In a specific embodiment, the upper storage space may be a refrigerated space, and the internal storage areas are in communication. The storing space of lower part can be freezing space, and inside storing area can be divided into two parts about. Specifically, the ripening drawer 130 may be disposed at the lowermost portion of the refrigerating space, and is used for storing meat food materials, so as to provide guarantee for temperature conditions required for achieving a ripening effect of meat.
The refrigerator 100 may further include a refrigeration system configured to provide cooling energy to the storage space. Also, the refrigeration system may be a compression refrigeration system, including components such as an evaporator, a condenser, and a compressor. The refrigeration system provides different amounts of cooling to the refrigerated space and the refrigerated space, so that the temperatures in the refrigerated space and the refrigerated space are different. Wherein the temperature in the refrigerated space is typically between 2 ℃ and 10 ℃, preferably between 3 ℃ and 8 ℃. The temperature in the refrigerated space is typically in the range of-22 ℃ to-14 ℃. The optimal storage temperatures of different kinds of food are different, and thus the storage spaces suitable for storage are also different. For example, fruit and vegetable foods are suitable for storage in the refrigerated space, while meat foods are suitable for storage in the refrigerated space. The storage space of the present embodiment includes at least a refrigerating space. The ripening drawer 130 may be provided in the refrigerating space. In the embodiment, the meat is placed in the ripening drawer 130 of the refrigerating space, so that the ripening effect of the meat is realized, and the eating mouthfeel is improved.
The step of cooking the meat specifically means that fresh meat is placed under the specified temperature and humidity for natural fermentation, so that the meat has more flavor, is softer and is easy to chew. The meat has high requirements on temperature, humidity and the like in the fermentation process, so that fresh beef, mutton and the like can be stored in a refrigerating space with the temperature of 1-4 ℃ and the humidity of 60-80 percent generally, and the high requirements on ventilation are also met in the storage process. The second fan 132 is spaced a second predetermined distance from the rear wall of the ripening drawer 130. The first preset distance and the second preset distance may be the same or different. The first fan 131 has a certain gap from the front wall of the ripening drawer 130, and the second fan 132 has a certain gap from the rear wall of the ripening drawer 130, which can promote the circulation of the air path inside the ripening drawer 130.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second fan 132 is induced to wind from the rear portion to blow forward, and the first fan 131 is also induced to wind from the rear portion to blow forward, so that the air flow inside the ripening drawer 130 flows forward uniformly. And the front air flow is returned to the rear through the air duct 133 and sucked by the second fan 132, thus circulating. In a preferred embodiment, the first fan 131 and the second fan 132 are both axial fans. The storage space inside the ripening drawer 130 can be effectively reduced, and the matching air supply mode is reasonable. The downward arrows in fig. 4 actually show that the airflow inside the ripening drawer 130 moves from back to front due to the action of the first fan 131 and the second fan 132. The upward arrows actually show the airflow in the air duct 133, from front to back.
