Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A supply chain network is a network chain structure consisting of suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, distribution centers, and distributors, etc. A complete multi-level supply chain would include n-level suppliers (n =1,2. ·), manufacturers, m-level distributors (m =1,2. ·.), retailers, and final consumers, while the enterprise node in the multi-level supply chain may also be a node in other supply chains, and the criss-cross supply chains ultimately form a supply chain network.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a trust value updating method for a supply chain consensus node according to the present invention, where as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S110, selecting a flow, selecting a target supply chain corresponding to a target transaction flow on a supply chain network, taking network nodes on the target supply chain as consensus nodes, and forming a consensus node set;
step S120, an initial process, namely obtaining initial trust values of a plurality of consensus nodes in the consensus node set based on an intuitionistic fuzzy algorithm;
step S130, an update process, receiving a consensus establishment request sent by a client, where the consensus nodes execute a consensus action based on the consensus establishment request, and update the trust value based on a consensus result.
It should be noted that, for a complete transaction process on the supply chain network, there is a corresponding supply chain, and each network node on the supply chain participates in the transaction process, and all network nodes on the supply chain are used as elements to form a consensus node set, and the consensus node set is formed for a subsequent consensus establishment process.

the consensus requests sent by the client are used for triggering the consensus nodes to execute the consensus actions, the concrete performance of the consensus nodes when executing the consensus actions can be used as a basis for updating respective trust values, and after each consensus request is sent, one consensus action is triggered, so that the trust values of the consensus nodes are updated once.
The trust value updating method of the supply chain consensus node obtains the initial trust value of each node on the supply chain based on the intuition fuzzy algorithm, determines the consensus node set in the first round of consensus process according to the initial trust value, updates each round of trust value according to the consensus performance of the nodes, dynamically adjusts the consensus node set, ensures the reliability of the consensus result, and is used for enhancing the trust of the supply chain and relieving the fraud problem caused by data isolated island in the supply chain.
According to the trust value updating method for the supply chain consensus node provided by the invention, in the invention, the method further comprises the following steps: when a new network node is added into the target supply chain, calculating the trust value of the new network node based on the intuition fuzzy algorithm, and if the trust value of the new network node meets the preset threshold range, adding the new network node into the consensus node set; otherwise, the new network node is discarded.
It should be noted that, for a complete transaction flow on the supply chain network, there is a corresponding supply chain, and when the transaction flow changes, the corresponding supply chain also changes, and there are many possibilities such as increase, decrease, and replacement of network nodes on the supply chain, for example, increase of suppliers, replacement of manufacturers, or decrease of logistics points; taking the addition of the network nodes as an example, in the embodiment of the invention, when a new network node needs to be added, the trust value of the new network node is calculated based on an intuitionistic fuzzy algorithm, and when the obtained trust value is within a preset threshold range, the newly added network node is relatively reliable, and the network node is taken as a consensus node to be added into a consensus node set; and when the obtained trust value is not within the preset threshold range, the credibility of the newly added node is poor, and the risk of unreliability exists, and the node is refused to be added into the consensus node set.
According to the method for updating the trust value of the supply chain consensus node, provided by the invention, the trust value of a newly added network node on the supply chain is calculated through an intuitionistic fuzzy algorithm, and whether the newly added network node is added into the consensus node set is determined based on the obtained trust value, so that the high trust value of each consensus node in the consensus node set is ensured, the reliability of the consensus result is improved, and the trust between the nodes on the supply chain is ensured.
According to the method for updating the trust value of the supply chain consensus node provided by the invention, in the invention, the updating of the trust value based on the consensus result specifically comprises the following steps:
if the consensus node executes the consensus action and the consensus is successful, increasing a preset reward value by the trust value of the consensus node;
if the consensus node executes the consensus action but the consensus fails, subtracting a preset penalty value from a trust value of the consensus node;
if the consensus node does not execute the consensus action, the trust value of the consensus node is kept unchanged;
the method further comprises the following steps: and taking the minimum value in the initial trust values of all the consensus nodes as a removal threshold value, and removing the consensus node set from the consensus nodes of which the updated trust values are lower than the removal threshold value.
It should be noted that, taking the manfacturer node as the consensus node as an example, if the manfacturer node successfully completes the consensus, the consensus reward p (p is a positive number) can be obtained, and its trust value is

