Abstract
The invention provides a special cleaning material for biodegradable material processing equipment and a preparation method thereof, wherein the cleaning material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PPC; 0.15 to 0.2 portion of hydrolytic resistance agent; 0.4 to 0.8 portion of ethylene bis stearamide. In the invention, the PPC mainly plays a role in adhering other biodegradable materials and carbon deposition so as to achieve the effect of cleaning equipment; the hydrolysis resistant agent mainly plays a role in tackifying and also has a certain thermal stability; the ethylene bis stearamide mainly plays a role in compatibility and lubrication, can improve the compatibility of PPC and other biodegradable materials in equipment, and can properly adjust the viscosity of a melt to achieve the optimal cleaning effect. The machine cleaning material provided by the invention mainly aims at processing equipment such as a biodegradable double screw, a film blowing machine and the like, can quickly clean residual accumulated materials in the processing equipment, and effectively solves the problems of crystal points and black points when the biodegradable material is blown.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of machine cleaning materials, and particularly relates to a machine cleaning material of biodegradable material processing equipment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, biodegradable materials in China are developed vigorously, and with the scheme of plastic pollution treatment in China autonomous states of provinces and cities, a plurality of biodegradable material production lines are started and built, wherein the planned productivity of poly (butylene adipate/terephthalate) (PBAT) is over 1500 million tons, and the planned productivity of polylactic acid (PLA) is over 500 million tons. Particularly, in the film products which are widely applied at the present stage, due to the lack of the cleaning materials, the switching between the cleaning materials and the processing processes between the non-biodegradable materials and the biodegradable materials is often encountered, on one hand, a large amount of materials are wasted, because the biodegradable materials and the non-biodegradable materials are basically incompatible, the non-biodegradable materials can be cleaned up, the non-biodegradable materials need to be cleaned out when the biodegradable materials are processed, and a large amount of raw materials need to be consumed when the cleaning machines are used. On the other hand, the biodegradable material and the non-biodegradable material are completely incompatible, so that the biodegradable material often has small crystal points and small black points when preparing products, and particularly, the problems of unstable film blowing bubble, air leakage and the like when blowing a film can be caused, the product quality is influenced, and the production efficiency is reduced. Therefore, a special cleaning material for biodegradable materials is needed to solve the above practical problems encountered in production.

The invention provides a preparation method of a special cleaner material for biodegradable material processing equipment, and most of biodegradable materials are sensitive to shearing, so that molecular chain breakage is easily caused by high shearing, and melt viscosity is reduced. In addition, the preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process and easy control of operation, and all the used equipment is universal equipment, thereby being beneficial to industrial application.
Experimental results show that the special machine cleaning material for the biodegradable material processing equipment has a good equipment cleaning effect, and is suitable for processing and film blowing equipment for biodegradable materials such as PPC, PBAT, PLA and the like.

In the present invention, the PPC is a copolymer of carbon dioxide and propylene oxide; the catalyst residue of the PPC is preferably 1-100 ppm; the polycarbonate molar content of the PPC is preferably 90-99.9%, more preferably 92-98%, and most preferably 94-96%; the weight average molecular weight of the PPC is preferably 800-1200 kg/mol, more preferably 1000-1100 kg/mol, and most preferably 1050kg/mol; the molecular weight distribution of the PPC is preferably 2 to 3, more preferably 2.5.
In the invention, the PPC is a main material, is synthesized by copolymerizing carbon dioxide and propylene oxide, and is an amorphous biodegradable plastic. The source of the PPC is not particularly limited in the present invention, and the PPC can be obtained from commercial sources or prepared according to a method for preparing PPC well known to those skilled in the art.
In the present invention, the hydrolysis resistance agent is preferably 0.16 to 0.19 parts by weight, more preferably 0.17 to 0.18 parts by weight.
In the present invention, the anti-hydrolysis agent is preferably selected from carbodiimides and/or polymeric carbodiimides; more preferably supplied by Shanghai Langyi functional materials LtdModel 210 product.
In the present invention, the weight part of the ethylene bis stearamide is preferably 0.5 to 0.7 part, and more preferably 0.6 part.
In the invention, the total amine value of the ethylene bis stearamide is preferably less than 3.0mg KOH/g, the acid value is preferably less than 7.0mg KOH/g, and the volatile component is preferably less than 0.5%.
In the invention, the preparation raw materials of the special cleaning material for the biodegradable material processing equipment preferably further comprise: and (4) an auxiliary agent.

