Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive efforts based on the embodiments of the present invention, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting.
Examples
1. Primer screening
Respectively brushing pure acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, silicone-acrylic emulsion, hydroxyl acrylic dispersion DB3601 and hydroxyl acrylic emulsion L9206W on the surface of 7 wall finish precast cement boards for 2 times, drying to form a transparent protective film, and testing the glossiness according to a method for measuring the mirror surface gloss of GB/T9754-2007 colored paint and varnish without metal pigment;
as shown in FIG. 1, the gloss after brushing is improved, wherein the wall paint with the highest gloss is the wall paint with the best combination gloss of 36.4GU, namely the tricot paint can be used as a subsequent simulation finish.
2. Single formula emulsion screening
Performing hydrophobicity test of single-formula emulsion film forming, respectively directly smearing styrene-acrylic, silicone-acrylic, acrylic resin, hydroxypropyl and polyacrylic emulsion on tinplate to form a film, and performing contact angle test; the method comprises the following specific steps: using black light absorption cloth as a background, placing a to-be-detected plane on a horizontal plane, using a liquid transfer gun to transfer 25 microlitres of water onto the to-be-detected plane, horizontally shooting by using a mobile phone camera to shoot water drops, and measuring a contact angle by using geometric drawing board software;
the results are shown in fig. 2 and table 1: the hydrophobic contact angle of styrene-acrylic is larger, and the white board handwriting on the coating directly formed by the emulsion can be erased more compared with other emulsions.
TABLE 1
3. Coupling agent contact Angle test
Preparing a coating according to the formula shown in Table 2, and carrying out a contact angle test;
TABLE 2
As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, the KH570 coupling agent formulation had the best hydrophobicity; both KH550 and KH560 coupling agents react with water to render the coating ineffective.
4. Comparison and analysis of silicone oil in styrene-acrylic emulsion formula
Preparing a coating according to a formula shown in Table 3, carrying out a contact angle test, and carrying out a coating fineness test according to the measurement of the grinding fineness of GB/T1724-2019 colored paint, varnish and printing ink;
TABLE 3
As shown in fig. 4 and table 4, the contact angle of the hydroxy silicone oil was the largest, 88.07 °, and the effect was relatively good; the fineness of the hydroxyl silicone oil is the lowest.
TABLE 4
5. Effect of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) on coating Properties
Preparing a coating according to a formula shown in Table 5, and performing a contact angle test, a coating fineness test and a handwriting erasing test; the specific steps of the handwriting erasure test are as follows: preparing a coating with the thickness of 200 microns on the surface of the test tinplate or the cement plate coated with the coating by using a four-side preparation device; after natural drying for 2 hours, writing and testing by using a commercially available nameplate water-based white board pen, and testing the easy scrubbing performance by using fingers and a white board eraser;
TABLE 5
The results are shown in fig. 5-6 and table 6, after the DBP is added, the hydrophobicity of the coating is obviously improved, the contact angle is obviously increased after the DBP is added, the contact angle reaches 94.55 degrees, the hydrophobic level is reached after the DBP is added, and the expected effect is obtained; the fineness of the coating is reduced after the leveling agent and the film forming additive are added, but the influence on the fineness is small if DBP is added; the handwriting erasing effect is also obviously improved.
TABLE 6
6. Fluorine modification of formulations
Preparing the coating according to the formula shown in the table 7-10, and carrying out a contact angle test, a coating fineness test and a writing erasure test;
table 7: formulation I
Table 8: formulation II
Table 9: formulation III
Table 10: formulation IV
The results are shown in FIG. 6: the fineness of the formula IV is the lowest, and is 20 mu m, so that the effect is ideal; the contact angle is 99 degrees, and the hydrophobic grade is achieved (and the super-hydrophobic property is not achieved); the water-based whiteboard marker on the testing tinplate testing plate coated with the improved formula IV is very smooth to write; the ink stain can be basically wiped by using fingers, and basically no residue is left; the white board pen is also constructed on a standard test cement board, so that writing is very smooth, and ink stains can be basically erased.
In conclusion, the writable and erasable wall paint disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the appropriate components and proportion are preferably selected, so that the coating has good fineness, hydrophobicity and erasable performance; the anti-doodling performance of the coating is improved, so that ink spots on the coating interface are easy to erase.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
