The specific implementation mode is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, 3 and 7, the foldable trolley comprises a foldable trolley body frame 100 and a storage bag 200 sleeved outside the trolley body frame; the vehicle body frame 100 has four vertical faces, front and rear, left and right, and a bottom plane, constituting a frame with an upward opening; the front vertical surface, the rear vertical surface, the left vertical surface and the right vertical surface comprise more than one group of inclined rods 1 with cross hinged middle parts, the upper end parts of the inclined rods 1 of the adjacent vertical surfaces are mutually hinged, the lower end parts of the inclined rods are hinged on a hinge seat 2, wheels 3 are arranged on the hinge seat 2, and a push-pull rod assembly 4 is arranged on the front vertical surface of the vehicle body frame 100; the body frame 100 is supported by means of cross struts 1 in four elevations and can be folded together into a bundle. Generally, the front vertical surface and the rear vertical surface of the car body frame 100 are a group of crossed diagonal rods 1, the left vertical surface and the right vertical surface are two groups of crossed diagonal rods 1, the ends of the two groups of crossed diagonal rods 1 are directly hinged to form a rectangular frame, and the practicability is strongest. Of course, it is not excluded that the left and right vertical surfaces adopt three sets of crossed diagonal rods to form a longer vehicle body structure, so as to meet the requirements of carrying special products.
Referring to fig. 3, 7, 8 and 11, the structure is unique in that the bottom plane of the frame 1 is supported by two folding rod sets 5 distributed left and right, the folding rod sets 5 include a front rod 51, a rear rod 52 and a bridge 53, the bridge 53 connects one end of the front rod 51 with one end of the rear rod 52, and the other ends of the front rod 51 and the rear rod 52 are correspondingly hinged on the hinge seats 2 of the front and rear vertical surfaces; the hinge base 2 is correspondingly formed with a horizontal groove 21, the vehicle body frame 100 is opened in place, and the front and rear bars 51, 52 partially overlap the horizontal groove 21 and are supported. That is, the front and rear rods 51 and 52 can maintain a suspended state at one end by means of a junction and a partial jacking even without the connection of the bridge 53, and are linked by the bridge 53 at the suspended end, and provide a lifting-up interlocking folding facility. The bottom plane of the vehicle body frame 100 is a restraining mechanism for the frame to be opened in place, after the two rod members of the folding rod group 5 are opened, the bridging end naturally swings downwards in an interference manner, a self-locking state is realized, and the front vertical surface and the rear vertical surface can be drawn to be retracted inwards and closed together only by external force when the bridging end is lifted.
As shown in fig. 6, the hinge seat 2 is correspondingly formed with a chute 22 at the hinge position where the adjacent vertical surface inclined rod 1 is hinged, the bottom of the chute 22 is provided with a convex stop 221 at the notch, the vehicle body frame 100 is opened in place, the inclined rod 1 can be supported by the convex stop 221, and the free swing space of the hinge seat 2 is limited reversely; the protruding step 221 may also be a slanted bottom, forming a structure with a deep inside and a shallow notch, but the protruding step 221 is preferably designed to save material and weight. Furthermore, the length of the horizontal groove 21 and the chute 22 on the hinge seat 2 is larger than 3cm, preferably the length range of the groove is 3cm-15cm, and the groove wall can reach the constraint action, so that the size and the weight of the hinge seat are greatly increased; that is to say, the slot walls on both sides of the horizontal slot 21 and the inclined slot 22 can form constraints on the corresponding front and rear rod members 51, 52 or the inclined rod 1, and form three-surface constraints with the bottom of the slot, so that the hinged seat 2 can be gradually aligned to the designed angle in the opening process, and can be maintained in the designed state after the vehicle body frame 100 is opened in place, and then the angle of the wheels 3 is maintained unchanged, thereby ensuring smooth pushing, pulling and walking.
