Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of image forming apparatuses, and more particularly, to an image forming apparatus and a control method. The method is applied to an image forming device and comprises the following steps: receiving first information sent by first equipment, wherein the first information comprises authority information; and according to the authority information, determining the operation authority of the first device to the image forming device and/or determining the operation authority of the first device to the second device to the image forming device, wherein the operation authority is used for supporting the operation task of the corresponding device to the image forming device. It should be understood that the division of the respective blocks of the image forming apparatus shown in fig. 5 and 6 is merely a logical function division, and may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity or physically separated in actual implementation. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling by the processing element in software, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the first determining unit, the second determining unit, and the third determining unit may be processing chips that are separately set up, or may be implemented by being integrated in a certain chip of the electronic device. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more microprocessors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), among others. For another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a System-On-a-Chip (SOC).
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another image forming apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the image forming apparatus is represented in the form of a general-purpose computing device. The components of the image forming apparatus may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors 610, a communication interface 620, a memory 630, and a communication bus 640 that connects the various system components (including the processors 610, the communication interface 620, and the memory 630).
Communication bus 640 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. These architectures include, but are not limited to, industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro Channel Architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, to name a few.
Electronic devices typically include a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by the electronic device and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
Memory 630 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile Memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or cache Memory. The electronic device may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. Memory 630 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
The processor 610 executes various functional applications and data processing, for example, implementing a control method of the image forming apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention, by running a program stored in the memory 630.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause a computer to execute a method of controlling an image forming apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
The computer-readable storage medium described above may take any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), a flash Memory, an optical fiber, a portable compact disc Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.

Claims (14)

1. A method of controlling an image forming apparatus, applied to the image forming apparatus, includes:
receiving first information sent by first equipment, wherein the first information comprises authority information;
and according to the authority information, determining the operation authority of the first device to the image forming device and/or determining the operation authority of the first device to the second device to the image forming device, wherein the operation authority is used for supporting the operation task of the corresponding device to the image forming device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the permission information includes information indicating the identity of the first device and/or authorization code information; determining the operation authority of the first equipment to the image forming device according to the authority information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
and determining the operation authority of the first device to the image forming device according to the information for indicating the identity of the first device and/or the authorization code information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining the job authority of the first device to the image forming apparatus based on the authority information comprises:
displaying or sending authorization verification information to the first equipment according to the authority information;
acquiring authentication response information provided according to the authorization authentication information;
and determining the operation authority of the first equipment to the image forming device according to the verification response information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the rights information comprises: information indicative of an identity of the second device, and comprising: the first device authorizes the second device to the job authority item of the image forming apparatus and/or the valid period of the corresponding job authority item.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
judging whether the validity period of a job authority item of the first device to the second device and/or a corresponding job authority item of the second device meets a preset rule or not;
and if so, determining that the operation authority authorized to the second equipment by the first equipment is the valid authority according to the authority information.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining, from the authority information, a job authority of the first device to the second device to the image forming apparatus, comprises:
sending permission sharing verification information to the second device;
receiving permission sharing response information sent by the second device according to the permission sharing verification information;
and determining that the operation authority authorized to the second equipment by the first equipment is an effective authority according to the authority sharing response information.
7. An image forming apparatus, comprising:
the interactive module is used for receiving first information sent by first equipment, and the first information comprises authority information;
and the determining module is used for determining the operation authority of the first device to the image forming device and/or determining the operation authority of the first device to the second device to the image forming device according to the authority information, wherein the operation authority is used for supporting the operation task of the corresponding device to the image forming device.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the permission information includes information indicating the identity of the first device and/or authorization code information; the determining module includes: a first determination unit;
the first determining unit is used for determining the operation authority of the first device to the image forming device according to the information for indicating the identity of the first device and/or the authorization code information.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the determining module comprises: a second determination unit; the second determining unit is specifically configured to:
according to the authority information, displaying or sending authorization verification information to the first equipment through the interaction module;
obtaining verification response information provided according to the authorization verification information through the interaction module;
and determining the operation authority of the first equipment to the image forming device according to the verification response information.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the permission information comprises: information indicative of an identity of the second device, and comprising: the first device authorizes the second device to the job authority item of the image forming apparatus and/or the valid period of the corresponding job authority item.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the determining module further comprises:
a judging unit, configured to judge whether a validity period of a job right item and/or a corresponding job right item, which is authorized by the first device to the second device, to the image forming apparatus meets a preset rule; and if so, determining that the operation authority authorized to the second equipment by the first equipment is an effective authority according to the authority information.
12. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the determining module further comprises: a third determination unit to:
sending permission sharing verification information to the second equipment through the interaction module;
receiving, by the interaction module, permission sharing response information sent by the second device according to the permission sharing verification information;
and determining that the operation authority authorized to the second equipment by the first equipment is an effective authority according to the authority sharing response information.
13. An image forming apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein:
the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor calling the program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program, when executed, controls an apparatus in which the computer-readable storage medium is located to perform the method of any of claims 1-6.
