When cutting is completed, the rotation of the knife rest roller 3 is stopped, the rotation of the air plate 17 is driven to stop, when paper of other specifications is cut, the blade 6 placed on the outer side of the fixed shaft 2 is sleeved towards the outer side of the knife rest roller 3 or the blade 6 sleeved on the outer side of the knife rest roller 3 is taken down in a sliding mode, and the steps are repeated.
