In this embodiment, the computer device may determine, according to the material demand information and the filtering field, an initial stock material that satisfies the material sorting condition defined by the filtering field, determine, according to the sorting priority of each item of material in stock, a target stock material that has the highest sorting priority and is matched with the material demand information from the initial stock material, and generate the sorting guide information according to the target stock material.
The method may include determining the materials of a target warehouse with the highest first picking priority from the initial stock materials, determining the materials of a second picking priority from the materials of the target warehouse, and determining the materials matched with the material demand information from the materials of the second picking priority as the target stock materials.
For example, the material demand information input by the user indicates that the user needs to sort 100 pieces of material a, and the filter field defines a condition that the identification of the material is matched with the identification of the target material, if the target material is identified as material a, the material a stored in each warehouse can be sorted; and defining the condition that the storage warehouse of the materials is matched with the target warehouse, if the target warehouse is the warehouse A, the materials of the warehouse A can be picked. Further, according to the picking priority of each piece of material A in the material A warehouse, the first 100 pieces of material with the highest picking priority are determined from the material A in the material A warehouse to be used as target inventory material, and picking guide information is generated according to the 100 pieces of material A. Therefore, the user can determine that he needs to pick 100 pieces of the A materials with the highest picking priority from the picking guide information. The picking priority of each piece of material A in the warehouse A can be determined according to the picking rule.
Therefore, the user can control the computer equipment to automatically filter and screen out the materials meeting the expectation by setting the picking rules and the filtering fields without inquiring specific materials and appointing to pick out the specific materials, so that the order making efficiency of the automatic picking documents can be improved, and the working efficiency of the user is improved.
In this embodiment, when determining the picking guide information, the picking guide information may be further determined according to the material demand information, the filter field, the reserved material information in the inventory, and the expected material information in the inventory. The reserved material information is information of materials reserved for other material sorting requirements in the inventory, and the predicted material information is information of the materials sorted in the inventory.

For example, the user may set the filter field to include inventory organization, indicating that order picking direction information is determined from inventory organization and other filter fields when screening and filtering inventory items, but the user may also set the return field to not include inventory organization, and the field value corresponding to the inventory organization is not recorded in the order when generating the order. Therefore, the automatic picking documents can indicate the user how to pick the goods and ensure the automatic picking documents to be simple enough, so that the user can conveniently check the automatic picking documents.

the second determining unit 703 is configured to determine, when it is detected that an automatic picking triggering operation is input by a user, picking guide information according to the material requirement information carried by the automatic picking triggering operation and the filtering field;
and the generating unit 704 is used for determining target document information according to the picking guide information and the return field and generating the automatic picking document according to the target document information.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the second determining unit 703 is further configured to receive pickup priority configuration information input by a user, and determine a pickup priority of each item of material in the inventory according to the pickup priority configuration information, where the pickup priority is used to indicate a sequence in which the items in the inventory are picked;
the second determining unit 703 is specifically configured to determine, according to the material demand information and the filter field, an initial inventory material that meets the material picking condition defined by the filter field; according to the picking priority of each item of material in the stock, determining a target stock material which has the highest picking priority and is matched with the material demand information from the initial stock material; and generating the picking guide information according to the target inventory material.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the material sorting conditions include: the identification of the material is matched with the condition of the identification of the target material, the delivery warehouse of the material is matched with the condition of the target warehouse, the owner of the material is matched with the condition of the target owner, and the expiration date of the material is matched with the condition of the target expiration date.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the picking priority configuration information includes warehouse priority configuration information, material shelf life picking rules, and material lot number picking rules;
