In an embodiment of the present application, the generating module 300 is configured to: acquiring operation data of a user when the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal is in a blank screen state; generating a test case of the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal black screen according to the operation data of the user, reproducing the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal black screen fault based on the test case, and analyzing the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal black screen reason by combining a plurality of black screen fault data.
In this embodiment of the present application, the device for analyzing black screen failure of a vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal further includes: the device comprises an analysis module and a storage module.
The analysis module is used for acquiring a fault analysis intention of the vehicle; acquiring historical black screen fault data of the vehicle according to the fault analysis intention; and analyzing the black screen reasons of the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal according to the historical black screen fault data, and generating a black screen solution according to the black screen reasons. The storage module is used for matching the actual storage position according to the black screen fault type and storing black screen fault data in the actual storage position.

acquiring black screen fault data of a vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal uploaded by a vehicle;
identifying the black screen fault data to obtain the black screen fault type of the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal, and obtaining the statistical times of the same type of black screen faults according to the black screen fault type;
and when the counting times are larger than the preset times, analyzing the black screen reasons of the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal according to a plurality of black screen fault data of the black screen fault types, and generating a black screen solution according to the black screen reasons.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the analyzing the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal black screen reason according to the plurality of black screen fault data of the black screen fault types comprises:
acquiring operation data of a user when the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal is in a blank screen state;
generating a test case of the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal black screen according to the operation data of the user, reproducing the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal black screen fault based on the test case, and analyzing the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal black screen reason by combining a plurality of black screen fault data.
3. The method of claim 1, after acquiring black screen failure data of the in-vehicle entertainment terminal uploaded by the vehicle, further comprising:
acquiring a fault analysis intention of the vehicle;
acquiring historical black screen fault data of the vehicle according to the fault analysis intention;
and analyzing the black screen reasons of the vehicle-mounted entertainment terminal according to the historical black screen fault data, and generating a black screen solution according to the black screen reasons.
4. The method of claim 1, after identifying the black screen failure data to obtain a black screen failure type of the in-vehicle entertainment terminal, further comprising:
and matching an actual storage position according to the black screen fault type, and storing the black screen fault data in the actual storage position.
