According to the working principle, in the use process, the acid-base wastewater is required to be transmitted into the second treatment cavity 20 through the liquid inlet pipe, then the rotating motor 6 is operated to enable the driving rod 7 to rotate, so that the transmission belt 8 can drive the rotating rod 4 to work, then the rotating rod 4 drives the stirring blade 5 to rotate, so that the stirring blade 5 can mix the liquids in the first treatment cavity 19, the second treatment cavity 20 and the third treatment cavity 21, the acid-base detector 15 and the temperature detector 16 are operated again, so that the acid-base detection rod and the temperature detection rod can detect the acid-base and the temperature of the liquid in the second treatment cavity 20, then the detection result can be transmitted to an external controller, when the temperature is too high, the second infusion pump 10 can be operated through the external controller, the condenser 9 can then pump out the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 22 through the liquid passing pipe, and then the liquid is conveyed to the inside of the liquid separation plate 3 through the second liquid discharging pipe, wherein the condenser 9 is required to be operated, the condenser 9 can cool the liquid, so that the cooling liquid entering the inside of the liquid separation plate 3 finally enters the rotating rod 4 and the stirring blade 5, the rotating rod 4 and the stirring blade 5 can cool the liquid in the first processing cavity 19, the second processing cavity 20 and the third processing cavity 21, when the acid-base is too high, the first liquid conveying pump 12 can be operated through the external controller, the first liquid conveying pump 12 can pump out the liquid in the second processing cavity 20, and then the liquid is conveyed to the inside of the first processing cavity 19 or the third processing cavity 21, and then the alkaline solution or the acidic solution in the acid solution storage cavity 17 or the alkali solution storage cavity 18 is extracted through the third infusion pump 13 and then is transmitted to the interiors of the first treatment cavity 19 and the third treatment cavity 21, so that the equipment can perform neutralization work on acid-base wastewater better.
