Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like meet the relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a flat disc processing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: and determining a flat condition corresponding to the type of the foreign exchange transaction.
A plurality of foreign exchange transaction types and a flat condition corresponding to each foreign exchange transaction type can be set according to business needs. The type of foreign exchange transaction may include: global payment cards, money purchases and payments, etc.
And under the condition of meeting the flat disk condition, carrying out flat disk processing on the record to be flat disk corresponding to the foreign exchange type. The plate condition can be flexibly set according to the requirement, and the plate condition can comprise: the exchange rate fluctuation statistic is larger than a fluctuation threshold value, the system is in an idle state, the current date is a working day, the working day is processed in real time and is once every two hours, the exchange rate is larger than a preset threshold value, the current time is 10 o 'clock of the working day, the exchange rate fluctuation statistic is larger than a fluctuation threshold value, the current time is 15 o' clock of the working day, the current time is ten minutes later than the transaction occurrence time and the like. Different fx transaction types may correspond to different flat conditions.
Step 102: acquiring system information and/or market information, and determining whether the system information and/or the market information meet a flat condition.
The system information may include: current time, current date, system status, etc. The market information may include: exchange rate fluctuation statistics, system exchange rate, etc. And determining whether the flat condition is met or not according to the system information and/or the market information. For example, the flat condition is that the current time is 10 o' clock of a working day, and the system information is the current time. And when the current time is 10 o' clock of the working day, the flat condition is met.
Step 103: and responding to the fact that the system information and/or the market information meet the balance condition, and obtaining a to-be-balanced record corresponding to the foreign exchange transaction type.
The foreign exchange transaction type can correspond to a waiting-to-level disk list, and the waiting-to-level disk list comprises at least one waiting-to-level disk record. The recording of the disc to be leveled comprises: currency, transaction mode, status information, price per capita dollar amount, amount due RMB, amount of money remitted by money, remittance rate, amount of money lost by credit card. The transaction mode comprises the following steps: and (5) closing or selling the remittance.
Step 104: and determining a fund pool record corresponding to the to-be-leveled disk record from the fund pool.
The capital pool is a "reservoir" from which foreign currency is purchased. When doing level, either the fund pool mode or the non-fund pool mode may be dynamically selected. And responding to the mode of selecting the fund pool, when the fund pool has foreign exchange funds, the system automatically balances and withholds the balance of the foreign exchange in the fund pool, and when the fund pool does not have the balance of the foreign exchange, the system sends a foreign exchange request to the foreign exchange organization, wherein the foreign exchange request is used for purchasing the foreign exchange or settling the foreign exchange from the foreign exchange organization.
A plurality of fund pool balances may be included in the fund pool. The fund pool balance corresponds to currency, transaction mode, manual flat rate, etc. The transaction mode comprises the following steps: and (5) closing or selling the remittance. The balance of the capital pool corresponding to the record of the disc to be leveled can be determined according to the currency and the transaction mode in the record of the disc to be leveled.
Step 105: and performing flat disc processing on the record of the flat disc to be processed according to the record of the capital pool.
And circularly acquiring each to-be-leveled disk record in the to-be-leveled disk list. Recording for each disc to be leveled: and determining the capital pool record corresponding to the to-be-leveled record, and performing leveling treatment on the to-be-leveled record according to the capital pool record.
And determining the disc leveling mode according to the comparison result of the sum of the disc to be leveled and the balance of the fund pool in the record of the disc to be leveled. The flat disk method can be classified into the following three cases.
Under the condition that the comparison result represents that the balance of the fund pool is greater than the amount of the to-be-leveled, calculating the amount difference between the balance of the fund pool and the amount of the to-be-leveled; setting a fund pool balance as an amount difference; and setting the state information corresponding to the recording of the disc to be leveled as successful.
And the foreign exchange purchasing or remitting is carried out without a foreign exchange calling organization, and the balance of the capital pool is utilized for flat disk processing. Setting 'flat-plate transaction dollar amount' as the batch flat-plate transaction dollar amount for each record of the to-be-leveled plate; the amount of the RMB payable is the daily price of the posting and the amount of the dollar of the batch flat trading; the settlement and sales of the money of Renminbi are manual flat-disk exchange rate flat-disk dollar amount of traded; the 'exchange rate of purchase' is the manual flat-plate exchange rate; the "credit card settlement remix flat-plate profit and loss amount" is (customer flat-plate exchange rate-manual flat-plate foreign exchange mechanism exchange rate) the dollar amount of batch flat-plate transaction, and the status information is set to success.
