the mobile terminal can determine the personnel information corresponding to the incoming call number by using the social program in the incoming call scene, and record the incoming call conversation process based on the recording device, so that the conversation content can be conveniently tracked subsequently. The call recording process is not limited by places or by a third-party platform, and the whole scheme is flexible and easy to realize.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the first user executes the call operation with the second user by utilizing the social program on the mobile terminal, the recording device records the call process, the controllable software and hardware scheme is adopted, the recording of the call process between the users is realized, the realization mode is simple, and the cost is low.
Fig. 3 is a third schematic flowchart of a call recording method according to an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 3, the method is applied to a recording apparatus, and the method includes:
step 301: in an incoming call scene, recording a call to obtain first recording data.
In the embodiment of the present application, the recording device and the mobile terminal can be connected in a wired communication manner or in a wireless communication manner, and preferably, the recording device is a wired headset that can be connected in a wired communication manner with the mobile terminal, or a bluetooth headset that can be connected in a wireless communication manner with the mobile terminal.
The recording device is provided with a transfer auxiliary module, a portable storage medium is arranged in the transfer auxiliary module, the recording device utilizes the portable storage medium to store recording data in a call process, and the portable storage medium can be conveniently detached from the recording device and then connected with other equipment.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal sends a recording start notification to the recording apparatus to notify the recording apparatus to start recording when receiving an incoming call of the second user. And under the condition that the mobile terminal finishes the incoming call with the second user, sending a recording finishing notification to the recording device, and informing the recording device to finish recording.
In the embodiment of the application, the recording device generates the first recording data when the recording device finishes the incoming call, and the original name of the first recording data may be randomly generated or generated based on the call time.
Step 302: receiving personnel information sent by a mobile terminal; the personnel information is obtained by detecting the incoming call number based on a social program.
The mobile terminal can start the social program automatically or based on manual operation of the user when receiving the incoming call of the second user. The social program has a pre-stored address book, in which a user identifier (such as a user name) and a phone number of at least one second user are recorded.

The social program searches the incoming call number of the second user from the address list of the social program based on the obtained incoming call number of the second user, and if the incoming call number of the second user is stored in the address list of the social program in advance, obtains a user identifier (such as the name of the second user) of the second user corresponding to the incoming call number; if the address book of the social program does not store the incoming call number in advance, the first user adds the incoming call number and the user identification of the second user corresponding to the incoming call number in the address book of the social program.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the social program may also call an address book of the mobile terminal itself, or the address book of the server side may search for the incoming call number and the user identifier of the second user corresponding to the incoming call number.
The mobile terminal sends the personnel information to the recording device after acquiring the personnel information related to the incoming call, and in addition, the mobile terminal generates a name of the incoming call based on the personnel information and sends the name to the recording device. Alternatively, the name may be generated by the recording apparatus itself based on the person information after the recording apparatus receives the person information transmitted by the mobile terminal.
Step 303: and processing the first recording data based on the personnel information to obtain second recording data.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the step 303 may be specifically implemented by:
and generating a name based on the personnel information, and naming the first sound recording data by using the name to obtain the first sound recording data with the name.
In the embodiment of the application, the recording device generates the first recording data when the recording device finishes the incoming call, and the original name of the first recording data may be randomly generated or generated based on the call time. In an optional embodiment of the present application, the personal information may further include, in addition to the user identifier of the first user and the user identifier of the second user, an incoming call number of the second user and incoming call identifier information used for indicating that the call is an incoming call scenario.
In the embodiment of the application, the recording device signs the content and the name of the first recording data respectively, so that the recording device can be used for identifying the second recording data based on any one of the signature information of the content and the signature information of the name of the first recording data when the recording data needs to be called subsequently, and the second recording data is prevented from being modified.
As a specific implementation manner, the sound recording apparatus may sign the content of the first sound recording data and the person information according to a set of symmetric encryption rules, so that the content of the first sound recording data has signature information; similarly, the name and the person information can be signed according to the same set of symmetric encryption rules to obtain the name with the signature information.
Of course, the encryption rule of the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the above-mentioned one, and all ways of signing the content of the first sound recording data and the name of the first sound recording data are within the scope of the embodiment of the present application.
In an optional implementation manner of this application, after the step 303 is executed, the recording device may further send the second recording data to a target platform, where the target platform is configured to associate the second recording data with the person information.
In the embodiment of the application, the recording device sends the second recording data to the target platform after obtaining the second recording data, and the target platform can store the second recording data, and because the second recording data has the name generated based on the personal information, the target platform can associate the second recording data with the personal information based on the name of the second recording data. When the target platform associates the second sound recording data with the person information, the second sound recording data may be specifically associated with the user identifier of the first user in the person information, and the second sound recording data may also be associated with the user identifier of the second user in the person information.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, in a case that the person information further includes incoming call identification information used for indicating that the call is an incoming call scenario, the target platform may further mark, based on the incoming call identification information, that the call corresponding to the second recording data is an incoming call.
According to the embodiment of the application, the recording data and the personnel information are associated and stored by the target platform, so that the call content can be conveniently tracked subsequently, and the recording data is used as important evidence in scenes such as service quality supervision, marketing analysis and dispute resolution.

