Example 1
The pet feed for improving the immunity comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15kg of pork powder, 20kg of chicken powder, 10kg of bone meal, 10kg of eggs, 40kg of carrots, 10kg of tender mulberry buds, 10kg of inulin, 6kg of rice bran, 40kg of corn flour, 30kg of purple sweet potato powder, 7kg of cod liver oil, 7kg of lychee polysaccharide, 4kg of longan polysaccharide and 3kg of salt.
The preparation method of the pet feed comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: mincing carrot and tender mulberry bud with a mincing machine by using a wall-breaking mincing machine;
step two: fully sieving and mixing the corn flour, the purple sweet potato powder, the inulin, the bone meal and the like, wherein the mesh number of a screen is 60 meshes;
step three: respectively taking fresh litchi and longan pulp, adding 5 times of anhydrous ethanol, and pulping by using a wall breaking machine; placing the slurry in an ultrasonic extraction device, setting ultrasonic power at 500W, extracting for 30min, filtering the extractive solution with 4 layers of gauze, and centrifuging (4000rpm, 10min); performing rotary evaporation treatment on the polysaccharide extracting solution obtained after centrifugation, removing ethanol, and respectively preparing litchi pulp polysaccharide and longan polysaccharide powder samples by using forced air drying;
step four: adding eggs into the mixture obtained in the second step, adding 15kg of pork powder, 20kg of chicken powder and 6kg of rice bran, adding water at the rotating speed of 500r/min, stirring for 10min, fully mixing, adding 7kg of cod liver oil, 7kg of lychee polysaccharide, 4kg of longan polysaccharide and 3kg of salt in the stirring process, and continuously stirring;
step five: putting the raw materials uniformly stirred in the fourth step into a dough mixer, and stirring for 20min at the rotating speed of 500r/min to prepare dough;
step six: putting the dough obtained in the fifth step into a granulator, granulating and drying, wherein the drying temperature is controlled at 60 ℃;
step seven: and cooling and screening the dried particles by using a screening machine, and then packaging.
Example 2

step four: adding eggs into the mixture obtained in the second step, adding 20kg of pork powder, 30kg of chicken powder and 10kg of rice bran, adding water at the rotating speed of 600r/min, stirring for 15min, fully mixing, adding 5kg of cod liver oil, 7kg of lychee polysaccharide, 4kg of longan polysaccharide and 3kg of salt in the stirring process, and continuously stirring;
step five: putting the raw materials uniformly stirred in the fourth step into a dough mixer, and stirring for 30min at the rotating speed of 400r/min to prepare dough;
putting the dough obtained in the fifth step into a granulator, granulating and drying, and controlling the drying temperature to be 80 ℃;
step seven: and cooling and screening the dried particles by using a screening machine, and then packaging.
Example 3

The high-protein digestible pet feed prepared in the above examples 1-3, the pet feed of the first control group, the pet feed of the second control group, the pet feed of the third control group, the pet feed of the fourth control group, the pet feed of the fifth control group and the pet feed of the sixth control group are taken respectively, wherein the pet feed of the first control group on the market and the pet feed of the second control group have no inulin compared with the examples, the pet feed of the third control group has no tender mulberry buds compared with the examples, the pet feed of the fourth control group has no rice bran compared with the examples, the pet feed of the fifth control group has no longan polysaccharide compared with the examples, and the pet feed of the sixth control group has no lychee polysaccharide compared with the examples. The pet feed prepared in the three examples and the pet feed of the six control groups were tested in nine groups with pet dogs (20 in each group) as the subjects, and the pet feed was kept on the basis of satiety every day, and the animals were cleaned every day, and the color of the food intake, drinking water, feces and disease of the pet dogs was observed every day, and recorded. Wherein the appetite is 10 parts, the more the feed intake is, the higher the fraction is; after 30 days, blood sampling tests are carried out on the test dogs, and the test results are shown in table 1:

The immunoglobulin is an important protective factor for humoral immunity, and can effectively characterize the immunological competence of an organism. As can be seen from Table 1, when the raw material ratio of the pet feed is as follows: 20 parts of pork powder, 30 parts of chicken powder, 5 parts of bone meal, 10 parts of eggs, 30 parts of carrots, 10 parts of tender mulberry buds, 8 parts of inulin, 10 parts of rice bran, 45 parts of corn flour, 25 parts of purple sweet potato powder, 5 parts of cod liver oil, 10 parts of lychee polysaccharide, 6 parts of longan polysaccharide and 4 parts of salt, so that the nutrition intake of the pet can be effectively ensured, the mental state of the pet is optimal, and the situations of dyspepsia, diarrhea and illness do not occur. Therefore, the embodiment 2 is the best implementation mode of the invention, and the inulin, the tender mulberry buds and the rice bran are compounded in the formula, so that on one hand, the shortage of dietary fibers in the feed can be supplemented, the intestinal tract peristalsis is promoted, and on the other hand, the inulin and the mulberry bud polyphenol are beneficial to regulating the intestinal tract flora balance, ensuring the intestinal tract health of pets and reducing the occurrence of intestinal tract diseases of pet dogs. In addition, active substances which are proved to have obvious immunoregulation effect, such as lychee polysaccharide, longan polysaccharide and the like are added into the formula, so that the level of immune globulin in the blood of the pet dog can be effectively improved. The IgA is a main immunoglobulin secreted in vivo, is eliminated to a mucosal surface and plays an antibacterial role, the antivirus immunoglobulin IgG neutralizes toxin to lose toxicity, particularly participates in humoral immunity, and the IgM is dissolved by a pathogen through complement combination after in vivo infection to play a role in resisting pathogen infection. As can be seen from the table, the levels of immunoglobulins IgA, igM and IgG in the blood of the pet dog in example 2 are significantly higher than those of the control group, which indicates that the formula can play an important role in improving the immunity of the pet dog.

The pet feed for improving immunity according to claim 1, is characterized in that the raw materials comprise, by weight: 10-15 parts of pork powder, 25-30 parts of chicken powder, 8-10 parts of bone meal, 5-10 parts of eggs, 30-40 parts of carrots, 10-12 parts of tender mulberry buds, 5-8 parts of inulin, 5-10 parts of rice bran, 40-50 parts of corn flour, 20-25 parts of purple sweet potato powder, 12-15 parts of chicken livers, 5-7 parts of cod-liver oil, 7-10 parts of litchi polysaccharide, 4-6 parts of longan polysaccharide and 3-4 parts of salt.

The pet feed for improving immunity according to claim 1, is characterized in that the raw materials comprise, by weight: 15 parts of pork powder, 25 parts of chicken powder, 8 parts of bone meal, 8 parts of eggs, 30 parts of carrots, 10 parts of tender mulberry leaves, 8 parts of inulin, 6 parts of rice bran, 40 parts of corn flour, 25 parts of purple sweet potato powder, 15 parts of chicken liver, 5 parts of cod-liver oil, 8 parts of lychee polysaccharide, 6 parts of longan polysaccharide and 3 parts of salt.
