Description

Apparatus and method for modularized stock information notebook
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for recording and observing stock information, and more particularly, to a device and method for a modular stock information notebook.
Background
Many stock market investors often record some stock information, their investment manipulation techniques and thoughts noticed at the trade date in order to observe and improve their investment method, so as to examine the improvement later or to continuously observe and track whether their originally conceived strategy is appropriate. The recording mode is advanced from the earliest paper, pen and newspaper clipping to the later using the document software (such as notepad, word, oneNote, evernote \8230; etc.) in the computer or mobile phone, and then matching with the screen capture to store the information (such as technical line graph, trend graph, quotation information \8230; etc.) intercepted from the stock quotation software.
Although the recording method (hereinafter referred to as the prior art) of combining the document software with the screen capture has advanced much more than the earlier paper, pen and newspaper cutting, it still has many inconveniences, including: the information stored in the screenshot occupies more memory space, and the stock quote software is not integrated, so that a stock market investor (namely, a user) needs to open a plurality of pieces of software to record, and the information of the screenshot cannot be retrieved by a computer.
The prior method stores the stock market information obtained by screenshot in a picture format, and the pictures can still occupy considerable memory space in the long-term and long-term accumulation even if the pictures are stored in a low resolution or a compression mode. Furthermore, in order to capture the screenshot of the stock market information, the user needs to execute/open the stock quote software (or stock exchange software) and the writing software (so as to add the text description together with the screenshot of the stock market information) at least, and the stock market investment notes can be recorded by alternately switching the two sets of software from time to time, which is very inconvenient in operation. Also, the stock market information (i.e., pictures) of the screen shot does not allow the computer to search by keyword, and the user can only manually browse through all the pictures (history) to find the desired data. That is, the existing method is not suitable for users who often record stock market investment notes, cannot meet the requirements of users for simply and conveniently recording the stock market investment notes, cannot search all historical records by keywords, and the stock market investment notes recorded all the year round occupy much more memory. Therefore, there is a need to improve the existing method, and a modular stock information notebook technology is provided by using a resource of cooperative operation of hardware and software, the notebook function is directly integrated into stock quote software or stock exchange software, and a user quick-selection quote price template is provided by using the modular quote function to facilitate recording (replacing the existing screen capture), and the stored stock market information is in a quote text replacing the existing picture format, so that when the user wants to search the history record, the user can directly search by a computer by using keywords, so as to make up for the defects of the prior art.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a functional block diagram of a system of a device 10 and an application 20 of a modular stock information notebook according to the present invention is shown, in which only core modules related to a preferred embodiment of the present invention are shown, and the remaining modules are omitted and not depicted. The application 20 is executed on the apparatus 10 of the present invention. In one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus 10 of the present invention comprises: one or more processors 12, memory 14, screen 16, and communication module 18. Wherein the memory 14 stores an application 20 (i.e., stock quote software or stock exchange software); the processor 12 executes a plurality of program instructions contained in the application program 20 and implements the following modules in a manner that the hardware and software work together: a quotation module 22 and a notebook module 24; the screen 16 is used to display a Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the application program 20; the communication module 18 is used to establish Internet network connection, such as: wired broadband, WLAN (Wi-Fi, etc.), mobile communication networks (e.g., 3G, 4G, 5G \8230;), etc.
With continued reference to fig. 2, a functional block diagram of the application program 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the quotation module 22 and the notebook module 24 are only shown as core modules related to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the remaining modules are omitted and not depicted, for example: the system comprises a self-selection quotation module, an international financial module, a financial news module, a warning setting module, an order transaction module and an account module 8230and the like.
