Abstract
The invention provides a refrigerator operation control method, which comprises the following steps: the system acquires target object information required by a user; controlling a camera in the refrigerator compartment to identify a corresponding target object according to the acquired target object information; acquiring the position of a target object; determining the light irradiation angle according to the position of the target object; opening a door body, synchronously opening light to enable the door body to illuminate the area where the target object is located, and adjusting the light brightness according to the opening angle of the door body, wherein the larger the opening angle of the door body is, the larger the light brightness is; based on the refrigerator operation control method provided by the invention, the light only illuminates the area where the target object is located, and a user can quickly take out the required object from the inside of the refrigerator, so that the time for keeping the door body open can be reduced, and the loss of cold energy can be effectively reduced; in addition, before the refrigerator door body is opened to the maximum angle, the light brightness is relatively small, and electric energy can be saved.

Further, the step of determining the light irradiation angle according to the position of the target object comprises the following steps: determining the position of a target article; judging whether the angle difference between the light irradiation direction and the position of the target object is not greater than a set value or not; if yes, maintaining the light irradiation angle of the headlight; if not, the illuminating lamp is rotated, and the light irradiation direction is adjusted until the angle difference between the light irradiation direction and the position of the target object is not larger than a set value.

the system acquires target object information required by a user;
controlling a camera in the refrigerator compartment to identify a corresponding target object according to the acquired target object information;
acquiring the position of a target object;
determining the light irradiation angle according to the position of the target object;
and opening the door body, synchronously opening the light to enable the light to illuminate the area where the target object is located, and adjusting the light brightness according to the opening angle of the door body, wherein the larger the opening angle of the door body is, the larger the light brightness is.
Based on the refrigerator operation control method provided by the invention, the light only illuminates the area where the target object is located, and a user can quickly take out the required object from the interior of the refrigerator, so that the time for opening the door body can be reduced, and the loss of cold energy can be effectively reduced; in addition, before the refrigerator door body is opened to the maximum angle, the light brightness is relatively small, and electric energy can be saved.
In the specific implementation process, the brightness percentage of the light is in direct proportion to the opening angle of the door body. Specifically, when the door body is opened to 20% of the maximum opening angle, the brightness percentage of the light is 20%; when the door body is opened to 40% of the maximum opening angle, the brightness percentage of the light is 40%; when the door body is opened to 60% of the maximum opening angle, the brightness percentage of the lamplight is 60%; when the door body is opened to 80% of the maximum opening angle, the brightness percentage of the light is 80%; when the door body is opened to the maximum opening angle, the brightness percentage of the lamplight is 100%. By analogy, the brightness percentages of the lights corresponding to the opening angles of the other door bodies are not listed one by one. In specific implementation, the maximum opening angle of the door body in the invention can refer to a limit opening angle of the door body, and can also refer to a door body opening angle (the angle is usually smaller than the limit opening angle of the door body) which is convenient for a user to take and place articles under a common condition.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the step of determining the illumination angle of the lamp according to the position of the target object includes: determining the position of a target article; judging whether the angle difference between the light irradiation direction and the position of the target object is not greater than a set value or not; if yes, maintaining the light irradiation angle of the headlight; if not, the illuminating lamp is rotated, and the light irradiation direction is adjusted until the angle difference between the light irradiation direction and the position of the target object is not larger than the set value.
In specific implementation, the value of the set value in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 ranges from 3 ° to 8 °. In one embodiment, the range of values for the set point is 5 °.

In one embodiment, the selection may be made by activating a corresponding button provided on the refrigerator, typically the system defaults to being non-allergenic to light, and the user is determined to be allergenic to light when the user activates the button. In specific implementation, for a light sensitive user, the information of the user on photosensitivity can also be directly input into the refrigerator system, selection is locked, and the condition that the light sensitive user needs to trigger a button every time the refrigerator is opened is avoided; of course, it should be understood that the user may also unlock the lock at any time.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the door body concerned is automatically opened, and before the door body is automatically opened, the following steps are further provided: determining a door body to be opened according to the position of a target article; judging whether a user stands within a distance range set by the outer side of the door body; if yes, the user is reminded of avoiding by voice; if not, the door body is opened.
Based on the embodiment, the interference caused by the automatic opening of the refrigerator door body by a user can be avoided, and the damages such as collision and the like caused by the automatic opening of the door body to the user can also be avoided. In addition, for a refrigerator with two chambers provided with two doors, the door body to be opened is determined according to the position of the target object in the embodiment, so that the problem of rapid leakage of the cold in the chamber caused by simultaneous opening of the two doors can be avoided, and the energy consumption of the refrigerator in operation can be effectively reduced.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, before the door body is opened, there is a light shape determining step of determining a light shape according to a shape of the target object. Usually, the shape of the light is matched with the appearance of the target object, so that a user can conveniently check the target object.
Referring to fig. 7, the light shape determining step in this embodiment includes: acquiring the shape of a target object; judging whether the shape of the target object is round, square or slender strip; if not, determining that the shape of the lamplight is in an annular divergent shape; if yes, continuing to judge whether the shape of the target object is circular or square; if not, determining the shape of the lamplight to be in a strip shape; if yes, determining the shape of the lamplight to be in a point-shaped gathering form.
In the invention, the system acquires the target article information required by the user and inputs the target article information through voice or keys.
In consideration of the fact that the refrigerator is usually in a dark environment before the door body is opened, in order to identify a target object in the dark environment, the camera referred to in the invention is usually an infrared camera. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, after the system receives a signal that the user needs to obtain the target object, the light in the compartment may also be turned on and provide a certain brightness, so that the camera can obtain the target object, and the camera may not be limited to the infrared camera.
Further, in the step of identifying the target object by the camera, if the target object is not identified by the camera, the user is reminded of the absence of the target object in the refrigerator through voice. Based on this step, ineffective opening of the door of the refrigerator can be avoided.

The operation control method of a refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the light irradiation angle of the lamp according to the position of the target item comprises: determining the position of a target article; judging whether the angle difference between the light irradiation direction and the position of the target object is not greater than a set value or not; if yes, maintaining the light irradiation angle of the headlight; if not, the illuminating lamp is rotated, and the light irradiation direction is adjusted until the angle difference between the light irradiation direction and the position of the target object is not larger than the set value.
