Can also open the solenoid valve 10 of communicating pipe 8 outer end when annular plate 24 and touch switch 25 contact for inside gas of ventilative mouth 11 of shutoff can get into gasbag 5 through communicating pipe 8, along with gaseous gradual increase in gasbag 5 inside, the volume of gasbag 5 can increase, then gasbag 5 bottom can expand downwards until contacting with contact pin 7 top, thereby can be punctured by contact pin 7, release smoothly and fill the carbon dioxide in gasbag 5 inside and be used for putting out a fire.
