Referring to fig. 2 and 3, two clamping grooves 51 are formed in the fixing block 5, and the second through hole 52 is communicated with one of the clamping grooves 51; the reinforcing rod 71 is provided with a third through hole 711, and the third through hole 711 communicates with the clamping groove 51.
The fixing seat 4 is provided with a clamping mechanism 6, the clamping mechanism 6 comprises two clamping blocks 61 which are connected to the fixing seat 4 in a sliding manner, the two clamping blocks 61 are respectively positioned on two sides of the placing groove 41, the two clamping blocks 61 are respectively clamped with the two clamping grooves 51, and one clamping block 61 penetrates through a third through hole 711 in the reinforcing rod 71. The fixed seat 4 is provided with an adjusting component 62, the adjusting component 62 comprises a bidirectional screw 622 rotatably connected to the fixed seat 4, the directions of threads at two ends of the bidirectional screw 622 are opposite, the bidirectional screw 622 penetrates through the two clamping blocks 61, and the two clamping blocks 61 are respectively in threaded connection with two ends of the bidirectional screw 622; the fixed seat 4 is fixedly connected with a motor 621, and an output shaft of the motor 621 is connected with one end of a bidirectional screw 622.
When the fixed block 5 is abutted against the fixed seat 4 and the reinforcing rod 71 passes through the second through hole 52 on the fixed block 5, the third through hole 711 on the reinforcing rod 71 is communicated with the clamping groove 51 on the fixed block 5 and the axes are coincident, the motor 621 is started, the output shaft of the motor 621 drives the bidirectional screw 622 to rotate, the bidirectional screw 622 drives the two clamping blocks 61 to move in opposite directions, and one clamping block 61 is directly clamped with one clamping groove 51 on the fixed block 5; the other clamping block 61 is clamped with the other clamping groove 51 on the fixed block 5, and the clamping block 61 passes through the third through hole 711 on the reinforcing rod 71.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, two anti-shake mechanisms 9 are provided on the fixed base 4, the anti-shake mechanisms 9 include a connecting rod 91, one end of the connecting rod 91 is provided with a fixing component 94, the fixing component 94 includes a fixing plate 941 fixedly connected to the connecting rod 91, and the fixing plate 941 abuts against the fixed base 4; the fixing plate 941 is provided with a fixing bolt 942 that passes through the fixing plate 941 to be screwed with the fixing base 4. One end of the connecting rod 91 away from the fixed plate 941 is fixedly connected with a mounting block 92, the side wall on one side of the mounting block 92 is fixedly connected with two anti-shake plates 93, the two anti-shake plates 93 are obliquely arranged on the same side wall of the mounting block 92, and the oblique directions of the two anti-shake plates 93 are opposite; the cutter bar 12 is located between the two anti-shake plates 93, and both the anti-shake plates 93 abut against the cutter bar 12. The lengths of the two connecting rods 91 in the two anti-shake mechanisms 9 are different, and the anti-shake plates 93 in the different anti-shake mechanisms 9 abut against positions of different heights of the cutter bar 12.
The implementation principle of one embodiment of the application is as follows: first, the adjusting rod 81 is moved, and the position of the second adjusting block 722 is adjusted; then, one end of the cutter bar 12 far away from the connecting block 21 extends into the placing groove 41 of the fixed seat 4, and the limiting rod 73 enters into the first chute 44; continuing to move the cutter bar 12 to enable the first adjusting block 721 to enter the adjusting groove 7221 of the second adjusting block 722, enabling the limiting rod 73 to enter the second sliding groove 45 from the first sliding groove 44, and enabling the fixed block 5 to abut against the fixed seat 4; then the cutter bar 12 is rotated, the first adjusting block 721 on the cutter bar 12 drives the second adjusting block 722 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 723 on the second adjusting block 722 drives the first bevel gear 724 to rotate, the second bevel gear 726 meshed with the first bevel gear 724 drives the second rotating shaft 725 to rotate, the first gear 727 on the second rotating shaft 725 drives the first rack 728 to move, and the reinforcing rod 71 passes through the second through hole 52 on the fixed block 5; then, the positioning rod 84 is moved, so that the positioning rod 84 is clamped with a positioning groove on the adjusting rod 81, and then a positioning bolt 85 penetrates through the positioning rod 84 to be in threaded connection with the fixed seat 4; at this time, the third through hole 711 of the reinforcing rod 71 communicates with the clamping groove 51 of the fixed block 5; the motor 621 is restarted to enable the two clamping blocks 61 to be respectively clamped with the two clamping grooves 51 on the fixed block 5, so that the cutter bar 12 is fixed on the fixed seat 4.
Finally, the fixing plate 941 is connected to the fixing base 4 through the fixing bolt 942, so that two anti-shake plates 93 in the same anti-shake mechanism 9 are in contact with the cutter bar 12.

