Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily ordered with respect to each other without conflict.

As used herein, the terms "comprising," "including," "having," "containing," and the like are open-ended terms that mean including, but not limited to.
As used herein, "and/or" includes any or all of the ordering of the described things.
The execution subject of the transaction amount verification method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises but is not limited to a computer.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a transaction amount verification method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the transaction amount verification method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101, acquiring a transaction request sent by a user side, wherein the transaction request comprises transaction amount and payee information;
s102, determining whether the transaction amount of the transaction is abnormal or not according to the historical consumption amount information of the user and/or the historical collection amount information of the collector;
s103, if the transaction amount of the transaction is abnormal, sending a transaction amount abnormity prompting message to the user side.
According to the transaction amount checking method provided by the embodiment of the invention, before executing the transfer transaction according to the transaction request, whether the transaction amount of the transaction is abnormal or not is checked according to the historical consumption amount information of the user and/or the historical collection amount information of the receiver, and if the transaction amount is abnormal, the user is reminded to check.
In some embodiments, determining whether the transaction amount of the transaction is abnormal according to the historical transaction amount information of the user and/or the historical receiving amount information of the receiving party includes: and determining whether the transaction amount of the transaction is abnormal or not according to the percentage of the transaction amount exceeding the maximum value of the historical collection amount of the payee and the percentage of the transaction amount exceeding the average value of the historical consumption amount of the user for the payee.
For example, a merchant (payee) records the consumption flow of the merchant (payee) in the background, cleans the historical payment amount, removes abnormal data, and calculates the maximum consumption amount according to the top ten historical maximum values. Wherein the value of the maximum is the average of the top ten of the historical maximum.
After the bank regularly receives the maximum value uploaded by the merchant, when a user scans the code input amount and submits the code input amount to the bank, the bank searches the maximum value (every week/every month/every year) of the collection amount corresponding to the merchant by acquiring the two-dimensional code of the merchant, and simultaneously uploads the maximum value consumption amount value of the merchant when the user scans the code to fill in the amount, compares the amount scanned by the user with the amount of the maximum value of the collection amount of the merchant, and determines whether the transaction amount is abnormal according to the comparison result; for example, the user inputs 1000, and meanwhile, the average value of the user consumed under the merchant is 300, and the maximum amount of money paid by the merchant is 800, the maximum value of the user exceeded 1000/800-1=25%, and the average value of the amount of money consumed by the user this time exceeded 1000/300-1=130%.
And inputting the two percentage values into an abnormal data analysis module to analyze whether the transaction amount of the transaction is abnormal or not. For example, a naive Bayes method is adopted to judge the abnormality: and analyzing the historical data in the same value ranges of the two percentages, and judging the probability of abnormal transactions under the historical data.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the determining whether the transaction amount of the transaction is abnormal according to the percentage of the transaction amount exceeding the maximum value of the historical collection amount of the receiver and the percentage of the transaction amount exceeding the average value of the historical consumption amount of the user for the receiver includes:
s1021, searching a first mapping relation library for a first transaction abnormal probability corresponding to a percentage interval in which the percentage of the transaction amount exceeding the maximum value of the historical collection amount of the payee is located, wherein the first mapping relation library stores mapping relations between the percentage interval and the transaction abnormal probability, and each percentage interval corresponds to one transaction abnormal probability;
s1022, searching a second mapping relation library for a second transaction abnormal probability corresponding to a percentage interval in which the transaction amount exceeds the percentage of the user to the historical consumption amount average value of the payee, wherein the second mapping relation library stores mapping relations between the percentage intervals and the transaction abnormal probabilities, and each percentage interval corresponds to one transaction abnormal probability;
and S1023, determining whether the transaction amount of the transaction is abnormal or not according to the first transaction abnormal probability and the second transaction abnormal probability.
In some embodiments, the mapping relation between the percentage interval and the abnormal transaction probability in the first mapping relation library is determined according to the historical transaction condition of the payee; and the mapping relation between the percentage interval and the transaction abnormal probability in the second mapping relation library is determined according to the historical transaction condition of the user.
