6. the Chaincodes SDK service executes the intelligent contract request and returns an execution result;
7. and returning the data to the browser for display.
In this embodiment, it is confirmed through steps 1 to 4 whether the user right and the Finance service receive the parameter information uploaded by encryption, and the uplink result is queried and confirmed through steps 5 to 7.
In one embodiment, the generating a roaming settlement file for the verified roaming communication ticket file based on the intelligent contract further includes: according to the first settlement period, performing batch roaming settlement on roaming settlement files generated in the period; or according to the single ticket file, the single ticket file is settled in real time by using digital encryption currency.
Specifically, the payment process of the current international roaming clearing is a mode of entrusting a bank to perform cash clearing, the bank can collect procedure fees with different amounts, and especially when multiple inter-bank transfer is performed through an intermediate bank, the procedure fees are high and the time is long.

After the initial setting, the block chain system can be automatically executed to complete each operation.
The second type is real-time settlement based on a single call bill, after the single call bill is linked up to complete the operations of pricing approval and verification to generate a roaming settlement file, the block chain system can settle the single call bill in real time, so that direct payment can be realized for each call bill, and single-level real-time settlement and payment operations can be really realized.
The scheme selection in the specific implementation process can be carried out according to the specific conditions of the operators of the two parties, such as daily telephone number, digital encryption currency change conditions, the scheme is selected by self, and the specific settlement payment period is configured.
The present embodiment performs batch roaming settlement on roaming settlement files generated during the first settlement period by using digital cryptocurrency; or according to a single ticket file, the single ticket file is settled in real time by using digital encryption currency, and a payment scheme which is free of commission charge, convenient and efficient is provided for the settlement of the roaming service by combining the characteristics of the block chain system.
In one embodiment, the generating a roaming settlement file based on the intelligent contract for the verified roaming communication ticket file further comprises: and accessing a historical roaming settlement file stored in a block chain of the operator node through an auditing interface, and returning auditing data according to the historical roaming settlement file.

4. And a financial clearing part: the method realizes the generation of financial bills based on intelligent contracts (RTDR reports generated according to clearing parts), the uplink transmission of the financial bills and a cross-border settlement scheme based on digital currency.
5. And a post audit part: and uplink retention and post-audit verification of key business information in data clearing and financial clearing are realized.
The embodiment provides an architecture system for clearing international roaming based on the block chain related technology, which comprises a processing and transmission method for all-service data such as an agreement, a ticket, a report and a bill in the international roaming, so that the full-service clearing international roaming based on the block chain technology is realized, the clearing international roaming settlement process is completely innovated, and the clearing international roaming efficiency is greatly improved. The whole-flow operation in the traditional clearing and settling system is innovated through related technology based on a block chain, the bill transmission and processing of the traditional system in the original process are replaced, and various operations such as mail transmission, manual carding filling of protocols and financial documents, verification of batch price and the like of the traditional system are replaced. The digital currency-based cross-border settlement scheme and the post-event audit scheme of the financial clearing part can further improve the ecology of the international roaming clearing business.

In the embodiment, the parameter extraction and uplink storage are carried out on the roaming agreement file, so that the calling in the subsequent verification pricing process is facilitated; the method comprises the steps that a roaming ticket file is linked up, so that tickets are transparently disclosed among operators; and checking and pricing the call ticket based on the intelligent contract, and generating a roaming settlement file. The roaming service data is made public and transparent to roaming related operators, and efficient settlement can be performed on the roaming service between the operators through a block chain system.
In one embodiment, the first module includes: and the first parameter extraction module is used for acquiring the parameter information of the roaming protocol file from a parameter configuration page or a parameter file with a preset format and performing uplink storage.
According to the embodiment, automatic configuration of roaming parameter information can be automatically executed through the intelligent contract carried in the block chain, so that full process automation of issuing and configuration validation of the roaming agreement is realized, and the cost and the error rate of operators are effectively reduced.

In this embodiment, by using an intelligent contract technology on a block chain, automatic verification and rating processing are performed on the call ticket data on the chain through a verification formula and a rating formula, so as to determine whether the call ticket data is missing, automatically calculate the cost of the roaming call ticket, and determine whether the operator has a wrong charging.
In one embodiment, the fourth module comprises; a roaming data report generating module, configured to generate a roaming data report for the checked and priced roaming ticket file based on the intelligent contract; a roaming settlement file generating module, configured to generate the roaming settlement file based on the intelligent contract according to the roaming data report; and the uplink module is used for uplink storage of the roaming data report and the roaming settlement file.

5. The international roaming settlement method of claim 1, wherein the generating of the roaming bill file after the verification and the approval based on the intelligent contract comprises:
generating a roaming data report for the roaming bill file after the verification and the pricing based on the intelligent contract;
generating the roaming settlement file based on the intelligent contract according to the roaming data report;
and the roaming data report and the roaming settlement file are stored in a chain way.
6. The international roaming settlement method of claim 1, wherein the roaming communication ticket file after the checking and the rating generates a roaming settlement file based on the intelligent contract, and then further comprising:
performing batch roaming settlement on the roaming settlement file generated in the period by using digital encryption currency according to the first settlement period; or
And according to the single ticket file, carrying out real-time settlement on the single ticket file by using digital encryption currency.
