The dust bag online detection system of claim 1, wherein: in the bearing brackets (2), two adjacent bearing brackets (2) are connected through at least two bearing springs (10) which are uniformly distributed around the axis of the bearing brackets (2), the bearing springs (10) and the axis of the bearing brackets (2) form an included angle of 0-45 degrees, two ends of each bearing spring are connected with the bearing brackets (2) through tension sensors (11), and each tension sensor (11) is electrically connected with a driving circuit (6).

s1, presetting a system, namely firstly setting the structural size of a bearing bracket and a bearing base and the number of comprehensive detection tables according to the height and the diameter of a dust removal filter bag, then assembling the bearing bracket, the bearing base, the comprehensive detection tables, a wiring terminal and a driving circuit, assembling the assembled bearing bracket, the bearing base and the dust removal filter bag to be detected, and finally electrically connecting the driving circuit with a control circuit of dust removal equipment to finish equipment assembly;
s2, detecting operation, namely driving dust removal equipment to perform dust removal purification by using a dust removal filter bag after the step S1 is completed, and detecting the internal and external environment temperature, the dust concentration, the resistivity change and the air flow speed of the filter bag through a temperature sensor, a dust concentration sensor, a resistance sensor and an air speed sensor of each comprehensive detection platform in the purification process:
when the dust concentration of the internal environment and the external environment of the dust removal filter bag are close and the air flow speed is close, the leakage exists in the dust removal filter bag;
when the dust removing filter bag increases along with the filtering time and the resistivity of each bearing bracket changes consistently, the dust removing filter bag leaks;
when the air flow speeds of the inner environment and the outer environment of the dust removal filter bag are consistent, the dust removal filter bag leaks;
and S3, system purification, wherein in the normal dust removal operation of the dust removal filter bag, the bearing brackets are subjected to oscillation operation through the ultrasonic oscillation mechanisms and the flexible connecting belts of the comprehensive detection tables, and dust deposited on the bearing brackets and the comprehensive detection tables is purified through oscillation, so that the self-cleaning operation of the detection system is realized.