For example, a set of items to be classified of known classification is preset according to historical transaction data, the set is called a training sample, namely, historical user input amount characteristic values are classified into specific classes as historical data through artificial experience, namely, the corresponding relation between x = { A1, A2} and C = (Y1) is obtained, A1 is the percentage exceeding the maximum value of the merchant's collection amount, and A2 is the percentage of the user's current consumption amount and the average value of the historical consumption amount.
The conditional probability estimation of each feature attribute under each category is obtained through statistics, namely:
p (A1 | Y1) P (A2 | Y1), i.e., the probability of each attribute under each condition is determined. Namely: under the condition that the consumption amount is greater than the percentage of the maximum value of the cash amount of the merchant or the consumption amount is greater than the percentage of the average value of the historical consumption amount of the user, the probability that the consumption amount is abnormal is deduced according to Bayesian theorem as follows:
p (Y1 | x) = P (x | Y1) P (Y1)/P (x), since the denominator is constant for all classes, we only need the numerator, and the corresponding probability can be obtained by normalization of the numerator
P(Y1|x)=P(x|Y1)P(Y1)=P(A1|Y1)×P(A2|Y1);
The meaning is as follows: the consumption amount is greater than the percentage of the maximum value of the merchant cash amount and under the condition that the consumption amount is greater than the percentage of the average value of the historical consumption amounts of the users:
p (A1 | Y1) × P (A2 | Y1), that is: p (Y1 | x);
calculating the probability value, and judging whether the current transaction amount is an abnormal value according to the size of the probability value, for example, if the probability value is greater than a preset value, determining that the current transaction amount is abnormal; if not, determining that the transaction amount is normal, and continuing to execute the account transfer operation.
Specifically, if the user consumes the transaction amount under the merchant for the first time, only the percentage of the transaction amount exceeding the maximum value of the historical cash amount of the payee is calculated, and whether the transaction amount is abnormal or not is determined according to whether the percentage is larger than another preset value or not.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the sending of the transaction amount exception prompting message to the user side if the transaction amount of the current transaction is abnormal includes:
s1031, if the transaction amount of the current transaction is abnormal, verifying whether the value of the transaction amount contains decimal;
s1032, if the numerical value of the transaction amount does not contain the decimal, prompting the user to check the decimal point in the numerical value of the transaction amount.
Specifically, the received abnormal amount information is analyzed by the abnormal alarm system, whether the input numerical value has decimal point is checked, if not, the user is prompted whether to forget to input decimal point.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, if the transaction amount of the current transaction is abnormal, the method further includes:
s1033, verifying whether the number of 0 at the tail of the numerical value of the transaction amount exceeds a preset value or not;
s1034, if the number of 0 at the tail of the numerical value of the transaction amount exceeds a preset value, removing one 0 from the tail of the numerical value of the transaction amount to generate an updated transaction amount;
s1035, determining whether the updated transaction amount is abnormal or not according to the percentage of the updated transaction amount exceeding the maximum value of the historical collection amount of the receiver and the percentage of the updated transaction amount exceeding the average value of the historical consumption amount of the user;
s1036, if the updated transaction amount is abnormal, continuously removing 0 from the end of the value of the updated transaction amount to be used as a new transaction amount for abnormal judgment, and so on until the new transaction amount is normal;
s1037, sending a transaction amount confirmation request to the user side according to the normal transaction amount.
Specifically, the anomaly alarm system also calculates the number of 0's at the end of the input amount, and if a plurality of 0's are present, the anomaly alarm system recalculates the amount value of one 0 less, two 0 less, with the merchant average and the user's own average under the merchant, for example: and comparing the average value of the consumption amount of the user under the merchant with the amount of the user after 0 is reduced, and judging whether the average value is in a reasonable range. If yes, prompting the customer whether to input one more 0, inputting two values into the naive Bayes module, inputting abnormal probability, if yes, continuing to subtract one from the numerical value of 0 until the numerical value is input into the naive Bayes module, outputting the numerical value to be normal, then suggesting to the user whether you want to input sum, and asking for confirmation.
