本公开实施例公开了一种数据接收的处理的方法及其装置,可应用于通信技术领域,其中,被配置为由终端设备执行的方法包括:接收网络设备发送的第一下行控制信息DCI,其中,所述第一DCI用于指示混合自动重传请求HARQ进程中有数据传输;响应于所述第一DCI对应的物理下行控制信道PDCCH的标识为广播或多播调度标识,根据所述第一DCI的类型及所述第一DCI中包含的内容,确定所述第一DCI指示的HARQ进程中传输的数据的类型。由此,终端设备可以准确的确定出数据传输的类型,从而可以使终端设备和网络设备对于数据传输指示具有一致的理解,有效避免了数据的丢失,提高了数据传输的可靠性。