As shown in fig. 3 and 11, generally, the directional wheel 3 is mounted on the two hinge bases 2 on the rear vertical surface of the vehicle body frame 100, and the wheel 3 is directly locked on the hinge bases 2 through the wheel carrier 31; the wheels 3 arranged on the two hinged seats 2 on the front vertical surface are steering wheels, and the wheel carrier 31 of the steering wheels is positioned on the hinged seats 2 through a rotating shaft 32, so that the wheels 3 and the wheel carrier 31 can rotate freely relative to the hinged seats 2 as a whole to meet the steering requirement of the trolley; the length of the horizontal groove 21 on the hinge seat 2 correspondingly positioned with the steering wheel is between 8cm and 12cm, so that the guide effect of the hinge seat 2 is enhanced, and the stability of the hinge seat is enhanced. Similarly, if the wheel 3 with steering function is arranged on the rear vertical surface of the vehicle body frame 100, the length of the horizontal groove 21 is also increased by using the wheel as an articulated seat of the steering wheel.
In order to strengthen the constraint between the horizontal slot 21 and the inclined slot 22 of the hinge base 2 and the rod, a limitation is also made to the rod, but the traditional round rod is not excluded, but the rod is preferred as exemplified below.
As shown in fig. 3, 7, 8 and 11, the front and rear rod members 51, 52 and the diagonal rod 1 are made of a square-like pipe, such as a standard rectangular section, and at least two surfaces for hinging have a planar structure, and can be relatively attached to and constrained by two groove walls of the horizontal groove 21 and the diagonal groove 22, i.e. further eliminating a movement gap; the bridge member 53 for bridging the ends of the front and rear rod members 51, 52 is formed as a clamping groove having a connecting portion 531 at the upper portion thereof, clamped at both sides of the ends of the front and rear rod members 51, 52 by means of the clamping groove, and is rotatably riveted by a rivet, the rear rod member 52 is opened to a horizontal position, and the upper portion thereof is abutted by the connecting portion 531 to restrict the downward movement. This is done, firstly, to maintain the integrity of the bridge 53, facilitating assembly; secondly, the connecting part 531 additionally limits the downward swinging function of the end part of the rear rod piece 52; third, the horizontal slot 21 that mates with the rear bar 53 can be designed shorter. To strengthen the bridge 53, chamfered edges 532 are stamped on the four edges. In addition, the bridge can also directly adopt two symmetrical clamping sheets which are directly clamped on the two sides of the rod piece and are riveted, but the constraint effect on the rear rod piece 52 is lost, and in the structure, a longer horizontal groove 21 is required to be configured for constraining the rear rod piece 52.
Referring to fig. 11, in this embodiment, the bridge member 53 is riveted by a rivet, and particularly, the bridge member is directly riveted to the end of the front rod member 51, so that the movement gap caused by a movable rivet can be reduced, and the constraint effect of the connecting portion 531 on the rear rod member 52 can be enhanced. In addition, the lower side of the end part of the front rod piece 51 or the rear rod piece can be processed into an inclined surface, so that a folding space is avoided. In addition to the rivet, the bridge 53 and the front rod 51 can be welded together, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, to further improve the rigidity and strength of the folding rod assembly 5, and the structure is more compact and also facilitates assembly.
As shown in fig. 1, 8 and 11, the middle parts of two diagonal rods 1 of the front vertical surface of the vehicle body frame 100 are hinged with a plastic seat 6 in a crossed manner, the plastic seat 6 is formed with staggered slotted holes 61 through which the two diagonal rods can pass, when the two diagonal rods 1 are opened to a designed angle, the diagonal rods 1 partially abut against the bottoms of the slotted holes 61 to form constraint and reinforced support, and the stress on the hinged point can also be reduced; the plastic seat 6 is further formed with an elastic clamping opening 62 forward, and the push-pull rod assembly 4 is held by the elastic clamping opening 62 to maintain the push-pull rod assembly 4 in an upright state, which is another key point of the present application.