Hereinafter, the incoming call recording process according to the embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to a specific scenario.
Fig. 4 is a call recording flowchart in an incoming call process according to an embodiment of the present application, and in fig. 4, a call between a call distributor and a client is performed by using a pocket assistant App installed on a mobile phone, and a scene of recording in the process is displayed. The first user is a telemarketer, the second user is a client, the recording device is a Bluetooth headset, and the target platform is a pocket assistant platform. The incoming call recording process shown in fig. 4 specifically includes the following steps:
step 401: an incoming call is received.
When the customer dials the telephone number to the telephone number distributor, the telephone number distributor can answer the telephone number of the customer through the mobile phone.
Step 402: and judging whether the incoming call is answered.
The mobile phone determines whether the telephone number of the customer is connected or not, and sends the telephone connection information to the Bluetooth headset under the condition that the telephone number of the customer is determined to be answered by the telephone number of the customer.
Step 403: the conversation voice passes through the Bluetooth earphone, and the transfer auxiliary module in the earphone can transfer the voice data to the portable storage medium.
And under the condition that the Bluetooth headset determines that the telephone call between the telephone sales person and the client is connected through the mobile phone, the headset starts to record the call process and stores the recording data into a portable storage medium of the Bluetooth headset.
Step 404: and opening the pocket assistant App, and detecting and acquiring the calling number currently in call.
And after the e-mail personnel punch the assistant App with the open pocket, the operation of acquiring the telephone number of the incoming call client is executed.
Step 405: and judging whether the incoming call number is detected successfully.
The pocket assistant App determines whether a customer number is detected, and if the customer number is not successfully detected, step 407 is performed.
Step 406: (last 3 seconds) prompt: whether to cancel the recording (selection made within 3s, default recording).
The pocket assistant App can also prompt the e-saler whether to cancel the recording.

If the pocket assistant does not successfully detect the customer number, a number entry interface may be displayed for the emailing personnel to manually enter the customer number on the pocket assistant App.