the second determining unit 703 is specifically configured to determine, according to the warehouse priority configuration information, a first picking priority of each warehouse as a picking warehouse; determining a second picking priority of each material in the warehouse according to the material shelf life picking rule and the material batch number picking rule; determining the items of the target warehouse with the highest first picking priority from the initial stock items and determining the items of the second picking priority from the items of the target warehouse; determining the item matching the item demand information as the target inventory item from the items of the second pick-up priority highest.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the second determining unit 703 is specifically configured to, when receiving the material demand information input by the user, identify an operation of inputting the material demand information by the user as the automatic picking triggering operation; or the computer equipment is provided with an information input window, and the information input window is used for providing a window for a user to input the material demand information; when a click operation of a user on an automatic picking triggering button in the information input window is received, identifying the click operation as the automatic picking triggering operation; or, when it is detected that a user uses another computer system to dock an interface of the computer device to send the material demand information to the computer device, identifying the docking operation and the sending operation of the material demand information as the automatic picking triggering operation; or when an import instruction of a target file input by a user is received, identifying the import instruction as the automatic picking triggering operation; the target file is used for recording the material demand information; or the material demand information is recorded in an associated document of the automatic picking document, and when the condition that the user creates the associated document and triggers a push-down button is detected, the operation that the user creates the associated document and triggers the push-down button is identified as the automatic picking triggering operation; wherein the associated document is in business association with the automated picking document.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the second determining unit 703 is specifically configured to determine the picking guide information according to the material demand information, the filter field, the reserved material information in the inventory, and the expected material information in the inventory;
the reserved material information is information of materials reserved for other material sorting requirements in the inventory, and the predicted material information is information of the materials sorted in the inventory.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the computer device further includes:
a plug-in running unit 705, configured to install a target plug-in when detecting that a user inputs an installation instruction of the target plug-in; the target card loads the operating logic of the automated picking service; and receiving an operating instruction input by a user for the target plug-in, and loading the target plug-in to execute the operating logic of the automatic picking service loaded by the target plug-in.
In this embodiment, operations performed by each unit in the computer device are similar to those described in the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 3, and are not described again here.
In this embodiment, the user may configure the filtering field and the returning field, where the filtering field may be used as a basis for automatically picking inventory, and the returning field may be used as a basis for determining information required to be recorded in an automatic picking document, that is, the filtering field and the returning field relate to configuration information of all scenes in an automatic picking service, so that the filtering field and the returning field set by the user may match configuration requirements of the user for all scenes in the automatic picking service. Therefore, the order picking guide information is determined according to the filtering field and the material demand information, and the automatic order picking bill is generated according to the order picking guide information and the return field, so that personnel can quickly and efficiently execute order picking tasks under the guidance of the automatic order picking bill. Therefore, the user only needs to configure the filtering field and the returning field to cover all scenes of the automatic picking service, developers do not need to separately develop configuration programs for each scene, and development cost can be reduced and workload of the developers can be relieved. Meanwhile, the user does not need to learn and understand the configuration process of each scene of automatic picking respectively, does not need to manually pick the goods by the user, does not need to determine the materials which can be picked in the stock personally, and can complete the configuration of the full scene of automatic picking only by configuring the filtering field and the returning field, thereby greatly facilitating the use of automatic picking service by the user.
Referring to fig. 8, a computer device in an embodiment of the present application is described below, where an embodiment of the computer device in the embodiment of the present application includes:
the computer device 800 may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 801 and a memory 805 having one or more applications or data stored in the memory 805.
Memory 805 may be volatile storage or persistent storage, among others. The program stored in the memory 805 may include one or more modules, each of which may include a sequence of instructions for operating on the computer device. Still further, the central processor 801 may be configured to communicate with the memory 805 to execute a series of instruction operations in the memory 805 on the computer device 800.
The computer apparatus 800 may also include one or more power supplies 802, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 803, one or more input-output interfaces 804, and/or one or more operating systems, such as Windows Server, mac OS XTM, unixTM, linuxTM, freeBSDTM, etc.
