the glued paper product passes through a press-fit roller 16, so that the press-fit roller 16 performs press-fit operation on the glued paper product under the action of a motor 14 and a rotating shaft 15, the pressed paper product passes through a gap of a scraper 21, residual glue generated at the edge part of the pressed paper product is scraped by the gap of the scraper 21 and a scraping block 25, in the process, the rotating shaft 15 drives a worm wheel 18 to rotate through a worm 17, a rotating rod 19 drives a rotating disc 20 to rotate, the rotating disc 20 rotates to enable a sliding frame 22 to slide up and down under the action of a sliding groove 23, the residual glue accumulated at the gap of the scraper 21 and the edge part of the scraping block 25 is cleaned, and the cleaned residual glue falls into a collecting box 26;
when the scraper 24 scrapes off residual glue accumulated on the scraper 21 and the scraping block 25, the carriage 22 drives the toothed plate 27 to slide up and down, so that the toothed plate 27 drives the gear 28 to rotate, and then the grinding wheel 30 is driven through the connecting shaft 29 to perform a secondary treatment on the residual glue on the edge of the paper product after the residual glue is scraped, so as to ensure that the residual glue is completely treated, and the treated paper product is conveyed to the next process under the action of the pressing conveying roller 5.

the glue removing mechanism is used for scraping residual glue generated at the edge part of the paper product after the paper product is pressed, is arranged on conveying equipment and comprises a scraping plate (21), a sliding groove (23) is formed in the scraping plate (21), a scraping block (25) is fixedly connected to one side of a notch formed in the opposite end of the scraping plate (21), and a collecting box (26) is fixedly connected to one side, close to the scraping block (25), of the scraping plate (21);
and the processing mechanism is used for polishing the edge part of the paper product after the residual glue is scraped, further removing the residual glue which is not completely scraped by the glue removing mechanism and removing the residual glue adhered to the glue removing mechanism.