Step 409: and judging whether to cancel the recording.
If the telemarketer confirms to cancel the recording on the pocket assistant App, go to step 410; otherwise, step 411 is performed.
Step 410: and informing the unloading auxiliary module to stop unloading the voice data, emptying the unloaded voice data, and not recording the call.
The pocket assistant App sends a notification message to the bluetooth headset, wherein the notification message is used for instructing the bluetooth headset to stop the recording operation and emptying the recorded data stored in the storage medium.
Step 411: and matching corresponding clients (matching has unified logic, and matching is necessarily successful.
And after acquiring the client number, the pocket assistant App matches the id of the client according to the client number.
Step 412: the required information D (including the telemarketer pid, the client id, the client contact information and the like) is acquired and the recording file name F2 (which is related to the information D) is determined.
And after acquiring the id of the client, the pocket assistant App confirms the recording file name F2 according to the information D and sends the information D and the recording file name F2 to the Bluetooth headset.
Step 413: and temporarily storing the prepared information D and the recording file name F2 to the transfer auxiliary module.
And after the Bluetooth headset acquires the information D and the recording file name F2, the two pieces of information are stored in a portable storage medium of the Bluetooth headset.
Step 414: and after the call is finished, the unloading auxiliary module stops the recording unloading, renames the result recording file to be F2, and then signs the recording file and the information D together according to a set of symmetric encryption rules to generate 1 signature file.
And under the condition that the Bluetooth headset determines that the call between the e-seller and the client is finished, stopping recording, naming the recording file in the call process by using F2, and signing the recording file and the named name by using the information D according to a set of symmetrical encryption rules respectively to generate the recording file with signature information.
After the Bluetooth headset generates the sound recording file with the signature information, the sound recording file is uploaded to the pocket assistant platform, and the pocket assistant platform matches the sound recording file with a telephone sales person based on the name of the sound recording file.
Through the recording process of the incoming call scene shown in fig. 4, when the telemarketer receives the incoming call of the client, the call process can be recorded, the recording file is named and signed according to the set rule, the recording file with the signature information is uploaded to the pocket assistant platform, the recording file and the telemarketer can be matched and stored, the subsequent performance assessment of the telemarketer is facilitated, and the client can be tracked according to the stored recording file.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart of a call recording process in an outgoing call process provided in the embodiment of the present application, except for an incoming call scenario; as shown in fig. 5, the call recording process of the outgoing call process includes the following steps:
step 501: in the pocket assistant App, a certain selectable contact for the customer is selected, and "contact" is clicked.
The pocket assistant App is an application installed in a mobile phone, and a call operator performs a call operation with a client by operating on the pocket assistant App. The e-salesman selects the contact address of the customer by calling the address book on the pocket assistant App and clicks the "contact" dial to the customer.
Step 502: acquiring required information D (including the id of the telemarketer, the id of the client, the contact information of the client and the like) and determining a recording file name F1 (the file name is related to the information D).
The pocket assistant App can acquire the user identification of the telemarketer, the user identification of the client and the telephone information of the client, and generate a recording file name of the dialing operation based on the information.
Step 503: and judging whether the code is legal or not.
The pocket assistant App determines whether the acquired information D is correct. If the information D is correctly acquired, step 505 is executed, and if the information D is not correctly acquired, step 504 is executed.
Step 504: and (4) prompting: and detecting whether the connection of the Bluetooth headset or the network connection is abnormal or not.
And displaying prompt information on the pocket assistant App to prompt the user to detect whether the Bluetooth headset connection or the network connection is normal.
Step 505: and temporarily storing the prepared information D and the recording file name F1 to a transfer auxiliary module.
And if the pocket assistant App correctly acquires the information D, the information D and the recording file name are sent to the Bluetooth headset, and the Bluetooth headset stores the information D and the recording file name F1 in a portable storage medium in the unloading auxiliary module.
Step 506: and calling the system to dial.
The pocket assistant App invokes the dialing system of the second device to dial the customer.
Step 507: and judging whether the dialing is connected or not.
And the pocket assistant App sends a notification message that the dialing is not connected to the bluetooth headset when the dialing is not connected, and the bluetooth headset executes the step 508, otherwise, the bluetooth headset executes the step 509.

And the Bluetooth headset clears the call recording data stored in the portable storage medium of the Bluetooth headset when receiving the notification message that the dialing is not connected.
Step 509: the conversation voice passes through the Bluetooth earphone, and the voice data can be transferred to the portable storage medium by the transfer auxiliary module in the earphone.
The Bluetooth headset works in a customization mode, records the call process, and stores the voice data obtained by recording into a portable storage medium of the Bluetooth headset.
Step 510: and after the conversation is finished, the record unloading auxiliary module stops the record unloading, renames the result record file to F1, and then signs the record file and the information D together according to a set of symmetric encryption rules to generate 1 signature file.
Under the condition that the Bluetooth headset determines that the call between the e-saler and the client is finished, stopping recording, naming the recording file in the call process by using the F1, and signing the recording file and the named name by using the information D according to a set of symmetrical encryption rules respectively to generate the recording file with signature information.
After the Bluetooth headset generates the sound recording file with the signature information, the sound recording file is uploaded to the pocket assistant platform, and the pocket assistant platform matches the sound recording file with a telephone sales person based on the name of the sound recording file.
Through the recording process shown in fig. 5, when the customer is dialed by the telemarketer, the call process can be recorded, the recording file is named and signed according to the set rule, the recording file with the signature information is uploaded to the pocket assistant platform, the recording file and the telemarketer can be matched and stored, the performance assessment of the telemarketer can be conveniently carried out subsequently, and the customer can be conveniently tracked according to the stored recording file.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural composition diagram of a call recording device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the device is applied to a mobile terminal, and the device includes:
the detecting unit 601 is configured to detect the incoming call number based on a social program in an incoming call scene to obtain staff information corresponding to the incoming call number;

By way of illustration and not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), synchronous Static Random Access Memory (SSRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (DDRSDRAM), enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (ESDRAM), enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (Enhanced DRAM), synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SLDRAM), direct Memory (DRmb Access), and Random Access Memory (DRAM). The memory 902 described in embodiments herein is intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
The method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be applied to the processor 901, or implemented by the processor 901. Processor 901 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be implemented by integrated logic circuits of hardware in the processor 901 or by instructions in the form of software. The processor 901 as described above may be a general purpose processor, a DSP, or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like. The processor 901 may implement or perform the methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software modules may be located in a storage medium located in the memory 902, and the processor 901 reads the information in the memory 902, and in combination with its hardware, performs the steps of the method as described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic Device may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), DSPs, programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), FPGAs, general purpose processors, controllers, MCUs, microprocessors (microprocessors), or other electronic components for performing the aforementioned call recording method.
Embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is configured to, when executed by a processor, perform at least the steps of the method shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, or fig. 3. The computer readable storage medium may be specifically a memory. The memory may be memory 902 as shown in fig. 9.
The technical solutions described in the embodiments of the present application may be arbitrarily combined without conflict.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method and intelligent device may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or in other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on multiple network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one second processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application.