The central processing unit 801 may perform the operations performed by the computer device in the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 3, which are not described herein again.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium, where one embodiment includes: the computer storage medium has stored therein instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the operations described above as being performed by the computer device in the embodiments of fig. 2-3.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product, where one embodiment includes: the computer program product, when executed on a computer device, causes the computer device to perform the operations as performed by the computer device in the embodiments of fig. 2-3.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Claims (10)

1. An automatic picking bill generation method is applied to a computer device and comprises the following steps:
receiving filter field configuration information and return field configuration information input by a user;
determining a filtering field according to the filtering field configuration information, and determining a return field according to the return field configuration information, wherein the filtering field is used as a basis for automatically picking inventory, and the return field is used as a basis for determining information of an automatic picking bill record;
when detecting that a user inputs an automatic picking triggering operation, determining picking guide information according to the material requirement information carried by the automatic picking triggering operation and the filtering field;
and determining target receipt information according to the picking guide information and the return field, and generating the automatic picking receipt according to the target receipt information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving sorting priority configuration information input by a user, and determining the sorting priority of each item of material in the inventory according to the sorting priority configuration information, wherein the sorting priority is used for indicating the sorting sequence of the items in the inventory;
the determining of the picking guide information according to the material demand information carried by the automatic picking triggering operation and the filtering field comprises the following steps:
determining initial stock materials meeting the material sorting conditions defined by the filtering field according to the material demand information and the filtering field;
according to the picking priority of each item of material in the stock, determining a target stock material which has the highest picking priority and is matched with the material demand information from the initial stock material;
and generating the order picking guide information according to the target inventory materials.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the material culling conditions comprise: the identification of the material is matched with the condition of the identification of the target material, the delivery warehouse of the material is matched with the condition of the target warehouse, the owner of the material is matched with the condition of the target owner, and the expiration date of the material is matched with the condition of the target expiration date.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the sort priority configuration information includes warehouse priority configuration information, material shelf life sort rules, material lot number sort rules;
the determining the sorting priority of each item of material in the inventory according to the sorting priority configuration information comprises:
determining each warehouse as a first picking priority of a picking warehouse according to the warehouse priority configuration information;
determining a second picking priority of each material in the warehouse according to the material shelf life picking rule and the material batch number picking rule;
the determining, according to the picking priorities of the items in the inventory, a target inventory item having a highest picking priority and matching the item demand information from the initial inventory item includes:
determining the items of the target warehouse with the highest first picking priority from the initial stock items and determining the items of the second picking priority from the items of the target warehouse;
determining the item matching the item demand information as the target inventory item from the items with the highest second picking priority.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting a user input auto-pick trigger operation comprises:
when the material requirement information input by a user is received, identifying the operation of inputting the material requirement information by the user as the automatic picking triggering operation;
or,
the computer equipment is provided with an information input window, and the information input window is used for providing a window for a user to input the material demand information;
when receiving a click operation of a user on an automatic picking triggering button in the information input window, identifying the click operation as the automatic picking triggering operation;
or,
identifying the operation of interfacing and the operation of sending the material demand information as the automatic pick triggering operation when it is detected that a user uses another computer system to interface the computer device to send the material demand information to the computer device;
or,
when an import instruction of a target file input by a user is received, identifying the import instruction as the automatic picking triggering operation; the target file is used for recording the material demand information;
or,
the material demand information is recorded in the associated document of the automatic picking document, and when the fact that a user creates the associated document and triggers a push-down button is detected, the operation that the user creates the associated document and triggers the push-down button is identified as the automatic picking triggering operation; wherein the associated document is associated with the automated picking document in a business.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein determining picking direction information based on the material demand information and the filter field carried by the automatic picking trigger operation comprises:
determining the picking guide information according to the material demand information, the filtering field, reserved material information in the stock and predicted material information in the stock;
the reserved material information is information of materials reserved for other material sorting requirements in the inventory, and the predicted material information is information of the materials sorted in the inventory.
7. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
when detecting that a user inputs an installation instruction of a target plug-in, installing the target plug-in; the target card loads the operating logic of the automated picking service;
receiving an operation instruction input by a user for the target plug-in, and loading the target plug-in to execute the operation logic of the automatic picking service loaded by the target plug-in.
8. A computer device, characterized in that the computer device comprises:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the filtering field configuration information and the return field configuration information input by the user;
the first determining unit is used for determining a filtering field according to the configuration information of the filtering field and determining a returning field according to the configuration information of the returning field, wherein the filtering field is used as a basis for automatically picking inventory, and the returning field is used as a basis for determining information of an automatic picking bill record;
the second determining unit is used for determining picking guide information according to the material requirement information carried by the automatic picking triggering operation and the filtering field when the automatic picking triggering operation input by a user is detected;
and the generating unit is used for determining target bill information according to the picking guide information and the return field and generating the automatic picking bill according to the target bill information.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer storage medium having stored therein instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