Under the condition that the comparison result represents that the balance of the fund pool is between zero and the amount of the to-be-leveled, calculating the amount difference between the amount of the to-be-leveled and the balance of the fund pool; and generating a foreign call request containing the money difference, and sending the foreign call request to a foreign exchange organization.
And after the foreign exchange request is sent to the foreign exchange mechanism, response information returned by the foreign exchange mechanism for the foreign exchange request is received. And if the response information represents that the outbound call is successful, setting the balance of the fund pool to be zero, and setting the state information corresponding to the to-be-leveled disk record to be successful. And if the response information represents that the outbound call fails, setting the state information corresponding to the record of the disc to be leveled as failure.
And when the balance of the capital pool is more than zero and the balance of the capital pool is less than the sum of the balance to be leveled, reserving the timing task to buy or remit, or directly calculating the sum difference after deduction aiming at each record to be leveled, and sending an outbound request to an outbound mechanism. The foreign exchange organization provides the financial institution with a consolidated or purchased exchange service.
Aiming at each record of the to-be-leveled plate, setting the 'flat plate transaction dollar amount' as the batch flat plate transaction dollar amount under the condition that the call-out is successful; the sum of money due to RMB is the sum difference and the daily price of the charge; the sum of the money of the RMB sold is the deduction sum manual flat rate + remaining amount flat rate; the purchase exchange rate is the flat disc exchange rate; the credit card selling sum of money loss and money loss is (customer sum of money rate-manual sum of money mechanism sum of money rate 1) sum of deduction + and (customer sum of money rate-manual sum of money mechanism sum of money rate 2) sum of surplus. The fund pool balance is set to zero and the status information is set to success.
And under the condition of outbound failure, setting the state information as failure, and setting the failure reason as outbound failure.
And thirdly, representing that the balance of the fund pool is zero according to the comparison result, generating an outbound request containing the amount of the to-be-leveled account, and sending the outbound request to a foreign exchange organization. And after the foreign call request is sent to the foreign exchange mechanism, response information returned by the foreign exchange mechanism for the foreign call request is received. And if the response information represents that the outbound call is successful, setting the balance of the fund pool to be zero, and setting the state information corresponding to the to-be-leveled disk record to be successful. And if the response information represents that the outbound fails, setting the state information corresponding to the record of the disc to be leveled as failure.
And in the case that the balance of the fund pool is zero, the balance is leveled through an outbound foreign exchange organization. And aiming at each record of waiting for the balance, setting the sum of the credit card settlement and the balance of the balance to be (the price of the entry day-the balance rate) and the residual sum under the condition of successful call-out, and setting the state information to be successful.
And under the condition of the outbound failure, setting the state information as the failure, and setting the failure reason as the outbound failure.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of foreign exchange transaction types and a flat condition corresponding to each foreign exchange transaction type are set according to business requirements. And under the condition of meeting the balance condition corresponding to the foreign exchange transaction type, acquiring the balance of the to-be-leveled disk record corresponding to the foreign exchange transaction type and the balance of the fund pool corresponding to the to-be-leveled disk record. And performing disc leveling treatment on the records of the discs to be leveled according to the sum of the discs to be leveled and the balance of the fund pool in the records of the discs to be leveled. Therefore, the scheme of the embodiment of the invention automatically performs the plate flattening operation, can save the labor cost and has higher efficiency and accuracy compared with a manual plate flattening mode.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before obtaining the to-be-leveled disc record corresponding to the fx transaction type, the method further includes: acquiring a current date and determining whether the current date is a working day; and responding to the fact that the current date is the working day, and executing the step of obtaining the to-be-leveled disk record corresponding to the foreign exchange transaction type. Since some foreign exchange institutions do not operate on holidays, opening the plate only on working days allows the financial institutions to do the plate leveling. Therefore, after the current date is judged to be the working day, the flat disc processing is executed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before obtaining the pending flat disc record corresponding to the type of the foreign exchange transaction, the method further includes: obtaining a system exchange rate; responding to the situation that the system exchange rate is not obtained, and continuously obtaining the system exchange rate until the obtained system exchange rate or the obtained times reach the preset times; and responding to the acquired system exchange rate, and executing the step of acquiring the to-be-leveled disk record corresponding to the foreign exchange transaction type.
