A filter unit according to claim 1 for use in a beer production process, wherein: the filtering mechanism (9) comprises a cross-shaped positioning plate (901), a supporting column (902), a first spherical connector (903), a first spring (904), an expansion link (905), a hemispherical filter frame (906), a second spherical connector (907), a first connecting frame (908), a second connecting frame (909), a third connecting frame (910), a positioning plate (911), a third spherical connector (912), a sliding rod (913), a second spring (914) and a closing block (915), wherein the cross-shaped positioning plate (901) is positioned in the barrel body (1) and fixedly connected with the sliding rod (913), the cross-shaped positioning plate (901) is fixedly connected with the second connecting frame (909) which is arranged at equal intervals, the second connecting frame (909) is rotatably connected with the first spherical connector (903) in the first connecting frame (909), the first spring (903) and the expansion link (905) are fixedly connected with the first spring (904), the first connecting frame (908) corresponds to and is sleeved with the expansion link (905), the first connecting frame (904) is fixedly connected with the expansion end of the expansion link (905), the first connecting frame (908) corresponds to the second connecting frame (906), the second connecting frame (906) is fixedly connected with the hemispherical filter frame (906), the second connecting frame (906), the top end of the hemispherical filter frame (906) is in contact connection with the bottom end of the pressing block (807), the bottom end of the hemispherical filter frame (906) is fixedly connected with a third spherical connector (912), the third spherical connector (912) is located in a third connecting frame (910) and is rotationally connected with the third connecting frame, the third connecting frame (910) is connected with a cross-shaped positioning plate (901) through a support column (902), the hemispherical filter frame (906), the third spherical connector (912), the third connecting frame (910) and the cross-shaped positioning plate (901) are respectively provided with a through groove and correspond to each other, a positioning plate (911) is fixedly connected in the through groove of the third spherical connector (912), a sliding rod (913) is slidably connected on the positioning plate (911), a closing block (915) is fixedly connected at the top end of the sliding rod (913), the closing block (915) is in contact connection with the groove wall of the through groove on the hemispherical filter frame (906), a second spring (914) is fixedly connected on the closing block (915), the bottom end of the second spring (914) is fixedly connected with the closing block (911), and the top end of the closing block (703) is connected with a lower pressing block (703).
