The tire pressure upgrading equipment analyzes the detection information and determines a first target tire pressure sensor and a second target tire pressure sensor; the first target tire pressure sensor stores a tire pressure monitoring program which is consistent with the type of the tire pressure monitoring program in the tire pressure upgrading equipment but has a lower version; the type of the tire pressure monitoring program stored in the second target tire pressure sensor is inconsistent with the type of the tire pressure monitoring program in the tire pressure upgrading device; the tire pressure sensors on the vehicle are classified, so that program upgrading is better performed, and orderly and accurate upgrading is realized. The tire pressure upgrading equipment determines a difference program parameter according to the version of the tire pressure monitoring program in the first target tire pressure sensor and the stored latest version, and transmits the difference program parameter to the first target tire pressure sensor; the first target tire pressure sensor is first updated in a supplementary manner, and the first target tire pressure sensor is upgraded based on the difference program parameters. The first target tire pressure sensor receives the differential program parameter and executes it. The electronic control unit detects the execution result of the first target tire pressure sensor, acquires detection program data and sends the detection program data to the second target tire pressure sensor. And detecting program data as a result of updating the first target tire pressure sensor, if the updating is successful, upgrading the program of the second target tire pressure sensor based on the data which is updated successfully, and if the updating is unsuccessful, upgrading the program of the second target tire pressure sensor based on the original program in the first target tire pressure sensor. The method comprises the steps of firstly, carrying out program upgrading on a first target tire pressure sensor based on difference program parameters, avoiding that tire pressure upgrading equipment wirelessly transmits all updating data, acquiring data of the first target tire pressure sensor based on an electronic control unit based on an execution result of the first target tire pressure sensor, updating a second target tire pressure sensor based on local data, avoiding a large amount of data transmission, improving upgrading efficiency and accuracy, and simultaneously ensuring the consistency of tire pressure monitoring programs in the tire pressure sensors corresponding to various tires on a vehicle.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are as follows: the remote program upgrading of the tire pressure sensors is realized, the timeliness is improved, the user time is saved, the effective management of the tire pressure monitoring programs in the tire pressure sensors is realized, the tire pressure monitoring programs in the tire pressure sensors are unified, and the accurate detection of the tire pressures of the tires in the vehicle is realized based on the same detection standard.
The principles of the tire pressure sensor upgrading method and the tire pressure sensor upgrading system in the invention are consistent, and are not repeated herein.
According to some embodiments of the invention, further comprising a correction module for:
analyzing the difference program parameters, and determining a target management package and an upgrading package;
determining an initial management package of a first target tire pressure sensor;
judging whether the initial management package is consistent with the target management package, and if the initial management package is not consistent with the target management package, correcting the initial management package based on the target management package;
after the correction is completed, the first target tire pressure sensor is convenient to upgrade based on the upgrade package.
According to some embodiments of the invention, further comprising: the writing module is used for writing the upgrade package into a first partition of the first target tire pressure sensor, reserving an old program in a second partition of the first target tire pressure sensor, and updating the second partition based on data in the first partition after the first partition is upgraded successfully; and if the first partition fails to be upgraded, updating the data in the second partition to the first partition.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the establishing module comprises a first telecommunications module, a second telecommunications module, and a server; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first remote communication module is respectively connected with the tire pressure upgrading equipment and the server;
the second remote communication module is respectively connected with an electronic control unit and a server of the vehicle;
the server is used for judging whether the first remote connection information sent by the first remote communication module is matched with the second remote connection information sent by the second remote communication module, and when the first remote connection information is matched with the second remote connection information, the remote connection between the tire pressure upgrading equipment and the electronic control unit of the vehicle is established.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a first telecommunications module comprises:
a storage module for storing communication program code;
an Led display module;
a communication module;
the control module is respectively connected with the storage module, the LED display module and the communication module and is used for:
judging the connection state of the tire pressure upgrading equipment, and displaying the connection state based on an Led display module;
managing the calling and execution of the communication program code of the storage module;
controlling the communication module to perform communication connection with the server;
and the power supply module is respectively connected with the control module, the storage module, the LED display module and the communication module and is used for supplying power.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are as follows: the connection state of the tire pressure upgrading device is displayed on the basis of the Led display module, and different colors are displayed in different connection states. The connection state can be accurately judged by the user conveniently and accurately. The first remote communication module has the functions of data transmission and connection establishment with the server and the tire pressure diagnosis equipment, and remote connection is convenient to achieve.

Claims (10)