The invention provides a trust value updating method of a supply chain consensus node, which carries out reward or punishment action on a trust value of each node by judging whether the node successfully completes the consensus action or not, and based on the reward or punishment action, in the process of each cycle of consensus, according to the consensus expression of the node, the trust value of the previous cycle of the node is taken as a reference, and the trust value of the node is updated after the node completes the current cycle of consensus, so that the consensus node of the next cycle is determined, the dynamic change of a consensus node set is realized, the nodes in the consensus node set are ensured to have higher trust value all the time, and finally the integral reliability of the supply chain is ensured.
According to the trust value updating method for the supply chain consensus node provided by the invention, in the invention, the method further comprises the following steps: and when the consensus node does not execute the consensus action for the continuous preset times, rejecting the consensus node set from the consensus node.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that each node in the consensus node set is treated as the same entity when performing the consensus action and also ensure that each node is evaluated, not only the node that performs the consensus action and succeeds in consensus needs to be rewarded, but also the node that performs the consensus action and fails in consensus needs to be punished, and also the node that negatively treats the consensus establishment process needs to be punished, specifically: in the embodiment of the invention, the nodes which do not execute the consensus action for the continuous preset times are removed, and the specific preset times can be set according to the actual requirement.
According to the method for updating the trust value of the supply chain consensus node, the node which does not execute the consensus action for the continuous preset times in the consensus node set is removed, so that the existence of the node with the low trust value which is removed and escapes due to the fact that the consensus action is not executed in the set is effectively avoided, on the basis, all the nodes in the consensus node set are guaranteed to have high trust values all the time, and finally the reliability of the whole supply chain is guaranteed.
According to the trust value updating method for the supply chain consensus node provided by the invention, in the invention, the method further comprises the following steps: the initial process is executed based on historical trading behavior and due diligence survey information, wherein the historical trading behavior is trading frequency between adjacent consensus nodes within a preset time period, and the due diligence survey information comprises management capacity, performance credit, financial conditions and potential risks of the consensus nodes.
It should be noted that, the level of the transaction frequency between the nodes may indicate the activity and the trust level of the nodes to some extent, and may specifically be fed back as the level of the trust value, on the other hand, the management ability, the performance credit, the financial status, the potential risk or the development prospect of each node participating in the transaction process are investigated and researched through due diligence investigation, each type of information of the investigation may also indicate the trust level and the reliability level of the node to some extent, and may specifically be fed back as the level of the trust value, and it should be noted that the information obtained through due diligence investigation includes, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned information, as long as the data or information may be used for representing the trust level and the reliability level of the node.
According to the method for updating the trust value of the supply chain consensus node, information obtained based on the transaction frequency and due diligence investigation of the node is used as a calculation basis in intuitive fuzzy operation, so that the basis for calculating the initial trust value of each node on the supply chain can be emphasized, namely, the initial trust value of each node on the supply chain is scientifically and reasonably set at the beginning of transferring a supply chain main body from a physical world to a block chain network world, scientific and reasonable quantitative basis is provided for the initial trust value evaluation of each node on the supply chain, a credible consensus node set is determined, and further the smooth promotion of a subsequent consensus establishment process is facilitated.
Fig. 2 is a second schematic flowchart of a trust value updating method for a supply chain consensus node provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the federation chain represents the target supply chain described above.
Step1, determining a consensus node set: in the multi-stage supply chain network structure, there are multiple supply chain structures, but when performing consensus verification on a transaction, all network nodes are not required to participate in consensus, and only all stages of participating main bodies on the longitudinal supply chain related to the transaction and nodes providing third-party services and supervision services are required to participate in the consensus process, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the multi-stage supply chain network consensus node provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, it represents a consensus node on a multi-stage supply chain related to a consensus process, and specifically includes:supervisor, bank, organizer, supplier-1, supplier-2, supplier-N, manufacturer, distributor, retailer-1, and Retailer-m, for convenient expression of subsequent formulas, the supervisor is defined as Regulator, the Bank is defined as Bank, the organizer is defined as logics, the Supplier-1 is defined as Supplier-1, the Supplier-2 is defined as Supplier-2, the Supplier-N is defined as Supplier-N, the Manufacturer is defined as manfacturer, the distributor is defined as Wholescaler, the Retailer-1 is defined as Retailer-1, the Retailer-m is defined as Retailer-m, i.e. consensus set N =
Figure 164022DEST_PATH_IMAGE024
Step2, calculating an initial trust value of the consensus node: at the beginning of deploying a alliance chain of a multi-stage supply chain, each participating node on the chain sets an initial direct trust value for a direct transaction opponent (adjacent node) based on information such as historical transaction behaviors and due diligence on the supply chain, and the trust value is an intuitive fuzzy number
Figure 11805DEST_PATH_IMAGE025
It is shown that,

