the SS03 drives the positioning frame 2 to move along the slide rail 9 by rotating the threaded rod 35 until the stamping head 39 on the stamping assembly 14 is arranged right below the positioning block 51 on the female hinge 48;
the SS04 controls the starting cylinder 28 through the controller 29 to drive the L-shaped plate 12 to ascend together with the stamping part 3, when the infrared travel switch 47 moves to the position where the shielding plate 14 is shielded, the infrared travel switch 47 transmits information to the controller 29, and the controller 29 controls the closing cylinder 28 to enable the stamping head 39 to be aligned to the circle center position of the positioning block 51, so that the stamping head 39 is accurately positioned;
SS05 accomplishes the accurate location debugging back to cloudy hinge 48 on the hinge standard component 4, loosens two sets of holder 8, takes out cloudy hinge 48 on the hinge standard component 4 from placing box 5, and it is fixed to put into in proper order the cloudy hinge 48 that treats the punching press in the automobile hinge and punch and place box 5 centre gripping, punches.

A stamping mechanism for an automobile hinge comprises a clamping platform (1), a positioning frame (2) and a stamping part (3); the positioning frame (2) is in sliding fit with the clamping platform (1); the stamping part (3) is in sliding fit with the clamping platform (1); the hinge standard part (4) is clamped by the clamping platform (1);
the method is characterized in that:
the surface of the clamping platform (1) is fixedly connected with a placing box (5); two adjacent side surfaces of the placing box (5) are provided with threaded sleeves (6) in a penetrating way; the side surface of the placing box (5) is symmetrically provided with sliding holes (7) at two sides of the threaded sleeve (6); the thread of the threaded sleeve (6) is rotatably matched with a clamping piece (8);
the surface of the clamping platform (1) is symmetrically and fixedly connected with sliding rails (9); the positioning frame (2) comprises a sliding plate (10); the sliding plate (10) is in sliding fit with the sliding rail (9); the surface of the sliding plate (10) is symmetrically and fixedly connected with a guide plate (11); an L-shaped plate (12) is in sliding fit between the two guide plates (11); the surface of the L-shaped plate (12) is provided with a limit channel (13); the limiting channel (13) is in sliding fit with the stamping part (3);
electric push rods (15) are fixedly arranged on the side surfaces of the two guide plates (11); a first push plate (16) is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the electric push rod (15); the other electric push rod (15) is fixedly connected with a fixed plate (17) at the telescopic end; the side surface of the fixed plate (17) is symmetrically and fixedly connected with guide rods (18); the end parts of the two guide rods (18) are fixedly connected with a second push plate (19); the first push plate (16) and the second push plate (19) are in sliding fit with the surface of the L-shaped plate (12); the telescopic end of an electric push rod (15) fixedly connected with the first push plate (16) is arranged on the side surface of the second push plate (19) in a penetrating and sliding manner; the guide rod (18) penetrates through the side surface of the first push plate (16) in a sliding mode.
2. Stamping mechanism for automotive hinges, according to claim 1, characterized in that said clamping member (8) comprises a clamping plate (20); a screw rod (21) is rotationally matched with the side surface of the clamping plate (20); slide bars (22) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the side surfaces of the clamping plates (20) on the two sides of the screw rod (21); the sliding rod (22) is in sliding fit with the sliding hole (7); the screw rod (21) is in threaded rotation fit with the threaded sleeve (6); the side surfaces of the first push plate (16) and the second push plate (19) are symmetrically and fixedly connected with a stop lever (52).

The stamping mechanism for the automobile hinge as claimed in claim 2, wherein one end of the screw rod (21) is fixedly connected with a connecting rod (23); the peripheral side surface of the connecting rod (23) is fixedly connected with a ratchet wheel (24); a C-shaped plate (25) is fixedly connected between the two sliding rods (22); a pawl (26) is rotatably matched on the side surface of the C-shaped plate (25); and a return spring (27) is fixedly connected between the pawl (26) and the C-shaped plate (25).

The stamping mechanism for the hinge of the automobile according to claim 1, wherein a cylinder (28) is fixedly installed between the sliding plate (10) and the L-shaped plate (12); a controller (29) is fixedly arranged on the surface of the sliding plate (10); the output end of the controller (29) is respectively and electrically connected with the air cylinder (28) and the electric push rod (15).

