Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Users often like to see videos to wear out time in sporadic time, so time fragmentation by users is a concern, such as running on a treadmill for 40 minutes, sleeping for 1 hour, long distance bus for 3-5 hours, etc., may be a good time to see videos.
At present, users basically need to browse home pages or search for choices by themselves when watching videos, but clearly, a lot of time is consumed for browsing and searching for users without specific targets. The playlist can solve the problem that when a user watches videos at ordinary times, if the user encounters favorite videos, the videos can be added into the playlist created by the user, and the playlist is convenient to watch subsequently.
In addition, there is also a method for automatically generating playlists based on historical browsing records, which may reflect the preference of the user for a period of time before, but the preference of the user often changes, so that the adaptation degree of the playlists to the current requirements of the user is not high, and the current requirements of the user cannot be met.
One of the core concepts of the embodiments of the present invention is that a target video watching scene selected by a user may be determined, then a plurality of videos matching the target video watching scene may be obtained, and a target play list limiting condition for filtering the videos may be further determined, where the target play list limiting condition may include a play list type and/or a play list duration, so that the obtained plurality of videos may be filtered by using the play list type and/or the play list duration to generate a target play list. According to the embodiment of the invention, the target play list adaptive to the current requirements of the user is intelligently generated by combining the video watching scene and the play list limiting condition, so that the trouble of the user in finding the video can be reduced, the experience of the user in finding the film source is improved, the stickiness of the user is improved, and the opportunity of watching the long-tail video can be expanded.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a playlist generating method provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, determining a target video viewing scene selected by a user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the present invention may be applied to a client, and the client may be a computer device used in mobile, for example, a mobile phone, an iPad (tablet computer), a notebook computer, and the like, which is not limited in this respect. These clients can support operating systems such as Android, iOS (apple operating System), and Windows.
In practical applications, a user can log in a video APP (Application) or a video website through a client to enter a video page. The video page may be provided with a playlist control that a user may click on to enter a playlist field Jing Jiemian. The playlist scene interface may be provided with options of a plurality of video watching scenes, where the video watching scenes refer to scenes where the user watches videos, and exemplarily, the video watching scenes may include scenes of sports, before sleep, long distance bus, waiting, after meals, and in the afternoon tea. The user can click one of the video watching scenes according to actual requirements, and therefore the client can determine the video watching scene selected by the user as a target video watching scene.
And 102, acquiring a plurality of videos matched with the target video watching scene.
Different video viewing scenes may correspond to different types of videos of different durations. After determining the target video viewing scene selected by the user, a plurality of videos matching the target video viewing scene may be obtained from the video content pool. The video may include videos in the forms of drama, movie, variety, news, documentary, and the like, and the video may be a highlight video that is obtained by capturing a certain program, or may be a movie or a whole episode, which is not limited in the present invention.
In one example, the target video viewing scene is assumed to be a motion scene. Research shows that the movement can stimulate the brain to secrete a large amount of dopamine, so that the human body feels happy and excited, and the video with hot blood and burning is suitable for watching during the movement. In addition, since the exercise is generally controlled to be 20 to 45 minutes, it is suitable to watch a video for 20 to 45 minutes during the exercise.
In another example, assume that the target video viewing scene is a pre-sleep scene. Studies have shown that the scene before sleep is suitable for watching pleasant and relaxing videos, since it is not suitable to generate an overexcited mood and it is necessary to relax the brain. In addition, it is generally preferable to control the time to 30 to 60 minutes before sleep, so that it is preferable to watch a video for 30 to 60 minutes before sleep.
The above examples are only for the purpose of better understanding the embodiments of the present invention to those skilled in the art, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step 103, determining a target broadcast list limiting condition; the playlist definition condition includes a playlist type and/or a playlist duration.
