Abstract

s1: uniformly mixing the calcium sulfate pentahydrate crystal whiskers with the dispersing agent and the water to obtain a suspension;
s2: adjusting the pH value of the suspension by using the adjusting solution to obtain a calcium sulfate whisker suspension;
s3: injecting the calcium sulfate whisker suspension into the spinning raw material, fully mixing, and spinning to obtain a fiber cluster;
s4: soaking the fiber bundle in a sulfuric acid pool with the pH value of 5 and the temperature of 100 ℃ for 30min, and padding, wherein the padding process is one of two-padding and two-rolling and three-padding, the roller heating temperature is 200 ℃, and the single-padding residual rate is 200%;
s5: and after padding, sequentially carrying out water washing, drying and cutting on the fiber bundle to obtain the porous lyocell fiber.
