By connecting the project declaration unit and the contract management unit with the project auditing system, the staff of the auditing unit can perform real-time examination, recheck and approval on the declaration of the project and the management of the contract, so that the declaration of the project and the management of the contract can be performed synchronously with the examination and approval of the auditing unit, the illegal operation is avoided, and the working efficiency is further improved.

Claims (9)

1. An engineering project management and engineering project audit integrated system is characterized by comprising:
the engineering project management system is connected with the engineering project auditing system and the cloud platform; the engineering project management system is also connected with a data real-time updating system; the cloud platform is also connected with a user terminal module;
the engineering project auditing system is used for storing data information of a single engineering project, wherein the data information of the single engineering project is data of economic activities and management activities of the engineering project in the whole process from bid bidding, organization and construction to completion delivery and use;
the cloud platform is used for backing up and storing all relevant information of the engineering project, and checking the data through the cloud platform when the data in the original database is lost;
the user terminal module is used for logging in the cloud platform to check the relevant public information;
the data real-time updating system is used for acquiring the associated data of the engineering project in real time, wherein the associated data of the engineering project at least comprises the cost spent by the engineering project, personnel data and other related data;
the engineering project management system is used for acquiring data information of an engineering project and associated data of the engineering project, counting the data information of the engineering project and the associated data of the engineering project, and obtaining materials required and used by the engineering project, the times and access ways of users for accessing the data related to the engineering project, and identity information and account information of workers in the engineering project.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the engineering project management system specifically comprises:
the data access module is used for counting the times and access ways of the user for accessing the data information of the engineering project;
the business module is used for counting data related to the preset business type in the data information of the engineering project and the associated data of the engineering project, and checking the data related to the preset business type when receiving the query request;
the material equipment management module is used for counting materials needed and used by the engineering project;
the worker management module is used for storing the identity information and the account information of workers in the engineering project, inquiring the identity information of the workers when an inquiry request is received, and issuing salary to corresponding accounts according to the inquired result;
and the document recording and collecting module is used for recording document data and checking and monitoring the document according to the received checking request output by the engineering project auditing system.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the service module specifically comprises:
the project declaration unit is used for receiving a declaration request and declaration data of the engineering project transmitted through a network and verifying and approving the declared project according to a preset declaration rule;
the contract management unit is used for recording contract data and checking and monitoring the contract according to the received checking request output by the project auditing system;
the project progress unit is used for recording project progress data, outputting the project progress data according to a received checking request of the project, and adjusting problems in the project according to an input adjusting request;
the cost budgeting unit is used for carrying out cost budgeting on the project to be declared according to a preset cost budgeting rule before the project is declared;
and the financial management unit is used for judging whether the project is within the budget cost according to the cost budget result output by the cost budget unit and supervising and recording the flow direction of the project fund.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the worker management module specifically comprises:
the worker payroll issuing unit is used for rechecking payrolls to be issued according to preset payroll issuing rules, issuing payrolls to accounts of workers after determining that the payrolls to be issued are correct, and monitoring and recording the payroll issuing of the workers in real time;
the worker station unit is used for storing the work station information of each worker and transferring the station of the worker according to the input jumping request;
and the worker information input unit is used for storing the identity information of the workers and inquiring the identity information of the corresponding workers according to the input identity information inquiry request.

The system of claim 4, wherein the project auditing system is further connected with an auditing unit operation terminal, and is used for the auditing unit to examine whether the project has violation operation or abnormal data through the auditing unit operation terminal to obtain the examination result.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the real-time data updating system is specifically configured to update data in the engineering project auditing system in real time according to data information newly entered into the system, and transmit related data to the cloud platform.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein a data storage unit is further connected in the cloud platform and is used for storing data of the integrated engineering project management and engineering project audit system and feeding back stored data information to the operation terminal of the audit unit;
the cloud platform is also used for backing up data in the data storage unit in real time, and if the data in the data storage unit is lost, the data backed up in the cloud platform is checked.
8. The system of claim 3, wherein the contract management unit is specifically configured to, according to the processing logic of each preset type of contract and report, execute the processing logic to go over the supervision unit for the next examination and approval if there is no supervision unit under the operation item.
9. The system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the audit unit operation terminal is specifically configured to verify the login authority of the account logged in to the audit unit operation terminal, and when the verification is successful, execute the control command input by the account to monitor and review the project, and respond to approval.
