after the lithium batteries are tightly pressed, the air cylinder 15 is closed, then the two driving motors 10 are started, the output shafts of the driving motors 10 can enable the screw rod 11 to rotate, the screw rod 11 can enable the moving seat 12 to move, the moving seat 12 can enable the placing table 6 to transversely move through the connecting seat 13, so that the lithium batteries can approach the charging and discharging detector 5 until the lithium batteries are connected with the sockets of the charging and discharging detector 5, then the driving motors 10 are closed, and the lithium batteries can be detected through the charging and discharging detector 5;
in the detection process, the exhaust fan 8 can be started, the exhaust fan 8 can exhaust heat in the test case 2, and outside air can enter the test case 2 through the air inlet pipe 7, so that heat dissipation can be performed on the lithium battery, and due to the arrangement of the second filter screen 21, dust in the outside air can be prevented from entering the test case 2 to pollute the inside of the test case 2;
in order to prevent the second filter screen 21 from being blocked, when the exhaust fan 8 works, the output shaft of the exhaust fan 8 can enable the connecting shaft 23 to rotate, the connecting shaft 23 can enable the first gear 25 to rotate, the first gear 25 is meshed with the second gear 26, the rotating shaft 24 can be further rotated, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 24 is smaller than that of the connecting shaft 23 as the first gear 25 is smaller than that of the second gear 26, the rotating shaft 24 can enable the driving shaft 27 to rotate through the two bevel gears 34, the driving shaft 27 can enable the driving shaft 40 to rotate, the eccentric wheel 29 can be rotated through the driving shaft 40, the moving plate 30 can longitudinally reciprocate, the moving plate 30 can enable the connecting frame 32 to longitudinally reciprocate through the two connecting posts 31, the connecting frame 32 can enable the dust-sticking roller 33 to longitudinally reciprocate, and dust on the surface of the second filter screen 21 can be stuck through the dust-sticking roller 33, so that the second filter screen 21 can be prevented from being blocked by dust and influencing air intake;
when the second filter screen 21 needs to be replaced, the door 36 and the door 37 are opened, and then the second filter screen 21 is pulled outwards.