The stamping mechanism for the hinge of the automobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sliding plate (10) is provided with a screw hole (30) on a side surface thereof; sliding channels (31) are symmetrically formed in the side face of the sliding plate (10) on two sides of the screw hole (30); the inner wall of the sliding channel (31) is symmetrically provided with connecting grooves (32); connecting rails (33) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two sides of the sliding rail (9); the connecting rail (33) is in sliding fit with the connecting groove (32); a supporting plate (34) is fixedly connected to the surface of the clamping platform (1); a threaded rod (35) is rotatably matched between the support plate (34) and the placing box (5); the threaded rod (35) is in threaded running fit with the screw hole (30).

The stamping mechanism for automotive hinges as defined in claim 4, wherein the stamping assembly (14) includes oppositely disposed mounting shells (36); the bottom surface of the mounting shell (36) is fixedly connected with a limiting rail (37); the limiting rail (37) is in sliding fit with the limiting channel (13); a driving motor (38) is fixedly arranged in the mounting shell (36); the output end of the driving motor (38) penetrates through the mounting shell (36) to be rotatably arranged, and the output end of the driving motor is fixedly connected with a stamping head (39); the output end of the controller (29) is electrically connected with the driving motor (38).

The stamping mechanism for the hinge of the automobile as claimed in claim 6, wherein a mounting plate (40) is fixedly connected to a side surface of the mounting shell (36); a through hole (41) is formed in the side surface of the mounting plate (40); the through holes (41) are in sliding fit with the corresponding fixed parts of the electric push rods (15); a limiting plate (42) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the mounting plate (40); the side surface of the L-shaped plate (12) is provided with a mounting groove (43); the limiting plate (42) is in sliding fit with the mounting groove (43); a servo motor (44) is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the L-shaped plate (12); the output end of the controller (29) is electrically connected with the servo motor (44); the output end of the servo motor (44) is fixedly connected with a rotating gear (45); toothed plates (46) are fixedly connected to the end parts of the two limit plates (42); the rotating gear (45) is positioned between the two toothed plates (46) and is respectively meshed and matched with the two toothed plates (46).

The stamping mechanism for the hinge of the automobile as claimed in claim 6, wherein the side of the mounting shell (36) is fixedly provided with an infrared travel switch (47); the output end of the infrared travel switch (47) is electrically connected with the controller (29); the hinge standard (4) comprises a female hinge (48), a male hinge (49) and a hinge pin (50); the female hinge (48) and the male hinge (49) are in hinged fit through a hinge pin (50); positioning blocks (51) are bonded to the side surfaces of the female hinge (48) and the male hinge (49) at positions where pin holes are to be punched; the shielding plates (14) are bonded on the side surfaces of the female hinge (48) and the male hinge (49) close to the positioning blocks (51).
9. The use method of the stamping mechanism for the hinge of the automobile as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
SS01 inserts a female hinge (48) in the hinge standard part (4) into the placing box (5), and rotates the screw rods (21) on the two adjacent side clamping parts (8) anticlockwise in sequence; the clamping pieces (8) are driven to move into the placing box (5) along the corresponding sliding holes (7), so that the clamping plates (20) on the two clamping pieces (8) clamp the female hinge (48); through the matching of the pawl (26) and the ratchet wheel (24), the screw rod (21) can only rotate anticlockwise, and the screw rod (21) is prevented from rotating clockwise, so that the clamping plate (20) on the clamping piece (8) is loosened;
the SS02 controls the two electric push rods (15) through the controller (29) to respectively drive the first push plate (16) and the second push plate (19) to reversely push, so that the corresponding stop rods (52) expand the inner wall of the mounting groove formed by stamping the side surface of the female hinge (48) to play a role in supporting and protecting;
the SS03 drives the positioning frame (2) to move along the sliding rail (9) by rotating the threaded rod (35) until a stamping head (39) on the stamping assembly (14) is arranged right below a positioning block (51) on the female hinge (48);
the SS04 controls the starting cylinder (28) through the controller (29) to drive the L-shaped plate (12) to ascend together with the stamping part (3), when the infrared travel switch (47) moves to the shielding plate (14) to be shielded, the infrared travel switch (47) transmits information to the controller (29), and the controller (29) controls the closing cylinder (28) to enable the stamping head (39) to be aligned to the circle center position of the positioning block (51), so that the precise positioning of the stamping head (39) is realized;
SS05 accomplishes the accurate location debugging back to cloudy hinge (48) on hinge standard component (4), loosens two sets of holders (8), takes out cloudy hinge (48) on hinge standard component (4) from placing box (5), puts into in proper order cloudy hinge (48) that wait the punching press in the automobile hinge and places box (5) centre gripping fixed, carries out the punching press and punches.