After the exchange rate of the system is obtained, the system can perform subsequent flat disc processing. And if the system exchange rate is not acquired after the predicted times of attempts, stopping acquisition and sending an error reporting prompt so that relevant personnel can check errors of acquisition failure as soon as possible. The preset number of times may be 5, 10, 20, etc.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a flat-disc transaction for a global payment card of a foreign exchange transaction type according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201: and receiving clearing files sent by each international card organization.
For the foreign exchange gap of the global payment card, the clearing data is derived from the clearing document of the international card organization. The international card organization may include: VISA, master, jcb.
Step 202: and summarizing the clearing files sent by each international card organization to obtain a plurality of records to be leveled corresponding to the global payment cards.
The clearing files can be collected and processed in batches on the next day by setting a timing task to obtain a plurality of records to be leveled. The clearing files can be summarized according to the following dimensions: international card organization, currency, etc.
For example, after receiving a clearing file of a global payment card, at a preset time point every day, the system collects the file according to rules to obtain a plurality of to-be-leveled disk records, and stores the to-be-leveled disk records into a to-be-leveled disk list. The disc to be leveled comprises: and recording the time and date of the data, and updating the recording state of the disc to be leveled into the disc to be leveled. The preset time points may be: 6 am, 12 am, 10 pm, etc.
Step 203: and determining the flat condition corresponding to the global payment card.
Step 204: and acquiring system information and/or market information, and determining whether the system information and/or the market information meet the flat condition.
The plate condition can be set according to specific requirements. For example, the flat condition may be that the current time is 10 o' clock on weekday. A timed task is set in the system, executed every day 10. And if the working day is the working day, acquiring the exchange rate of the system.
And if the exchange rate acquisition fails, reserving a timing task, and acquiring the system exchange rate after the timing task is in a preset time interval. And if the acquisition is successful, recording the acquired system exchange rate into the exchange rate table. And recording the acquisition times on the same day, and after 10 times, not acquiring the exchange rate on the same day, and setting the states of all the tasks to be processed as failures.
Step 205: and responding to the fact that the system information and/or the market information meet the disc-leveling condition, and acquiring a disc-waiting record corresponding to the global payment card.
Under the condition that the exchange rate is successfully obtained, finding the last working day through the holiday parameter table, and inquiring 10 < 00 > of the current day from the waiting disc list, wherein the task information is a record which is not executed or fails. And determining the inquired record as the record to be leveled.
The records to be stored on the flat disc can be sorted according to different international card organizations. For example, the flatdisk recordings may be sorted in the order of VISA, master, jcb.
Step 206: and determining a fund pool record corresponding to the to-be-leveled disk record from the fund pool.
Step 207: and performing flat disc processing on the record of the flat disc to be processed according to the record of the capital pool.
Taking out the settlement or sale of each currency from the fund pool can deduct the balance of the fund pool and the manual flat plate exchange rate corresponding to the balance of the fund pool. And when the balance of the fund pool is larger than the amount of the to-be-leveled fund, directly utilizing the balance of the fund pool to perform leveling treatment.
And circularly scanning the to-be-leveled disk list. And aiming at each disc to be leveled, establishing a timed outbound task of requesting an outbound foreign exchange mechanism under the condition that the balance of the fund pool is less than the sum of the money to be leveled, and updating information such as 'amount of paid dollars on the disc "," amount of money due to RMB', 'amount of money sold RMB', 'exchange rate for buying' and the like in the records to be leveled in batches after the outbound request is successful. And calculating and storing the credit card balance selling balance plate profit and loss amount.
And if the foreign exchange calling mechanism fails, updating the state information in the record of the to-be-leveled disk into failure. Checking whether the disc leveling times recorded aiming at the disc to be leveled are less than 10 times, if so, continuing to reserve a timing outbound task aiming at the disc to be leveled, wherein the interval between the execution time of the timing outbound task and the current time is a preset time period. The preset time period may be: ten minutes, 30 minutes, one hour, etc.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a balance according to a type of a foreign exchange transaction, namely, a payment for a purchase of the foreign exchange, according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 301: receiving a money buying and repaying request sent by a target client; and generating a money purchasing and repaying flat-disk request corresponding to the money purchasing and repaying request.
The money buying and repayment is the behavior that a customer purchases foreign money by using the RMB and then repays a foreign money account. For foreign exchange gaps caused by money buying and repayment, data is derived from logs recorded by a system, and the design of quasi-real-time flat discs can be carried out by adopting received repayment messages.