In the present invention, the melt blending is preferably carried out in an internal mixer; the melt blending temperature is preferably 130 to 150 ℃, more preferably 135 to 145 ℃, and most preferably 140 ℃; the rotation speed is preferably 10 to 30 revolutions per minute, more preferably 15 to 25 revolutions per minute, and most preferably 20 revolutions per minute; the time is preferably 7 to 13 minutes, more preferably 8 to 12 minutes, more preferably 9 to 11 minutes, and most preferably 10 minutes.
In the invention, the blend is preferably fed into a single screw through a double-cone screw, extruded through a conveyer belt, air-cooled and granulated to obtain the special cleaner material for the biodegradable material processing equipment.
In the present invention, the temperature zone setting for extrusion granulation preferably includes:
the first area is 80-100 ℃;
the second area is 110-130 ℃;
the three area is 120-140 ℃;
the fourth area is 130-150 ℃;
the fifth area is 130-150 ℃;
the sixth area is 130-150 ℃;
the seventh area is 130-150 ℃;
the temperature of the machine head is 130-140 ℃.
In the present invention, the temperature of the first zone is preferably 85 to 95 ℃, more preferably 90 ℃; the temperature of the second zone is preferably 115-125 ℃, and the most preferably 120 ℃; the temperature of the three zones is preferably 125-135 ℃, and more preferably 130 ℃; the temperature of the four zones is preferably 135-145 ℃, and most preferably 140 ℃; the temperature of the fifth area is preferably 135-145 ℃, and most preferably 140 ℃; the temperature of the sixth zone is preferably 135-145 ℃, and the most preferably 140 ℃; the temperature of the seventh zone is preferably 135-145 ℃, and the most preferably 140 ℃; the head temperature is preferably 135 ℃.

Performance detection
In order to test the cleaning effect of the cleaning material, PBAT and PLA are subjected to banburying melting processing respectively, and the condition of the bonding material on the rotor of the banbury mixer is checked to judge the cleaning effect.
The clear mill batch prepared in example 1 was melt processed in an internal mixer at 170 ℃ for 5min at 50rpm, the rotor of the internal mixer being as shown in FIG. 1 after the processing.
PBAT (a copolymer of butanediol adipate and butanediol terephthalate) is subjected to melt processing in an internal mixer at 170 ℃, internal mixing time of 5min and rotation speed of 50rpm; the starting materials prepared in example 1 were then used for starting-up, the process and conditions for starting-up were identical to those for PBAT, and the conditions for the rotors of the internal mixer at the various stages are shown in FIG. 2.
Melting PLA (polylactic acid) in an internal mixer at 180 ℃ for 5min at 50rpm, taking out after processing, and then cleaning the internal mixer with the cleaner material prepared in the embodiment 1 at 180 ℃ for 5min at 50rpm; the rotor of the mixer at each stage is shown in figure 3.
As can be seen from the figures 1 to 3, the prepared cleaning material has good cleaning effect and obvious cleaning effect on common biodegradable materials.
Extruding and blowing the melt-processed PBAT by using an extruder to obtain a PBAT film with the thickness of 20-25 microns, wherein the first zone temperature, the second zone temperature, the third zone temperature and the machine head temperature are 120 ℃, 155 ℃ and 160 ℃ respectively in the extrusion and blowing process; the extruder is cleaned by adopting the special cleaning machine material for the biodegradable material processing equipment prepared in the embodiment, the cleaning machine material is adopted for continuously extruding the material for more than 30min, the temperature in the first area is 120 ℃, the temperature in the second area is 155 ℃, the temperature in the third area is 165 ℃ and the temperature in the head is 160 ℃ in the extruding process, and the PBAT extrusion and film blowing are carried out according to the method again after the extruding is finished, so that the PBAT film with the thickness of 20-25 microns is obtained. Detecting the number of crystal points of the PBAT film prepared before and after the cleaning of the extruder, randomly selecting three sections of one-meter films, visually inspecting the films to show the number of the crystal points, and averaging; the detection results are as follows:

4. The special cleaning material for the biodegradable material processing equipment as set forth in claim 1, wherein the hydrolysis-resistant agent is selected from carbodiimide and/or polymeric carbodiimide.
5. The special cleaning material for biodegradable material processing equipment according to claim 1, wherein the total amine value of ethylene bis stearamide is less than 3.0mg KOH/g, the acid value is less than 7.0mg KOH/g, and the volatile matter is less than 0.5%.
6. A method for preparing the special cleaning material for the biodegradable material processing equipment, which comprises the following steps:
carrying out melt blending on PPC, an anti-hydrolysis agent and ethylene bis stearamide to obtain a blend;
and extruding and granulating the mixture to obtain the special cleaner material for the biodegradable material processing equipment.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the melt blending temperature is 130 to 150 ℃.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the melt blending is performed under stirring at a speed of 10 to 30 revolutions per minute.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the melt blending time is 7 to 13 minutes.