Different video watching scenes can correspond to different types of videos with different durations, and different users may have different favorite video types and durations used to watch the videos in the same video watching scene. Therefore, after acquiring a plurality of videos, videos that satisfy the user's needs can be further confirmed. Specifically, the client may determine a target playlist limiting condition, and then process a plurality of videos matching the target video viewing scene by using the target playlist limiting condition, that is, the video viewing scene is a broader limiting condition, and the playlist limiting condition is a more similar limiting condition. The target playlist limiting condition is a specific condition preset or selected online by a user for a playlist, and may include a playlist type and/or a playlist duration.
And 104, filtering the plurality of videos according to the type and/or duration of the playlist to generate a target playlist.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of videos may be filtered according to a playlist type and/or a playlist duration to obtain at least one target video, and then the at least one target video may be output as a target playlist, so that a user views a video in the target playlist in a current scene.
It should be noted that, the weight of the play list generated in the prior art is light weight, and the play list generated in the embodiment of the present invention is light weight. Specifically, in the prior art, a playlist is generated by creating a playlist, naming the playlist, and adding a video to the playlist by a user, and the playlist can be permanently stored, so that the playlist can be repeatedly used for a long time, however, the more the playlist is, the larger the space for storing the playlist is, and the memory burden of the client is increased. In the embodiment of the invention, the client can generate a temporary target playlist more specifically according to the screening conditions given by the user, such as the selection of a video watching scene and the setting/selection of the playlist limiting conditions by clicking the playlist control piece by the user, so that the created light weight can be reduced without storage, the memory burden of the client can be greatly reduced, and if the user particularly likes the currently generated target playlist, the user can name, reserve and share the target playlist.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a target video viewing scene selected by a user may be determined, then a plurality of videos matched with the target video viewing scene are acquired, and a target play list limiting condition for filtering the videos is further determined, where the target play list limiting condition may include a play list type and/or a play list duration, so that the acquired videos may be filtered by using the play list type and/or the play list duration to generate a target play list. According to the embodiment of the invention, the target play list adaptive to the user requirements is intelligently generated by combining the video watching scene and the play list limiting condition, so that the trouble of searching videos by the user can be reduced, the experience of searching film sources by the user is improved, the user viscosity is improved, and the opportunity of watching the long-tail videos can be expanded.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a playlist generation method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, determining a target video viewing scene selected by a user.
In practical application, a user can log in a video APP or a video website through a client to enter a video page. The video page can be provided with a playlist control, and a user can click the playlist control to enter a playlist field Jing Jiemian. The order scene interface may be provided with options of a plurality of video watching scenes, where the video watching scenes refer to scenes where a user watches videos, and exemplarily, the video watching scenes may include scenes of sports, sleeping, long-distance bus, waiting, having a meal, having a lunch, and the like. The user can click one of the video watching scenes according to actual requirements, so that the client can determine the video watching scene selected by the user as a target video watching scene.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 201 may comprise the following sub-steps:
a substep S11 of displaying a plurality of video viewing scenes;
and a substep S12 of receiving a target video viewing scene selected by the user from the plurality of video viewing scenes.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a schematic view illustrating video viewing scenes provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a client displays video viewing scenes a to h to a user, and the user can select one of the video viewing scenes a to h according to a current actual scene.
In one example, assuming that the user is currently running on a treadmill in a gym, the user may click on video viewing scene a, causing the client to receive a video viewing scene a selected by the user from among video viewing scenes a-h.
In another example, assuming that the user is currently waiting in a waiting room, the user may click on the video viewing scene d, so that the client receives the video viewing scene d selected by the user from among the video viewing scenes a to h.
The above examples are only for the purpose of better understanding the embodiments of the present invention to those skilled in the art, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step 202, obtaining a plurality of videos matched with the target video watching scene.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the method may further comprise:
if the user skips the plurality of video watching scenes, acquiring historical watching records of a preset time period; and acquiring a plurality of videos matched with the historical watching records.
If the user does not want to select any video viewing scene, the user may skip multiple video viewing scenes. As shown in fig. 3, the icon 301 is used to skip a plurality of video viewing scenes, and the user may click on the icon 301, so that when the client detects a skip operation of the user for a plurality of video viewing scenes, a historical viewing record of a preset time period may be obtained. The preset time period may be half a year/three months/one month/one week, etc., which is not limited in the present invention.
