Detailed Description
In the past, the problems that a valve rod moves axially and the rotating stroke of the valve rod is not limited generally exist in butterfly valves, the problems that the valve plate is blocked easily due to the axial movement of the valve rod, abnormal sound occurs in the working process and the like, and the opening degree of the butterfly valve is not easy to control due to the fact that the rotating stroke of the valve rod is not limited.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides a butterfly valve, the valve rod 200 of which is not easy to axially move and the valve plate 900 can rotate within a preset stroke range.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present application, the butterfly valve provided in the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1, the butterfly valve includes a valve body 100, a valve stem 200, a valve seat 800, a valve plate 900, and the like. The valve seat 800 is mounted to the valve body 100, and the valve seat 800 surrounds the flow passage hole. The valve body 100 is provided with a valve rod mounting hole 103, the valve rod 200 is inserted into the valve rod mounting hole 103, the valve rod 200 is connected with the valve plate 900, the valve plate 900 is driven to rotate when the valve rod 200 rotates around the axis of the valve rod 200, and the flow passage hole is opened and closed by the valve plate 900, so that the valve is opened and closed.
A self-lubricating bearing B may be provided between the valve stem 200 and the valve body 100 to reduce a frictional force between the valve stem 200 and the valve body 100, thereby reducing opening and closing torques. Specifically, a plurality of self-lubricating bearings B may be sequentially provided at intervals in the axial direction of the valve stem 200.
As shown in fig. 2, the butterfly valve further includes a first limiting member 300, a second limiting member 400, an anti-rotation member 500 and an anti-rotation pin 600. The first limiting member 300 is fixed to the valve body 100, the second limiting member 400 is fixed to the valve rod 200, and the first limiting member 300, the rotation preventing member 500, the second limiting member 400 and the valve body 100 are sequentially abutted from top to bottom along the axial direction of the valve rod 200.
With this arrangement, the valve body 100 can apply a top-side restriction force to the second restriction member 400, which is transmitted to the valve stem 200 fixedly connected to the second restriction member 400, thereby restricting downward play of the valve stem 200; meanwhile, the first limiting member 300 can apply a limiting force to the rotation preventing member 500 towards the bottom side, and the limiting force is transmitted to the second limiting member 400 through the rotation preventing member 500 and then transmitted to the valve rod 200 fixedly connected with the second limiting member 400, so that the upward movement of the valve rod 200 can be limited.
Referring to fig. 3, the rotation prevention member 500 of the butterfly valve is rotatably coupled to the valve stem 200 in a circumferential direction, so as to be rotated in synchronization with the valve stem 200. The anti-rotation member 500 is provided with an anti-rotation hole 501, and the anti-rotation pin 600 penetrates through the anti-rotation hole 501 and is fixed to the valve body 100. During the rotation of the rotation preventing member 500, the rotation preventing pin 600 and the rotation preventing hole 501 relatively move in the rotation direction. When the anti-rotation member 500 rotates to the extreme position, the anti-rotation pin 600 abuts against the hole wall of the anti-rotation hole 501.
Set up like this, because the anti-rotation pin 600 is fixed in the valve body 100, prevent that the piece 500 is connected with the valve rod 200 along circumference is spacing, so when the pore wall of preventing the rotation hole 501 contradicts with the anti-rotation pin 600, can restrict the valve rod 200 and further rotate along current direction, consequently can restrict the rotation stroke of valve rod 200.
Above-mentioned butterfly valve has reached and has prevented the axial float of valve rod 200, also can restrict the technical effect of valve rod 200's rotation stroke. Moreover, the anti-rotation part 500 of the butterfly valve plays the roles of preventing the axial movement of the valve rod 200 and limiting the rotation stroke of the valve rod 200 at the same time, so that the butterfly valve is multifunctional, and the butterfly valve is simple in overall structure and low in configuration cost on the basis of achieving the effects, thereby being easier to popularize and apply.
Referring to fig. 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the valve body 100 is provided with a first mounting groove 101, a mounting opening is formed at the top end of the first mounting groove 101 on the surface of the valve body 100, and a locking groove 101a is formed on the side wall of the first mounting groove 101. The first limiting member 300 is disposed in the first mounting groove 101 and is clamped in the clamping groove 101a, so that the first limiting member 300 is fixed to the valve body 100. The anti-rotation member 500 is disposed in the first mounting groove 101, and a bottom end of the anti-rotation member 500 abuts against a bottom wall of the first mounting groove 101 and also abuts against a top end of the second limiting member 400 (in the figure, the bottom end of the anti-rotation member 500 indirectly abuts against the top end of the second limiting member 400 through the gasket 700). By adopting the structure, the first limiting part 300 and the anti-rotating part 500 can be conveniently assembled, and the assembled butterfly valve is compact and small in size.
In the illustrated embodiment, a spacer 700 is disposed between the bottom end of the anti-rotation member 500 and the top end of the second limiting member 400, and the bottom end of the anti-rotation member 500 indirectly abuts against the top end of the second limiting member 400 through the spacer 700. The spacer 700 is provided to reduce the wear of the second position-limiting member 400 when the rotation-preventing member 500 rotates. Of course, in practical implementation, the bottom end of the rotation-preventing member 500 may directly abut against the top end of the second limiting member 400 without the spacer 700.