Claims (16)

1. A call recording method is applied to a mobile terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in an incoming call scene, detecting the incoming call number based on a social program to acquire personnel information corresponding to the incoming call number;
recording the call based on a recording device to obtain first recording data;
and processing the first recording data based on the personnel information to obtain second recording data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the first recorded data based on the person information to obtain second recorded data comprises:
and generating a name based on the personnel information, and naming the first sound recording data by using the name to obtain the first sound recording data with the name.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the processing the first recorded data based on the person information to obtain second recorded data further comprises:
and signing the first sound recording data and the named name respectively based on a preset encryption rule to obtain second sound recording data with signature information.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the people information comprises a user identification of the first user and a user identification of the second user; the detecting the incoming call number based on the social program to acquire the personnel information corresponding to the incoming call number comprises the following steps:
automatically acquiring the incoming call number by utilizing the social program, or acquiring the incoming call number based on a first operation of a first user;
calling an address book of the social program, and searching whether the incoming call number exists in the address book;
under the condition that the incoming call number exists in the address book, acquiring a user identifier of a second user corresponding to the incoming call number in the address book; and under the condition that the incoming call number does not exist in the address book, creating a user identifier of a second user corresponding to the incoming call number based on a second operation of the first user.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after the processing the first recorded data based on the person information to obtain second recorded data, the method further comprises:
and sending the second recording data to a target platform, wherein the target platform is used for associating the second recording data with the personnel information.
6. A call recording method is applied to a mobile terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in an incoming call scene, detecting the incoming call number based on a social program to acquire personnel information corresponding to the incoming call number;
and sending the personnel information to a recording device to indicate the recording device to process first recording data based on the personnel information to obtain second recording data, wherein the first recording data are recorded by the recording device to the call.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the detecting the incoming call number based on the social program to obtain the personal information corresponding to the incoming call number comprises:
automatically acquiring the incoming call number by utilizing the social program, or acquiring the incoming call number based on a first operation of a first user;
calling an address book of the social program, and searching whether the incoming call number exists in the address book;
under the condition that the incoming call number exists in the address book, acquiring a user identifier of a second user corresponding to the incoming call number in the address book; and under the condition that the incoming call number does not exist in the address list, creating a user identifier of a second user corresponding to the incoming call number based on a second operation of the first user.
8. A call recording method is applied to a recording device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
recording the call in an incoming call scene to obtain first recording data;
receiving personnel information sent by a mobile terminal; the personnel information is obtained by detecting the incoming call number based on a social program;
and processing the first recording data based on the personnel information to obtain second recording data.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the processing the first recorded sound data based on the person information to obtain second recorded sound data comprises:
and generating a name based on the personnel information, and naming the first sound recording data by using the name to obtain the first sound recording data with the name.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the processing the first recorded data based on the person information to obtain second recorded data further comprises:
and signing the first sound recording data and the named name respectively based on a preset encryption rule to obtain second sound recording data with signature information.
11. The method of any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein after the processing the first recorded data based on the person information to obtain second recorded data, the method further comprises:
and sending the second sound recording data to a target platform, wherein the target platform is used for associating the second sound recording data with the personnel information.
12. A call recording device is applied to a mobile terminal, and is characterized in that the device comprises:
the detection unit is used for detecting the incoming call number based on a social program in an incoming call scene so as to obtain personnel information corresponding to the incoming call number;
the recording unit is used for recording the call based on the recording device to obtain first recording data;
and the processing unit is used for processing the first recording data based on the personnel information to obtain second recording data.
13. A call recording device is applied to a mobile terminal, and is characterized in that the device comprises:
the detection unit is used for detecting the incoming call number based on a social program in an incoming call scene so as to obtain personnel information corresponding to the incoming call number;
the sending unit is used for sending the personnel information to the recording device to indicate the recording device to process the first recording data based on the personnel information to obtain the second recording data, wherein the first recording data are recorded by the recording device to the call.

16. A computer storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 5, or claims 6 to 7, or claims 8 to 11.