The quotation module 22 is used to establish a connection with the quotation server to receive the quotation messages of the financial products, parse the quotation messages to generate quotation views corresponding to the financial products, and generate corresponding quotation templates for the notebook module 24 to call, and the quotation templates read and parse the stored quotation messages to generate quotation windows 36 corresponding to the financial products. The quote module 22 is a collective term that may include any module related to financial quote information, such as: a real-time quotation module, a financial face module, a counter face module, a technical face module, a message face module, 8230and the like. The quotation text is quotation data, which is packaged in a text format conforming to the self-definition of a quotation server, and the text format defines the field number, the field length, the field attribute, the code, the transmission serial number, the check code \8230, and the like in the text. The quotation module 22 parses the received quotation text according to the definition of the text format for each field, and then generates a corresponding quotation view according to the parsed quotation data, for example: the financial surface module (belonging to one of the quotation modules 22) analyzes the financial surface quotation messages to generate corresponding financial surface views (belonging to one of the quotation views), the counter surface module (belonging to one of the quotation modules 22) analyzes the counter surface quotation messages to generate corresponding counter surface views (belonging to one of the quotation views), the technical surface module (belonging to one of the quotation modules 22) analyzes the technical surface quotation messages to generate corresponding technical surface views (belonging to one of the quotation views), and the message surface module (belonging to one of the quotation modules 22) analyzes the message surface quotation messages to generate corresponding message surface views (belonging to one of the quotation views) \8230. The quote messages received by the quote module 22 are temporarily stored in the memory 14. In addition, the quotation module 22 generates a corresponding quotation template for the notebook module 24 to call, and the quotation template reads and parses the stored quotation text (stored by the quotation module 22 or the notebook module 24) to generate a quotation window 36 for the corresponding financial product, such as: the financial face module (belonging to one of the quotation modules 22) generates a financial face template for the notebook module 24 to call, and then the called financial face template reads and analyzes the stored financial face quotation messages to generate a corresponding financial face window (belonging to one of the quotation windows 36); the chip surface module (belonging to one of the quotation modules 22) generates a chip surface template for the notebook module 24 to call, and then the called chip surface template reads and analyzes a chip surface quotation message to generate a corresponding chip surface window (belonging to one of the quotation windows 36); the technical face module (belonging to one of the quotation modules 22) generates a technical face template for the notebook module 24 to call, and then the called technical face template reads and analyzes a technical face quotation message to generate a corresponding technical face window (belonging to one of the quotation windows 36); the message side module (one of the quotation modules 22) generates a message side template for the notebook module 24 to call, and then the called message side template reads and parses the message side quotation text to generate a corresponding message side window (one of the quotation windows 36) \ 8230'; and the like.
The notebook module 24 receives a notebook generation instruction to generate a notebook view 26 for recording investment notes corresponding to financial goods, receives a template selection instruction to select (i.e., call) a quotation template corresponding to the quotation module 22 to generate a quotation window embedded in the notebook view 26, the quotation template parses a quotation message and displays it in the quotation window 36, receives a storage instruction to store the quotation message, the template selection instruction, and the investment notes and records them as historical investment notes, and, when the notebook module 24 reads the stored historical investment notes, the quotation template directly reads the stored quotation message to generate the quotation window 36, and the notebook module 24 reproduces the contents of the quotation window 36 as the notebook view 26. The user generates a "notebook generation instruction" by selecting a "create note" menu item (not shown) or clicking a "create note" button (not shown) in the application 20 with a menu operation. Upon receiving the notebook generation command, the notebook module 24 generates a notebook view 26 and displays the same on the screen 16 for the user to record the investment notes corresponding to the financial product. The notebook view 26 provides a plurality of ready-made offer templates for the user to select (generate template selection instructions) to embed the offer window 36 (for displaying stock information) into the investment notes, the offer templates corresponding to the offer modules 22 to provide the same stock information. Only, the stock information provided by the quotation module 22 is presented in a quotation View (View), while the stock information provided by the quotation template is presented in a quotation Window 36 (Window) embedded in the notebook View 26. The selected quotation template (i.e., the quotation window 36 embedded in the notebook view) reads the quotation messages stored in the memory 14 (the messages transmitted by the quotation server are received by the quotation module 22 and stored in the memory 14, or the messages stored in the memory 14 when the historical investment notes are stored by the notebook module 24), the quotation messages are analyzed according to the message format, and finally, the analyzed quotation data is displayed on the quotation window 36. The present invention provides an embedded quotation template/quotation window 36 in the notebook view 26, which is mainly characterized in that the quotation text replaces the prior screenshot technology to provide stock market information, the user can omit the complicated operation steps of screenshot, and the storage occupation capacity of the memory 14 can be greatly reduced, and the quotation template with dynamically updated data replaces the prior static picture technology (screenshot), so that the user can conveniently and randomly inquire the front/rear data (namely, the data originally outside the screen visible range, for example, the earlier historical K-line data can be inquired by sliding the technical face template forwards). After the user finishes the establishment and clicks the storage button (generates a storage instruction), the notebook module 24 receives the storage instruction, i.e. stores the investment note (including the template selection instruction and the embedded quotation text) into the memory 14 to become a historical investment note; in some embodiments, the storing instruction is to upload the investment note (which becomes a historical investment note) to the cloud server; in some embodiments, the store instructions are stored in the memory 14 and uploaded to the cloud server. In some embodiments, notebook module 24 further comprises: receiving an editing instruction to read the historical investment notes (including the template selection instruction and the embedded quotation text) and editing. For example: the user opens the previously stored historical investment notes and edits the note content therein or alters the previously embedded offer template. In some embodiments, notebook module 24 further comprises: receiving a parameter modification instruction to modify parameters of the quotation messages in the quotation window, such as: and the user opens the previously stored historical investment notes and modifies the parameter setting of the technical line graph to change the indexes of the secondary graph.