and then, calculating the comprehensive trust value among the nodes according to the following steps:
step2.1, fig. 4 is a structure diagram of a trust path of a supply chain network provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, taking calculating a comprehensive trust value of a bank node to a manufacturer node as an example, a trust path from the bank node to the provider node is first determined: there are 1 direct trust path bank → manufacturer and 4 indirect trust paths: bank → supplier-1 → manufacturer, bank → supplier-1 → organizer → manufacturer; bank → wholesaler → supplier, bank → wholesaler → organizer → supplier, indicated as indirect route 1, indirect route 2, indirect route 3 and indirect route 4, respectively;
it should be noted that if there is no historical transaction between two adjacent nodes in a path and there is no knowledge of each other, it isTrust values set to each other are

And finally, the comprehensive trust value of the whole trust path is ≥>

I.e. this trust evaluation path does not hold.
Step2.2, calculate the confidence value of the direct path as

step3, calculating the trust value of the newly added node: after the alliance chain network stably operates, a new supply chain main body is added into the alliance network, the initial trust value of a newly added node can be calculated according to S2 by a Regulator node or a node which has a transaction behavior with the Regulator node, if the initial trust value of the new node meets the admission requirement, the new node is allowed to be added, otherwise, the new node is refused;
step4, initiating consensus: the client c sends a request message to a supply chain node directly related to the transaction to be verified, the supply chain node serves as a main node to initiate consensus on a block chain, the message needing to be verified is broadcasted to the nodes related to the whole network transaction, and the collection of the transaction related nodes needing to be broadcasted can refer to fig. 1;
step5, consensus process: each node verifies the received message, and sends a verification result to the client after digital signature after confirming no error:
step5.1, take the Manufaturer node as the consensus node as an example, if the Manufaturer node successfully completes the consensus, the consensus reward p (p is a positive number) can be obtained, and its trust value

If yes, the common node set is removed; in addition, if detecting that a certain consensus node does not participate in consensus activities for three consecutive rounds, removing the node from the consensus node to ensure that the consensus nodeLiveness;
and Step6, waiting for a new consensus request and preparing to enter the next consensus round.
According to the trust value updating method of the supply chain consensus node, provided by the invention, a supply chain main body is mapped to a transition scheme of a block chain consensus network from a real physical world, so that when an initial node of a alliance chain is established and a new node applies for adding after a subsequent alliance chain stably runs, the historical transaction performance of the node in the real physical world is migrated to the block chain consensus network, and the node participating in the alliance chain is screened; the method for calculating the initial trust value of the network node of the supply chain on the chain based on the intuition fuzzy set theory can scientifically and reasonably quantize the trust value of the main body of the multi-stage supply chain, ensure the reliability of the node participating in the consensus process and further ensure the credibility of the consensus result; the created common recognition reward and punishment mechanism based on the node participation common recognition performance can update the trust value of the node completing the common recognition according to the performance of the node in each round of common recognition, eliminate the Byzantine node in time, determine the common recognition node set of the next round of common recognition according to the trust value, and ensure that the common recognition node set is continuously updated to keep reliability.
