A disinfection integrated cleaning device for food processing, comprising: the device comprises a device main body for cleaning, sterilizing and disinfecting, a belt type feeding conveyor for conveying agricultural and sideline products to be cleaned into the device main body, and a belt type discharging conveyor for conveying the agricultural and sideline products cleaned by the device main body outwards;
the apparatus main body includes: the cleaning device comprises a belt type conveying mechanism for conveying agricultural and sideline products, a plurality of brush type cleaning devices, a cleaning box, a first jet pipe group, a second jet pipe group, a water spray pipe group and an ultraviolet germicidal lamp group;
the belt type conveying mechanism penetrates through the cleaning box; the feeding end of the belt type conveying mechanism is butted with the belt type feeding conveyor; the discharge end of the belt type transmission mechanism is butted with the belt type discharge conveyor;
the belt type conveying mechanism drives the agricultural and sideline products to move along the horizontal direction; the brush type cleaning device includes: a brush disc and a motor; the motor drives the brush disc to rotate; the rotating axis of the brush disc is vertically arranged; the brush disc is positioned in the cleaning box and above the belt type conveying mechanism;
the water spraying pipe group is provided with a plurality of spray heads for spraying water; the water spraying pipe group sprays water between two adjacent brush discs to clean agricultural and sideline products; the first jet pipe group and the second jet pipe group are respectively provided with a plurality of air nozzles for jetting air; the first jet pipe group and the second jet pipe group are arranged above the belt type conveying mechanism and jet towards the belt type conveying mechanism; the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp set is mounted to the cleaning box;
the first jet pipe group is located at the upstream of the plurality of brush type cleaning devices, the second jet pipe group is located at the downstream of the plurality of brush type cleaning devices, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp group is located at the downstream of the second jet pipe group on a path of the agricultural and sideline products conveyed by the belt type conveying mechanism.
2. A sanitizing integrated cleaning apparatus for food processing according to claim 1,
the brush disc is of a cylindrical structure; the brush coils around the center line of the cylindrical structure to rotate; the brush disc contacts the surface of the agricultural and sideline products when rotating to provide acting force for rotating the agricultural and sideline products in a horizontal plane; the belt type conveying mechanism is contacted with the surface of the agricultural and sideline products to provide acting force for turning the agricultural and sideline products.
3. A sanitizing integrated cleaning apparatus for food processing, according to claim 2,
the surface of the transmission belt of the belt type transmission mechanism and the surface of the brush disc are both made of flexible fabric or sponge material.
4. A disinfection-integrated cleaning device for food processing, according to claim 1,
the number of the brush type cleaning devices is 3; the three brush discs are arranged in a triangle; the three brush discs rotate in the same direction.
5. A sanitizing integrated cleaning apparatus for food processing according to claim 1,
a plurality of air nozzles of the first air injection pipe group are arranged along a straight line; the plurality of air nozzles of the second air injection pipe group are arranged along a straight line; the arrangement direction of the plurality of air nozzles of the first air injection pipe group is parallel to the arrangement direction of the plurality of air nozzles of the second air injection pipe group; the arrangement direction of the plurality of air nozzles of the first air injection pipe group is vertical to the direction of the agricultural and sideline products driven by the belt type transmission mechanism; and a plurality of air nozzles of the first air injection pipe group and the second air injection pipe group downwards inject air to form two air curtains arranged along the vertical direction.

the washing case includes: a main box body and a box cover; the box cover is rotatably mounted to the main box body in a hinge connection manner; the brush type cleaning device, the first jet pipe group, the second jet pipe group and the water jet pipe group are all installed on the box cover; the main box body forms a cleaning cavity; the belt conveying mechanism is mounted to the main tank body and penetrates through the cleaning cavity.

the water spray tube set includes: two water spray pipes; the water spray pipe is provided with a driven bevel gear and a cleaning brush; the apparatus main body further includes: a spray pipe driving motor and a driving bevel gear; the driving bevel gear is meshed with the driven bevel gear; the water spraying pipe driving motor drives the driving bevel gear to rotate so as to drive the driven bevel gear to rotate; the water spray pipe is communicated with an external pipeline through a rotary joint; the sprinkler pipe drive motor is mounted to the tank cover.