Here, the quotation module 22 provides a corresponding quotation template for the user to select (e.g., financial surface template generated by the financial surface module, chip surface template generated by the chip surface module, technical surface template generated by the technical surface module \8230, etc.), and after the user sets the parameters of the quotation template (as shown in fig. 4), the quotation template presents the parsed quotation text in the quotation window 36 according to the parameters of the quotation template. Because the quotation window 36 can be built-in to the notebook view 26 and its window size can be re-adjusted according to the user's needs, the quotation window 36 is a different concept than the quotation view. The present invention utilizes the technical features of the quotation template to allow a further newly generated quotation window 36 (another technical feature) to be embedded into the notebook view 26. In some embodiments, the quotation module 22 is a Parent Class function (Parent Class) and the quotation template is a Child Class function (Child Class) that inherits the quotation module 22, i.e., the quotation template inherits all the functions of the Parent Class, such as: parse the quote text and then Overwrite (Overwrite) the unwanted parent function and replace it with a new child function, such as: and displaying the analyzed result of the quotation telegraph text in a quotation window.
Referring to FIG. 3, a screen 16 of a notebook view 26 illustrating a graphical user interface of an application 20 (i.e., stock quote software or stock exchange software) displayed on the screen 16 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. The drawings of the embodiment are for illustration of a screen style of a smart phone, the invention is not limited to be used in the smart phone, and the invention can also be used in a personal computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a handheld stock machine, a personal digital assistant, a smart television set \8230, and the like. The present embodiment, a smart phone (device 10 of modular stock information notebook), displays the notebook view 26 of the present invention. The user may perform a menu operation (generate a notebook generation command, not shown) to create a new investment note in the application 20, and the notebook module 24 generates the notebook view 26 upon receiving the notebook generation command. In some embodiments, an investment note comprises: the title, the date of creation, the corresponding financial commodity, the offer template 36, and the note content (recording the words input by the user, such as the investment), all of which can be searched by the computer through the keywords, which is convenient for the user to search the history in the future. Thus, the notebook view 26 of the legend contains: title, date of creation, corresponding financial item (item input box in figure), template selection button 30 (generate template selection command), and text input box 32 (for recording note content). In some embodiments, the investment notes further comprise: investment opinions (shown in the figure) the user can select from a drop-down menu whether the trend opinion for the tagged financial instruments is more or less. After the user inputs data in the notebook view 26, and finally presses the storage button 28 (generates a storage command), the notebook module 24 stores the records (i.e., investment notes) in the memory 14, each investment note may correspond to one or more financial products, and the user may record a plurality of financial products in the same investment note or one investment note may correspond to a single financial product.