The fixture for clamping the spliced drill bit comprises a fixed seat (4), a fixed block (5) and a clamping mechanism (6), and further comprises a drill bit body (11), a cutter bar (12) and a connecting mechanism (2), wherein the connecting mechanism (2) comprises a connecting block (21), a clamping block (22) and a connecting assembly (23), the connecting block (21) is arranged on the drill bit body (11), the clamping block (22) is arranged on the connecting block (21), and a clamping groove (121) which is clamped with the clamping block (22) is formed in the cutter bar (12); the connecting component (23) is arranged on the connecting block (21) and is connected with the drill bit body (11);
a placing groove (41) is formed in the fixing seat (4), and one end, far away from the connecting block (21), of the cutter bar (12) is located in the placing groove (41);
the fixed block (5) is arranged at one end of the cutter bar (12) far away from the connecting block (21), and the fixed block (5) is abutted against the fixed seat (4);
the clamping mechanism (6) comprises two clamping blocks (61) and an adjusting assembly (62), the two clamping blocks (61) are respectively arranged on the fixed seats (4) on two sides of the placing groove (41) in a sliding mode, and the fixed blocks (5) are provided with clamping grooves (51) which are clamped with the clamping blocks (61);
the adjusting component (62) is arranged on the fixed seat (4) and is connected with the two clamping blocks (61);
a reinforcing mechanism (7) is arranged on the fixed seat (4), the reinforcing mechanism (7) comprises a reinforcing rod (71) and an adjusting component (72),
the fixed block (5) is provided with a second through hole (52) communicated with the clamping groove (51),
the reinforcing rod (71) is slidably arranged on the fixing seat (4), the reinforcing rod (71) penetrates through the second through hole (52), and a third through hole (711) for the clamping block (61) to penetrate through is formed in the reinforcing rod (71);
the adjusting component (72) is arranged on the fixed seat (4) and is connected with the reinforcing rod (71);
the cross sections of the placing groove (41) and the cutter bar (12) are circular, a cavity (42) is formed in the fixing seat (4), a fourth through hole communicated with the cavity (42) is formed in the fixing seat (4), the reinforcing rod (71) is slidably arranged in the cavity (42), and one end of the reinforcing rod (71) penetrates through the fourth through hole;
the adjusting assembly (72) comprises a first adjusting block (721), a second adjusting block (722), a first rotating shaft (723), a first bevel gear (724), a second rotating shaft (725), a second bevel gear (726), a first gear (727) and a first rack (728), wherein the first adjusting block (721) is fixedly arranged at one end, far away from the connecting block (21), of the cutter bar (12);
the second adjusting block (722) is rotatably arranged on the bottom wall of the placing groove (41), an adjusting groove (7221) is formed in the second adjusting block (722), and the first adjusting block (721) can be positioned in the adjusting groove (7221); and the cross sections of the second adjusting block (722) and the adjusting groove (7221) are rectangular;
the first rotating shaft (723) is fixedly arranged on the second adjusting block (722), one end of the first rotating shaft (723) far away from the second adjusting block (722) is positioned in the cavity (42), and the first bevel gear (724) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (723);
the second rotating shaft (725) is rotatably arranged in the cavity (42), and the second bevel gear (726) is arranged at one end of the second rotating shaft (725) and meshed with the first bevel gear (724);
the first gear (727) is arranged at the other end of the second rotating shaft (725), and the first rack (728) is arranged on the reinforcing rod (71) and meshed with the first gear (727);
a fifth through hole communicated with the cavity (42) is arranged on the fixed seat (4),
the fixing seat (4) is provided with a positioning mechanism (8), the positioning mechanism (8) comprises an adjusting rod (81), a second rack (82), a second gear (83), a positioning rod (84) and a positioning bolt (85), one end of the adjusting rod (81) is positioned in the cavity (42), and the other end of the adjusting rod passes through the fifth through hole;

the second gear (83) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (723) and meshed with the second rack (82);
the positioning rod (84) is slidably arranged on the fixed seat (4), and a plurality of positioning holes (811) which are clamped with the positioning rod (84) are formed in the adjusting rod (81);
the positioning bolt (85) penetrates through the positioning rod (84) to be in threaded connection with the fixed seat (4);
a first chute (44) and a second chute (45) are formed in the side wall of the placing groove (41), the first chute (44) is communicated with the second chute (45), the axis of the first chute (44) is parallel to the axis of the placing groove (41), and the axis of the second chute (45) is perpendicular to the axis of the placing groove (41);
a limiting rod (73) is arranged on the side wall of the cutter bar (12), the first sliding groove (44) and the second sliding groove (45) can slide with the limiting rod (73), and when the limiting rod (73) enters the second sliding groove (45) through the first sliding groove (44), the fixed block (5) is abutted against the fixed seat (4);
when the second adjusting block (722) rotates, the limiting rod (73) slides in the second sliding groove (45).
