collecting video images of different areas in a target building;
identifying personnel information contained in the video image based on a preset detection operator;
and determining personnel statistical information in the target building based on the personnel information and the position information of the video image belonging to the target building.

identifying face information contained in the video image based on a preset detection operator;
and comparing the face information with preset face characteristics to determine personnel identity information.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the target building personnel statistics method further comprises:
receiving fire information of a target building, and determining the position of the target building corresponding to the fire information;
and feeding back the video image of the corresponding position and the personnel statistical information of the corresponding position based on the position and the personnel statistical information in the target building.