Referring to FIG. 4, a diagram of a screen 16 of a template selection view 34 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The illustration is that the user generates the template selection view 34 by the notebook module 24 after pressing the template selection button 30 of fig. 3; in some embodiments, the notebook module 24 generates a template selection window (not shown), or a template selection menu (not shown) in place of the template selection view 34. The template selection view 34 of the present invention provides a plurality of offer templates for the user to select to embed dynamic stock market information into the investment notes, the offer templates may include: a financial face quotation template (generating a financial face quotation window), a chip face quotation template (generating a chip face quotation window), a technical face quotation template (generating a technical face quotation window) and a message face quotation template (generating a message face quotation window); a transaction record template (resulting in a transaction record window) is also included in some embodiments, as shown in the legend. The offer template of the present invention is a corresponding offer module 22, for example: the financial surface quotation template corresponds to the financial surface quotation module (belonging to one of the quotation modules 22) and has the same functions of receiving financial surface quotation messages and analyzing the financial surface quotation messages, and only after the quotation messages are analyzed by the quotation template, the quotation data is presented in the quotation window 36. The illustration illustrates a plurality of different types of bid templates (the present embodiment separates the different types of templates by tabs) with additional details available for user selection, such as: under the financial face quotation template, other items such as 'monthly revenue table', 'cash flow table', 'profit capacity', 'repayment capacity' \ 8230are selected, and under each item, the period of data (such as the current month, the previous half year and the previous 1 year) is selected. After the user clicks the radio button of the option, the number of the checked quotation templates is displayed at the corresponding tab title, and the legend shows that the display number of the tab title of the financial surface is '1', which represents that the user clicks 1 quotation template (the legend of the 'monthly revenue table'). The location of the gray scroll bar (Scrollbar) on the right side of the screen 16 indicates that there is much information below the field of view of the screen 16 and that the user needs to slide the screen to view other alternative templates. After the user finishes the selection, pressing the confirm key generates a template selection instruction.
Referring to fig. 5, a screen 16 of the notebook view 26 according to an embodiment of the present invention is a schematic diagram (ii), in which it is assumed that the user presses a determination key (i.e., generates a template selection instruction) after selecting the quotation template in fig. 4, the notebook module 24 embeds a quotation window 36 (corresponding to the selected quotation template) into the notebook view 26, and the quotation window 36 of the diagram presents monthly revenue report information. The example illustrates that after the monthly revenue meter template (belonging to one of the financial surface quotation templates) receives the quotation message (i.e. the monthly revenue meter quotation message) of the quotation server, the monthly revenue meter template is analyzed and then displayed in the monthly revenue meter pricing window 36. If the user wants to close the quotation window 36 embedded in the notebook view 26, he or she presses the close button corresponding to the quotation window 36. When the notebook view 26 includes the embedded quotation window 36, the investment notes stored by the storage instruction include the quotation text corresponding to the quotation window 36 (in this case, the monthly revenue table quotation text), that is, the stock market information of the investment notes stored by the present invention is in a picture format in which the quotation text replaces the existing screen capture.
Referring to FIG. 6, a screen 16 of a notebook view according to another embodiment of the present invention is a schematic diagram illustrating a user embedding two quotation windows 36 in the notebook view 26, with a monthly revenue table above the screen 16 and a technical line graph below. The main graph of the technical line graph of the lower quotation window 36 is "monthly K line", and the sub-graphs are "volume of transaction", "RSI" and "KD", because the data presented by the embedded quotation window 36 is the quotation text dynamically received and parsed by the quotation template, rather than the static pictures of the prior art, the user can arbitrarily slide the screen 16 to browse the data period to be displayed (i.e. slide the screen 16 left/right to browse the data outside the visual range of the screen 16), or change the K line period (e.g. the period of the week line, the day line, the 60 minute line), or even modify the parameters of the quotation text in the quotation window 36 (e.g. delete the "KD" index of the sub-graph, or add the "MACD" index).
Referring to fig. 7, a screen 16 of a parameter setting menu 38 according to an embodiment of the present invention is schematically illustrated, in which the parameter options are presented in a menu manner in this embodiment, and in other embodiments, the parameter options can also be presented in a view or window manner. When the user presses the setting key in the lower quotation window 36 in fig. 6, the screen 16 is as shown in the legend, the user can change the sub-map in the lower quotation window 36 in fig. 6 by checking or reversely checking the sub-map index, and the parameter modification instruction is generated by pressing the determination key after the setting is completed.
Referring to fig. 8, an operation flow chart of an embodiment of a method for a modular stock information notebook according to the present invention is shown, in which a user executes an application 20 to record an investment note corresponding to a financial product by using a mobile device (e.g., a smart phone/a tablet computer/a stock machine), and referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, the method includes:
step S101: the present application 20 is executed on the device 10. The user executes the application 20 (stock quote software or stock exchange software) of the present invention on a mobile device (e.g., smartphone/tablet/stock machine). The illustrated example is not intended to limit the application of the present invention to mobile devices, but the present invention is also applicable to personal computers, notebook computers, smart televisions 8230A, and the like. In some embodiments, the user has to log in the authentication operation with the account and password before the step is executed, the communication module 18 must establish an Internet connection.