Step 203, determining a target broadcast list limiting condition; the target play list limiting condition comprises a play list type and/or a play list duration.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 203 may comprise the following sub-steps:
substep S21, showing a plurality of play list defining conditions matched with the target video watching scene;
and a substep S22 of receiving a target playlist definition condition selected by the user from the plurality of playlist definition conditions.
In a specific implementation, after determining the target video viewing scene, the client may present a plurality of play list defining conditions matching the target video viewing scene, and the user may select a desired target play list defining condition in the current video viewing scene online from the plurality of play list defining conditions. The playlist definition condition may include a playlist type and a playlist duration, that is, the client may display a plurality of playlist types matching the target video viewing scene and a plurality of playlist durations matching the target video viewing scene, and the user may select a playlist type desired in the current video viewing scene on line among the plurality of playlist types and select a playlist duration desired in the current video viewing scene on line among the plurality of playlist durations. In addition, the user may also skip the selection of the playlist type and/or may skip the selection of the playlist duration, which is not limited by the present invention.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, before said presenting the plurality of video viewing scenes, the method may further comprise:
receiving a play list limiting condition set by a user;
step 203 may comprise the following sub-steps:
and a substep S31 of determining the playlist limit condition set by the user as a target playlist limit condition.
In specific implementation, before displaying a plurality of video viewing scenes, a user may preset a personalized playlist for any video viewing scene, so that the client receives a playlist limiting condition set by the user. The playlist limiting condition may include a playlist type and/or a playlist duration, that is, for any video viewing scene, a user may preset a playlist type in the video viewing scene, or may preset a playlist duration in the video viewing scene, or may preset a playlist type and a playlist duration in the video viewing scene, and in addition, the user may not set the playlist limiting condition, which is not limited in the present invention.
Since the client has received the playlist-defining condition set by the user before the plurality of video viewing scenes are presented, the playlist-defining condition set by the user can be directly determined as the target playlist-defining condition.
And 204, filtering the plurality of videos according to the type and/or duration of the playlist to generate a target playlist.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of videos may be filtered according to a playlist type and/or a playlist duration to obtain at least one target video, and then the at least one target video may be output as a target playlist, so that a user views a video in the target playlist in a current scene.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 204 may include the following sub-steps:
substep S41, when determining that the playlist limiting condition is the playlist duration and the playlist duration, determining the filtering priority of the playlist type and the playlist duration;
and a substep S42, adopting the playlist type and the playlist duration to sequentially filter the plurality of videos according to the filtering priority.
In the embodiment of the invention, under a target video watching scene or under no video watching scene, if the type and the duration of the play list are set at the same time, the filtering priority of the type and the duration of the play list can be determined, so that a plurality of videos can be filtered in sequence by adopting the type and the duration of the play list according to the filtering priority. The filtering priority may be set by a user or may be set by default, which is not limited in the present invention.
In one example, assume that the priority of the playlist type is greater than the priority of the playlist duration, i.e., the filtering priority is: the type of the play list → the duration of the play list, then the client firstly adopts the type of the play list, filters the videos matched with the target video watching scene or the videos matched with the historical watching records to obtain the videos subjected to type screening, then the client secondly adopts the duration of the play list, filters the videos subjected to type screening again to obtain the videos subjected to type screening and duration screening, and accordingly the videos subjected to type screening and duration screening can be output as the target play list.
In another example, assume that the priority of the playlist duration is greater than the priority of the playlist type, i.e. the filtering priority is: the client side firstly adopts the play list time length, and carries out filtering on a plurality of videos matched with a target video watching scene or a plurality of videos matched with a historical watching record to obtain videos subjected to time length screening, then adopts the play list type, and carries out filtering on the videos subjected to the time length screening again to obtain videos subjected to the time length screening and the type screening, so that the videos subjected to the time length screening and the type screening can be output as a target play list.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 204 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S51, when the play list limiting condition is determined to be a play list type, adopting the play list type to filter the plurality of videos.