In the illustrated embodiment, the valve body 100 is further provided with a second mounting groove 102 and a stem mounting hole 103. The valve stem 200 is inserted into the valve stem mounting hole 103. The top end of the second mounting groove 102 forms a mounting opening in the bottom wall of the first mounting groove 101, and the bottom end of the second mounting groove 102 communicates with the top end of the valve stem mounting hole 103. The spacer 700 and the second position-limiting member 400 are both disposed in the second mounting groove 102, and the bottom end of the second position-limiting member 400 abuts against the bottom wall of the second mounting groove 102. By adopting the structure, the second limiting part 400 and the gasket 700 can be conveniently assembled, and the assembled butterfly valve is compact and small in size.

Specifically, the second limiting member 400 may be an annular pad formed by splicing a plurality of half pads. The annular groove 201 can be arranged on the periphery of the valve rod 200, each half pad is respectively inserted into different positions of the annular groove 201 in the circumferential direction, and after the insertion, each half pad is spliced to form the annular pad, so that the second limiting piece 400 is fixed to the valve rod 200. With this structure, the assembly of the second stopper 400 and the valve stem 200 is facilitated. Of course, in practical implementation, the second limiting member 400 is not limited to this structure, for example, the second limiting member 400 may also be a convex circular structure that is integrally provided with the valve rod 200 and protrudes outward from the outer circumferential surface of the valve rod 200 in the radial direction of the valve rod 200.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment shown in the figure, the anti-rotation member 500 is provided with two anti-rotation holes 501, wherein both the two anti-rotation holes 501 are arc-shaped holes, and the two anti-rotation holes 501 are circumferentially spaced. Each anti-rotation hole 501 is penetrated with an anti-rotation pin 600, when the anti-rotation piece 500 rotates clockwise to the limit position, the hole walls of one end of each of the two anti-rotation holes 501 are respectively abutted against the corresponding anti-rotation pins 600 so as to limit the valve rod 200 to further rotate clockwise; when the anti-rotation member 500 rotates counterclockwise to the limit position, the hole walls of the other ends of the two anti-rotation portions respectively abut against the corresponding anti-rotation pins 600 to limit the valve rod 200 from further rotating counterclockwise. Certainly, in actual implementation, the number of the anti-rotation holes 501 is not limited to two, and only one anti-rotation hole 501 may be provided or more than two anti-rotation holes 501 may be provided, and in addition, the anti-rotation holes 501 are not limited to arc-shaped holes, so that it is ensured that the anti-rotation holes 501 and the anti-rotation pins 600 can relatively move along the rotation circumferential direction when the anti-rotation part 500 rotates.
In the illustrated embodiment, the anti-rotation member 500 is provided with a connection hole 502, the valve rod 200 is provided with a matching section matching with the connection hole 502, the anti-rotation member 500 is sleeved on the periphery of the matching section of the valve rod 200 through the connection hole 502, the connection hole 502 is a non-circular hole (a square hole in the figure), and correspondingly, the radial cross section of the matching section of the valve rod 200 is a non-circular surface (a square surface in the figure). Set up like this, connecting hole 502 and the cooperation section cooperation back of valve rod 200 can realize valve rod 200 and prevent changeing 500 spacing each other in circumference for prevent changeing 500 and can rotate along with valve rod 200 is synchronous, moreover, prevent changeing 500 and can very conveniently dismantle from valve rod 200, in case prevent changeing 500 serious wearing and tearing, can change very conveniently and prevent changeing 500. Of course, in practical implementation, the connection structure of the valve rod 200 and the anti-rotation member 500 is not limited to this, and for example, the valve rod 200 and the anti-rotation member 500 may be provided as an integral structure.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the valve body 100 is provided with a valve seat mounting hole 104, the valve seat 800 has an annular portion 801, the annular portion 801 of the valve seat 800 is mounted in the valve seat mounting hole 104, two ends of the annular portion 801 of the valve seat 800 are provided with bending portions 802, and the bending portions 802 at the two ends are respectively clamped against two ends of the valve body 100. The outer peripheral surface of the annular portion 801 of the valve seat 800 is provided with a protrusion 801a, and the wall surface of the valve seat mounting hole 104 is provided with a groove 104a adapted to the protrusion 801a, so that the valve seat 800 and the valve body 100 are in concave-convex fit, and the firmness of connection between the valve seat 800 and the valve body 100 can be improved. The positions of the projections and the grooves can be reversed. The projections and the grooves may be formed over the entire circumference of the annular portion 801 of the valve seat 800 or the hole wall surface of the valve seat mounting hole 104.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the valve plate 900 is provided with a valve rod connection hole 901, the valve rod 200 is inserted into the valve rod connection hole 901, and the hole wall surface of the valve rod connection hole 901 and the outer peripheral surface of the valve rod 200 are tightly matched through a spline a, so that the fit clearance between the valve rod 200 and the valve plate 900 can be reduced, and the smaller the fit clearance between the valve rod 200 and the valve plate 900 is, the better the control accuracy of the valve plate 900 is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the valve plate 900 has two valve plate side surfaces 902, and each valve plate side surface 902 is an arc-shaped surface protruding in a direction away from the other valve plate side surface 902 relative to the edge area in the central area, so that the fluid is subjected to a small resistance when flowing through the flow passage hole of the butterfly valve, and an impact force on the valve plate 900 is also small, which is more beneficial to stabilizing the valve plate 900 at a target position.