To decouple the buy payment from the buy payment balance. After receiving the remittance and repayment request, generating a repayment processing request and a remittance and repayment flat disk purchase request. And sending the repayment processing request to a repayment processing component, and sending the remittance repayment flat-plate purchasing request to a flat-plate processing component. The flat disc processing component has a message receiving function, receives a money purchasing and repaying flat disc request, and performs flat disc processing or saving and stacking flat disc processing. The repayment processing assembly and the flat disc processing assembly operate independently, and even if the flat disc processing fails, the repayment of a user is not influenced.
Step 302: and generating a to-be-leveled disc record corresponding to the purchase and payment request according to the request information in the purchase and payment leveling request.
The request information may include: time of occurrence, currency, transaction mode, etc. The transaction mode comprises the following steps: and (5) closing or selling the remittance.
Step 303: and determining the flat condition corresponding to the exchange purchase payment.
The plate condition can be set according to specific requirements. For example, the balance condition corresponding to the exchange purchase and payment is real-time processing on a working day, that is, the balance record to be balanced corresponding to the exchange purchase and payment request is subjected to balance processing when the balance purchase and payment request is received on the working day, so that the overnight risk of the exchange rate is avoided, and the loss caused by the fluctuation of the exchange rate is reduced.
Step 304: acquiring system information and/or market information, and determining whether the system information and/or the market information meet a flat condition.
Step 305: and responding to the fact that the system information and/or the market information meet the disc-leveling condition, and acquiring a disc-to-be-leveled record corresponding to the money-buying and repayment.
Step 306: and determining a fund pool record corresponding to the to-be-leveled disk record from the fund pool.
Step 307: and performing flat disc processing on the record to be flat disc according to the record of the capital pool.
Since some foreign exchange institutions do not operate on holidays, opening the disks only on weekdays allows financial institutions to perform leveling. And if the current date is a holiday, recording the to-be-leveled disc record corresponding to the purchased and paid money into a to-be-leveled disc list, and setting the state of the to-be-leveled disc record as unexecuted.
An automatic task may be set, which is periodically executed at a preset time point of the working day. If the current date is a holiday or an annual ending, the automatic task does not proceed. And if the current date is the working day, the automatic task screens the to-be-leveled disk records with the execution failure or non-execution states from the to-be-leveled disk list, and performs leveling processing on the screened to-be-leveled disk records. The preset time points may be: 6 am, 12 am, 10 pm, etc.
And circularly scanning the to-be-leveled disk list. And aiming at each disc to be leveled, under the condition that the balance of the fund pool is less than the sum of the money to be leveled, establishing a timed foreign exchange task of a foreign exchange calling request mechanism, and updating the information of 'disc transaction dollar amount', 'money amount due to RMB', 'money amount for sale', 'money rate for buying remittance', and the like in the disc to be leveled in batches after the foreign exchange is successfully requested. And calculating and storing the credit card balance sale and settlement price and profit loss amount.
And if the foreign exchange calling mechanism fails, updating the state information in the record of the to-be-leveled disk into failure. Checking whether the disc leveling times recorded aiming at the disc to be leveled are less than 10 times, if so, continuing to reserve a timed call-out task recorded aiming at the disc to be leveled, wherein the interval between the execution time of the timed call-out task and the current time is a preset time period. The preset time period may be: ten minutes, 30 minutes, one hour, etc.
The money buying and repaying business of the customer is processed, and the money buying and repaying business needs to be subjected to flat-disk processing. The flat-tray process is typically performed during processing of the exchange payment. If the flat plate has a problem, the normal operation of the money buying and repaying service is influenced, so that the repaying experience of customers is poor. In the embodiment of the invention, the money buying and repaying process of the customer and the flat disc process of the money buying and repaying are decoupled in a message receiving mode, so that the normal operation of the money buying and repaying process cannot be influenced even if the flat disc process has a problem, and the influence on the use experience of the money repaying service of the customer is avoided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after generating the to-be-leveled disc record corresponding to the request for buying, remitting and repaying, the method further includes: determining whether the current date is a workday; in response to the current date being a non-workday, determining identity information of the target customer; and determining whether to summarize the to-be-leveled records corresponding to the target client or not according to the identity information, and summarizing the to-be-leveled records corresponding to the target client with the identity information meeting the preset conditions.
The identity information includes: personal customers, group customers, business card customers, etc. After receiving the purchase, exchange and repayment requests of group customers and business card customers in holidays, due to the fact that the transaction amount of the customers is large, the records to be leveled of the target customers can be summarized, and leveling processing in the next working day is facilitated.