In the embodiment of the invention, under a target video watching scene or under no video watching scene, if only the play list type is set, the plurality of videos can be filtered only by adopting the play list type.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 204 may comprise the following sub-steps:
and a substep S61, adopting the play list time length to filter the plurality of videos when the play list limiting condition is determined to be the play list time length.
In the embodiment of the invention, under a target video watching scene or under no video watching scene, if only the play list duration is set, the plurality of videos can be filtered only by adopting the play list duration.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the substep S61 may comprise the substeps of:
a substep S611, determining video durations corresponding to the plurality of videos respectively;
step S612, determining the video time length which is greater than the play list time length as a first video time length, and determining the video time length which is not greater than the play list time length as a second video time length;
step S613, filtering the video corresponding to the first video duration;
step S614, accumulating the time lengths of the second videos in sequence from big to small;
step S615, when the accumulated value is larger than the playing list time length, skipping the second video time length of the current sequence, and continuously accumulating the second video time length of the next sequence until the second video time length of the tail sequence is accumulated;
and a substep S616, filtering the video corresponding to the second video duration skipped and accumulated.
In a specific implementation, for videos matched with a target video viewing scene, or videos matched with a historical viewing record, or videos subjected to type screening, a client may determine a video duration of each video, then may determine a video duration greater than a play list duration as a first video duration, and determine a video duration not greater than the play list duration as a second video duration. For the first video duration, the client may filter a video corresponding to the first video duration; for the second video duration, the client may screen out a plurality of videos that are close to the playlist duration based on a knapsack algorithm.
The backpack algorithm process specifically comprises the following steps: the client sequentially accumulates the second video time lengths according to the sequence from large to small, when the accumulated value is larger than the playing time length, the client skips the second video time length of the current sequence, then continuously accumulates the second video time length of the next sequence, and accumulates the second video time length of the tail sequence according to the mode, so that the second video time lengths which skip the accumulation and the second video time lengths which do not skip the accumulation can be screened out. For the second video duration which is skipped and accumulated, the client can filter the video corresponding to the second video duration which is skipped and accumulated; for the second video duration without skipping accumulation, the client may retain the video corresponding to the second video duration without skipping accumulation.
In one example, assume that the playlist length is 40min (minutes), and the video has content of 5min, 30min, 90min, 60min, 8min, 20 min. The client filters the videos of 90min and 60min longer than the playing time of the menu, and then sorts the rest videos in descending order, wherein the sorted videos are 30min, 20min, 8min and 5min. The client end firstly accumulates 30min and 20min, the accumulated value is 50min and is 40min longer than the playing list duration, the video duration of the current sequence is skipped by 20min, then the video duration of the next sequence is continuously accumulated by 8min, the accumulated value is 38min and is 40min shorter than the playing list duration, the video duration of the current sequence is reserved by 8min, then the video duration of the next sequence is continuously accumulated by 5min and is 43min and is 40min longer than the playing list duration, the video duration of the current sequence is skipped by 5min, and the method is finished. The client can filter the videos which skip the accumulation of 20min and 5min, so as to obtain the unfiltered videos of 30min and 8 min.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 204 may comprise the following sub-steps:
substep S71, obtaining user feedback; the user feedback comprises a pruning video recording and/or a replacement video recording;
and a substep S72 of filtering the plurality of videos according to the play list type and/or the play list duration, and the deleted video record and/or the replacement video record.
In the process of generating the target playlist, user feedback can also be acquired. The user feedback may include pruning the video recording and/or replacing the video recording so that more user preferences may be obtained, with continual improvement of the algorithm. The record of the deleted video can be a record of the user deleting the video in a previously generated target playlist, or a record of the user deleting the video in a video recommendation page. The replacement video recording may be a recording of a replacement video in a target playlist generated previously by a user, or may be a recording of a replacement video in a video recommendation page by a user, which is not limited by the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of videos may be filtered according to the type and/or duration of the playlist, and the deleted video record and/or the replaced video record to obtain at least one target video, and then the at least one target video may be output as the target playlist, so that the user views the video in the target playlist in the current scene.
