According to the actual measurement condition, the second insulation resistance test wire is used for being connected with a non-measurement phase of the tested electric equipment, the grounding wire or a metal shell of the tested electric equipment. The third insulation resistance test wire is a shielding wire, and according to the actual situation of the tested electric equipment, the tested electric equipment can be shielded through the third insulation resistance test wire. When the tested electrical equipment does not need to be shielded, a third insulation resistance test wire does not need to be connected.
And respectively connecting the test head of the second insulation resistance test wire and the test head of the third insulation resistance test wire with corresponding measurement points of the tested electrical equipment.
And starting the insulation resistance tester, and connecting the test head of the first insulation resistance test wire to the corresponding position of the measurement point to measure when the measurement voltage of the insulation resistance tester reaches a preset voltage value.
And respectively reading and recording the measured values of the insulation resistance at different moments by an insulation resistance tester.
And after the measurement is finished, the insulation resistance tester is closed, the electrical equipment to be tested is fully discharged to the ground, and the three insulation resistance test wires are removed.
According to the application method of the insulation resistance test wire, due to the adoption of the insulation resistance test wire, a proper test head can be selected for measurement according to the actual measurement requirement of the tested electrical equipment, a proper measurement body can be selected according to the height condition of a measurement point, the measurement body supports the test head for high-altitude measurement operation, the requirement of manual ascending operation through a bucket arm vehicle is avoided, the measurement safety is improved, the cost is reduced, and convenience is provided for the actual field measurement operation.
The following describes how to select the test head and the measuring body, taking the electrical device 500 under test as shown in fig. 7 as an example.
As shown in fig. 7, the measured electrical device 500 is a 220KV current transformer, and on the measured electrical device 500, a measurement point to be connected with the first insulation resistance test line is a point a, and a measurement point to be connected with the second insulation resistance test line is a point b. Since the electrical device under test 500 does not need to be subjected to a shielding process, a third insulation resistance test line does not need to be connected.
The point a is arranged on the connecting piece with a vertical through hole, so that the test head with the second structure form in the above embodiment can be selected, and the measuring hook head of the test head is hung in the through hole of the connecting piece. The position of the point a is higher, so that a measuring body in a second structural form can be selected, the test head is inserted into the measuring body, the measuring body is bound and fixed on the insulating rod through the binding assembly, and the measuring body is lifted through the insulating rod, so that the connection test of the test head at the point a is realized.
In which point b is located on the ground line close to the ground, so that the test head of the third configuration in the above embodiment can be selected to be clamped to the ground line by the first measuring clamp 406 and the second measuring clamp 407 of the test head. Because the position of the point b is lower, the measuring body in the first structural form can be selected, the test head is inserted into the measuring body, and then the measuring body is held by hands to realize the connection test of the test head at the point b.

Claims (10)

1. An insulation resistance test wire, comprising:
the test head is provided with an inserting hole;
the first end of the measuring body is provided with an inserting body matched with the inserting hole, and the inserting body is connected with the inserting hole in a pluggable manner;
the first end of the soft wire is fixedly connected with the second end of the measuring body;
the plug comprises an operation part and a conductive plug column arranged on the operation part, and the second end of the soft line is fixedly connected with the operation part.

The insulation resistance test wire according to claim 1, wherein the soft wire comprises a conductive cord and a first insulation layer wrapped around an outer surface of the conductive cord; the operation portion comprises a conductive wire core and a second insulating layer wrapped on the outer surface of the conductive wire core, the first end of the conductive wire core is fixedly connected with the conductive insertion column, and the second end of the conductive wire core is fixedly connected with the conductive flexible wire.

The insulation resistance test wire according to claim 1, wherein the test head comprises a measuring needle and a first connecting body, the measuring needle is a truncated cone with a cross section gradually increasing from a first end to a second end, the second end of the measuring needle is connected with the first end of the first connecting body, and the second end of the first connecting body is provided with the plug hole; and a first insulating shell is arranged on the outer surface of the first connecting body.

The insulation resistance test wire according to claim 1, wherein the test head comprises a measuring hook head and a second connector, the measuring hook head comprises a vertical section and a hook section which are connected with each other, the vertical section is connected with a first end of the second connector, and a second end of the second connector is provided with the insertion hole; and a second insulating shell is arranged on the outer surface of the second connecting body.

The insulation resistance test wire according to claim 1, wherein the test head comprises a first measuring clamp and a second measuring clamp which are matched with each other, the middle part of the first measuring clamp is rotatably connected with the middle part of the second measuring clamp through a connecting shaft, a metal clamp opening is respectively arranged at the first end of the first measuring clamp and the first end of the second measuring clamp, and the inserting hole is arranged at the second end of the second measuring clamp; a compression spring is connected between the first measuring clamp and the second measuring clamp and is positioned between the connecting shaft and the inserting hole; and third insulating layers are arranged on the outer surface of the first measuring clamp and the outer surface of the second measuring clamp.

The insulation resistance test wire according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the measuring body comprises a protective body, a protective ring and a hand-held body, the insertion body is arranged at a first end of the protective body, a second end of the protective body is connected with a first end of the hand-held body, a second end of the hand-held body is fixedly connected with a first end of the soft wire, and the protective ring is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of a connection between the protective body and the hand-held body; and third insulating shells are arranged on the outer surfaces of the protection body and the handheld body, and the protection ring is an insulating ring.

The insulation resistance test wire according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the measuring body comprises a reinforcing body and a binding assembly, a first end of the reinforcing body is provided with the plug-in body, and a second end of the reinforcing body is fixedly connected with a first end of the soft wire; a fourth insulating shell is arranged on the outer surface of the reinforcing body;
the binding assembly comprises a plurality of first binding bands and a plurality of second binding bands corresponding to the first binding bands one by one, and the first binding bands and the second binding bands are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the reinforcing body; the first binding bands are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the reinforcing body at intervals, and the second binding bands are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the reinforcing body at intervals.

The insulation resistance test wire according to claim 7, wherein the first strap is provided with a plurality of clamping protrusions, the second strap is provided with a plurality of clamping holes matched with the clamping protrusions, and the clamping protrusions can be clamped in the corresponding clamping holes; the plurality of clamping protrusions are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the first binding band respectively, and the plurality of clamping holes are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the second binding band respectively.
9. The insulation resistance test wire according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the plug is an L-shaped plug.
10. A method of using the insulation resistance test wire according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
before measurement, fully discharging the tested electrical equipment to the ground, and then checking to determine that the insulation resistance tester can normally work; the insulation resistance tester is provided with three jacks, wherein the three jacks are respectively an L-line jack, an E-line jack and a G-line jack;
selecting three test heads according to three preset measurement points on the tested electrical equipment, and correspondingly installing the three test heads on the measurement bodies of the three insulation resistance test lines;
correspondingly inserting plugs of the three insulation resistance testing wires into three jacks of the insulation resistance tester; the three insulation resistance test wires are respectively a first insulation resistance test wire inserted with the L wire jack, a second insulation resistance test wire inserted with the E wire jack and a third insulation resistance test wire inserted with the G wire jack;
connecting the test head of the second insulation resistance test wire and the test head of the third insulation resistance test wire with corresponding measurement points respectively;
starting the insulation resistance tester, and connecting a test head of a first insulation resistance test wire to a corresponding measurement point position when the measurement voltage of the insulation resistance tester reaches a preset voltage value;
respectively reading and recording the measured values of the insulation resistance at different moments through an insulation resistance tester;
and after the measurement is finished, the insulation resistance tester is closed, the electrical equipment to be tested is fully discharged to the ground, and the three insulation resistance test wires are removed.
