Electricians often need to perform wire stripping operations on cables when laying or connecting the cables to remove the outer sleeves at the ends of the cables. One end of the cutting line passes through the perforation 6 at the bottom of the fixed ring and is connected with a first limit ball 7, and the size of the first limit ball is larger than the inner diameter of the perforation, so that the limit of the cutting line is realized.
The other end of the cutting line sequentially passes through the other perforation at the bottom of the fixed ring and the perforation on the bottom cover and is connected with the second limiting ball 8. In order to realize the fixation of the cutting line and the bottom cover, a locking sleeve 9 can be arranged on the bottom cover, the locking sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the cutting line, and the bottom end of the locking sleeve is fixedly arranged on the bottom cover. In order to strengthen the cutting effect, after the cutting line is tightened on the surface of the cable, an operator can drive the fixing ring through the outer sleeve to enable the fixing ring to integrally rotate back and forth for a certain angle, so that the outer sleeve of the cable is completely separated from the cable core, and the wire stripping is completed.
After the wire stripping is completed, the operator reversely rotates the outer sleeve so as to restore the outer sleeve to the original position. Because the cutting line has certain elasticity, after the outer sleeve is restored to the original position, the cutting line is restored to the original shape under the action of self elasticity so as to be cut next time.
In order to realize the protection to the fixed ring and the cutting line, the two sides of the fixed ring can be respectively provided with a retainer ring 11, and the middle hole of the retainer ring is an eccentric round hole eccentric with the middle shaft of the fixed ring, so that the cutting line at the bottom can protrude out of the surface of the fixed ring, and further can be in close contact with the surface of a cable.
Further, in order to achieve positioning of the cutting line, the inner surface of the fixing ring may be provided with a ring groove 12, in which the cutting line may be disposed.
In order to facilitate connection, the bottom of the fixing ring is provided with a boss 13, and the top end of the connecting cylinder can be fixedly connected with the boss in a welding, screwing mode and the like.
In summary, the cable cutter of the embodiment sets the cutting line on the inner side of the fixing ring, and drives the end of the cutting line to move through the cutting line driving device, so that the cutting line on the inner side of the fixing ring is gradually tightened, and further the cable is cut until the outer sleeve of the cable is separated from the cable core.