1. An upgrade method of a tire pressure sensor, comprising:
establishing remote connection between the tire pressure upgrading equipment and an electronic control unit of a vehicle;
the tire pressure upgrading equipment controls the electronic control unit to send tire pressure program detection instructions to each tire pressure sensor on the vehicle;
the electronic control unit acquires detection information of the tire pressure sensor and sends the detection information to the tire pressure upgrading equipment;
the tire pressure upgrading equipment analyzes the detection information and determines a first target tire pressure sensor and a second target tire pressure sensor; the first target tire pressure sensor stores a tire pressure monitoring program which is consistent with the type of the tire pressure monitoring program in the tire pressure upgrading equipment but has a lower version; the type of the tire pressure monitoring program stored in the second target tire pressure sensor is inconsistent with the type of the tire pressure monitoring program in the tire pressure upgrading device;
the tire pressure upgrading equipment determines a difference program parameter according to the version of the tire pressure monitoring program in the first target tire pressure sensor and the stored latest version, and transmits the difference program parameter to the first target tire pressure sensor;
the first target tire pressure sensor receives the difference program parameters and executes the difference program parameters;
the electronic control unit detects the execution result of the first target tire pressure sensor, acquires detection program data and sends the detection program data to the second target tire pressure sensor.
2. The tire pressure sensor upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein the second target tire pressure sensor erases an original program and upgrades based on the detection program data.
3. The method for upgrading a tire pressure sensor according to claim 1, wherein the first target tire pressure sensor receives the differential program parameter and, when executed, includes:
analyzing the difference program parameters, and determining a target management package and an upgrading package;
determining an initial management package of a first target tire pressure sensor;
judging whether the initial management package is consistent with the target management package, and if the initial management package is not consistent with the target management package, correcting the initial management package based on the target management package;
after the correction is completed, the first target tire pressure sensor is upgraded based on the upgrade package.
4. The tire pressure sensor upgrading method according to claim 3, wherein the first target tire pressure sensor is upgraded based on an upgrade package, including:
writing the upgrade package into a first partition of a first target tire pressure sensor, reserving an old program in a second partition of the first target tire pressure sensor, and updating the second partition based on data in the first partition after the first partition is upgraded successfully; and if the first partition fails to be upgraded, updating the data in the second partition to the first partition.
5. The tire pressure sensor upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein establishing a remote connection of the tire pressure upgrading device with an electronic control unit of the vehicle comprises:
the tire pressure upgrading equipment is connected with the server through the first remote communication module;
the electronic control unit of the vehicle is connected with the server through the second remote communication module;
the first remote communication module sends first remote connection information to the server;
the second remote communication module sends second remote connection information to the server;
and the server judges whether the first remote connection information is matched with the second remote connection information or not, and establishes remote connection between the tire pressure upgrading equipment and the electronic control unit of the vehicle when the first remote connection information is matched with the second remote connection information.
6. An upgrade system of a tire pressure sensor, comprising:
the building module is used for building remote connection between the tire pressure upgrading equipment and an electronic control unit of the vehicle;
the tire pressure upgrading device is used for controlling the electronic control unit to send tire pressure program detection instructions to each tire pressure sensor on the vehicle;
the electronic control unit is used for acquiring detection information of the tire pressure sensor and sending the detection information to the tire pressure upgrading equipment;
the tire pressure upgrading equipment is used for analyzing the detection information and determining a first target tire pressure sensor and a second target tire pressure sensor; the first target tire pressure sensor stores a tire pressure monitoring program which is consistent with the type of the tire pressure monitoring program in the tire pressure upgrading equipment but has a lower version; the type of the tire pressure monitoring program stored in the second target tire pressure sensor is inconsistent with the type of the tire pressure monitoring program in the tire pressure upgrading device;
the tire pressure upgrading device is used for determining a difference program parameter according to the version of the tire pressure monitoring program in the first target tire pressure sensor and the stored latest version, and transmitting the difference program parameter to the first target tire pressure sensor;
the first target tire pressure sensor receives the difference program parameters and executes the difference program parameters;
and the electronic control unit is used for detecting the execution result of the first target tire pressure sensor, acquiring detection program data and sending the detection program data to the second target tire pressure sensor.
7. The tire pressure sensor upgrade system according to claim 6, further comprising a correction module to:
analyzing the difference program parameters, and determining a target management package and an upgrade package;
determining an initial management package of a first target tire pressure sensor;
judging whether the initial management packet is consistent with the target management packet or not, and modifying the initial management packet based on the target management packet when the initial management packet is determined to be inconsistent with the target management packet;
after the correction is completed, the first target tire pressure sensor is convenient to upgrade based on the upgrade package.

The tire pressure sensor upgrade system according to claim 7, further comprising: the writing module is used for writing the upgrade package into a first partition of the first target tire pressure sensor, reserving an old program in a second partition of the first target tire pressure sensor, and updating the second partition based on data in the first partition after the first partition is upgraded successfully; and if the upgrading of the first partition fails, updating the data in the second partition to the first partition.
9. The upgrade system for tire pressure sensors according to claim 6, wherein the setup module includes a first remote communication module, a second remote communication module, and a server; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first remote communication module is respectively connected with the tire pressure upgrading equipment and the server;
the second remote communication module is respectively connected with an electronic control unit and a server of the vehicle;
the server is used for judging whether the first remote connection information sent by the first remote communication module is matched with the second remote connection information sent by the second remote communication module, and when the first remote connection information is matched with the second remote connection information, the remote connection between the tire pressure upgrading equipment and the electronic control unit of the vehicle is established.
10. The upgrade system for tire pressure sensors according to claim 9, wherein the first remote communication module comprises:
a storage module for storing communication program codes;
an Led display module;
a communication module;
the control module is respectively connected with the storage module, the LED display module and the communication module and is used for:
judging the connection state of the tire pressure upgrading equipment, and displaying the connection state based on an Led display module;
managing the calling and execution of communication program codes of the storage module;
controlling the communication module to perform communication connection with the server;
and the power supply module is respectively connected with the control module, the storage module, the LED display module and the communication module and used for supplying power.
