The connecting plate 4c is provided with limiting parts 4c1 which are vertically and alternately distributed, each U-shaped rod 4b is limited and clamped in the corresponding limiting part 4c1, and the length of the supporting plate 4b1 along the front-back direction is longer than the length of the horizontal part of the L-shaped backboard 49 along the front-back direction.
When not in use, the support plate 4b1, the U-shaped rod 4b and the U-shaped pressure rod 4d are folded upwards, and the U-shaped pressure rod 4d is clamped and fixed by the elastic clamping block II 49b, so that the positions of the U-shaped rod 4b and the U-shaped pressure rod 4d after being folded are fixed.
