The upstream surface of the asphalt concrete impermeable wall body is positioned above the dead water level of the reservoir by crossing the slope protection of the slope surface of the original dam, and the height difference is not less than 50 cm.

the anti-seepage reinforcement treatment method is implemented in two stages, wherein the engineering construction of the concrete anti-seepage wall body (2) is completed in the first stage, and the engineering construction of the asphalt concrete anti-seepage panel is completed in the second stage;
