the triangular scraper (9), the triangular scraper (9) is clamped between the conveying rubber belt (1) and the bottom plate of the side baffle (2).

The conveyor belt cleaning device of claim 1, wherein: the cross section of the conveying rubber belt (1) is in a round-angle rectangular shape, the height of the upper surface and the lower surface of the conveying rubber belt (1) is smaller than that of the side baffle (2), the inner surface of the conveying rubber belt (1) is in contact with the roller (25), the top surface of the conveying rubber belt (1) is close to the top plate of the side baffle (2), and a gap is reserved between the bottom surface of the conveying rubber belt (1) and the bottom plate of the side baffle (2).

A conveyor belt cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that: supporting legs (21) are installed at the two ends of the outer side face of the side baffle (2) in a threaded mode, sealing plates (23) are clamped between the side faces of the conveying rubber belts (1) of the side baffle (2), the bottoms of the sealing plates (23) are of right-angled triangle structures, and sharp nails (24) are welded on the triangular inclined planes, the top of each sealing plate (23) is sleeved on a fixing shaft (22), and the two ends of each fixing shaft (22) penetrate through the side baffle (2) and rollers (25) respectively.

The conveyor belt cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom surface of the material receiving box (3) is an arc-shaped plate (33) protruding upwards, air guide pipes (31) are symmetrically inserted into the front side surface and the rear side surface of the material receiving box (3), the air guide pipes (31) are of an L-shaped structure, the upper ends of the air guide pipes (31) are close to the top surface of the conveying adhesive tape (1), and U-shaped pipes (7) are welded below the arc-shaped plate (33).

s4, the foam enters a heating section (72), the foam is broken under the action of temperature rise, generated hot air is blown to the scraped conveying adhesive tape (1) through a blowing section (71) to be dried, and negative pressure is generated in a U-shaped pipe (7) after the foam is broken, so that the foam and dust are sucked;
s5, the waste liquid after defoaming flows into a settling tank (6) along a discharge pipe (61), and the solution is filtered by a net cylinder (63) and then is input into a liquid storage tank (5).