The push-pull rod assembly 4 comprises a pull rod 41 and a sliding sleeve seat 42, the sliding sleeve seat 42 can be rotatably positioned on the plastic seat 6 through a riveting shaft 7, a waisted portion 421 corresponding to an elastic clamping opening 62 of the plastic seat is arranged, the push-pull rod assembly 4 swings to be in an upright state, and the elastic clamping opening 62 can be clamped on the waisted portion 421 to form a positioning structure; the pull rod 41 penetrates through the sliding sleeve seat 42, the limiting sleeve 411 is locked at the lower end part, the handle 412 is bent at the upper end part, the pull rod 41 is pulled out upwards by a designed height, and the limiting sleeve 411 is abutted against the lower edge of the sliding sleeve seat 42 to form a pulling force transmission effect. When the trolley is pulled, the pull rod 41 moves forward to apply force, the sliding sleeve seat 42 is separated from the restriction of the clamping opening 62, and the force can be applied by an angle around the riveting shaft 7; after the force of the holding handle is released, the pull rod 41 swings freely, firstly, the pull rod slides downwards along the sliding sleeve seat 42, and the limiting sleeve 411 falls on the ground, so that the state is special; secondly, the pull rod 41 drives the sliding sleeve seat 42 to swing around the riveting shaft 7 under the action of gravity until the limiting sleeve 411 is abutted against the bottom of the plastic part seat 6, and the end of the handle 412 is kept in a tilting state, as shown in the state of fig. 1, which is convenient for secondary pulling.
Further, a bidirectional spring pin 43 is further arranged at the proximal end of the lower end of the pull rod 41, and comprises a spring 431 crossing the pull rod through hole 413 and ball pins 432 arranged at two ends of the spring, the pull rod 41 is pulled out upwards by a designed height, and the ball pins 432 are sprung into pin holes 422 reserved at two sides of the sliding sleeve seat 42 to form a locking structure, namely, the pull rod 41 is locked at the designed height, so that the force is easily exerted when the pull rod 41 is used again; in addition, the locking also accounts for the action that the pull rod 41 can use to push.
The bidirectional spring pin 43 has two functions, one is used for general positioning, and when the component force of the bidirectional spring pin to the ball head pin is greater than the spring force, the bidirectional spring pin is automatically unlocked; in the other mode, the ball pin is shot deeply, namely the ball pin needs to be unlocked manually, and an unlocking device needs to be arranged for unlocking. In this example, the pin hole 422 on the sliding sleeve seat is a penetrating hole, the unlocking spring 44 is arranged on both sides of the sliding sleeve seat 42, and the convex column 441 on the inner surface of the unlocking spring 44 extends into the pin hole 422; the unlocking spring 44 is pressed, the convex column 441 moves inwards and is abutted against the ball stud 432 of the bidirectional spring stud, and the ball stud 432 is forced to retreat and unlock. With the latter locking mode, the pull rod 41 can push the cart forward by pushing obliquely backward. Also, since the ball stud 432 is relatively protruded and is easily caught on the lower edge of the sliding sleeve seat 42, a flared opening or a corresponding inclined surface 423 is designed at the entrance of the lower edge of the sliding sleeve seat 42, and the ball stud 432 is forced to retract by the inclined surface 423, as shown in fig. 10.
Referring to fig. 1, the storage bag cover 200 is arranged on the car body frame 100, which means that the upper edge is hung on each hinge point at the upper end part of the diagonal rod 1, the lower edge is sleeved on the front and rear rod members 51 and 52, the bottom part is tightened by the folding rod groups 5 at the two sides, and the hinge points at the upper end parts of the folding rod groups 5 and the diagonal rod 1 provide the bearing requirement, compared with the traditional technology that the bottom part of the frame is supported by adopting crossed folding rod members, the storage bag cover is more flat relative to the bottom part, and the middle part does not have a top support of the crossed rod members; a lifting braid 201 is sewn at the bottom in the storage bag at the position corresponding to the bridging piece 53, and when the storage bag is folded, the lifting braid 201 is only required to be lifted upwards, and the inclined rods can be folded together.
