As shown in fig. 1 to 15, the present invention provides a water supply apparatus 10, including: a water heating unit 1 having a water inlet end 11 and a water outlet end 12; an ozone supply unit 2 for containing ozone in the water outputted from the water supply device 10; a circulation control mechanism 3 cooperating with the ozone supply unit 2, the circulation control mechanism 3 being configured to cause a part of the ozone-containing water flowing out of the ozone supply unit 2 to flow into the ozone supply unit 2 again.
In the present invention, the water supply device 10 has an inlet pipe 102 and an outlet pipe 103, the water inlet end 11 of the water heating unit 1 can be communicated with the inlet pipe 102 through an inlet connecting pipe 14, and the water outlet end of the water heating unit 1 can be communicated with the outlet pipe 103 through an outlet connecting pipe 15.
The water supply device 10 of the present invention supplies water into the water inlet end 11 of the water heating unit 1, the inlet water flows to the water heating unit 1 and flows out from the water outlet end 12 thereof after the heating treatment is completed in the water heating unit 1, as shown by arrows in fig. 1 to 15, and simultaneously supplies ozone to the water supply device 10 through the ozone supply unit 2, so that the water output from each water outlet point 101 of the water supply device 10 contains ozone, thereby achieving the effects of degerming, sterilizing, removing pesticide residues, removing odor in pipes, etc.; in addition, the present invention improves the concentration of ozone contained in water outputted from each water outlet point 101 of the water supply device 10 by providing the circulation control means 3 so that a part of the water containing ozone supplied from the ozone supply unit 2 is recycled in the ozone supply unit 2. In the present invention, the water outlet 101 may be a water outlet tap or other water outlet device.
In a possible embodiment of the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the ozone supply unit 2 can supply ozone to the water inlet end 11 of the water heating unit 1, that is, supply ozone to the water inlet connection pipe 14, after the water inlet pipe 102 of the water supply device 10 is fed with water flow, the ozone supplied by the ozone supply unit 2 will dissolve in the water inlet, and then flow into the water heating unit 1, the ozone content in the water inlet will inevitably decrease due to the heat effect of the water heating unit 1, and in order to ensure that the ozone concentration contained in the water outlet of the water supply device 10 does not change or increases, the present invention returns part of the water containing ozone supplied by the ozone supply unit 2 to the ozone supply unit 2 again through the effect of the circulation control mechanism 3, so as to increase the ozone content in the water inlet end 11 of the water heating unit 1, thereby avoiding the risk of ozone concentration decrease in the water outlet of the water supply device 10 due to the heat effect of the water heating unit 1.
In another possible embodiment of the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the ozone supply unit 2 can supply ozone to the water flowing out from the water outlet end 12 of the water heating unit 1, that is, supply ozone to the water outlet connecting pipe 15, the water flowing into the water inlet pipe 102 of the water supply device 10 flows into the water heating unit 1 through the water inlet connecting pipe 14 to be heated, the heated water flows out from the water outlet end 12, and the ozone provided by the ozone supply unit 2 is dissolved in the water flowing out from the water outlet connecting pipe 15, the present invention uses the action of the circulation control mechanism 3 to return the water provided by the ozone supply unit 2 and containing ozone to the ozone supply unit 2 again, so as to increase the ozone content in the water flowing out from the water outlet connecting pipe 15 by the ozone supply unit 2, thereby relatively increasing the ozone concentration in the water output from each water outlet point 101 of the water supply device 10.
In a preferred embodiment of the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the water supply device 10 further comprises a bypass branch 13 communicating with the water inlet end 11 and the water outlet end 12 of the water heating unit 1, and the ozone supply unit 2 can supply ozone into the bypass branch 13. In the present embodiment, the bypass branch 13 is provided, so that the ozone supply unit 2 supplies ozone to the bypass branch 13, and the water containing ozone flows into the water flowing out from the water outlet end 12 of the water heating unit 1 through the bypass branch 13, and is discharged from each water outlet point 101 of the water supply device 10 after being mixed, and the water containing ozone supplied by the ozone supply unit 2 does not pass through the water heating unit 1, thereby effectively avoiding the problem of the reduction of the ozone concentration in the water discharged from the water supply device 10 due to the heat effect.
In the present invention, the water supply device 10 may be a gas hot water supply device, the water heating unit 1 includes a heat exchanger, the gas hot water supply device has a water inlet pipe 102 and a water outlet pipe 103, the water inlet end of the heat exchanger is connected to the water inlet pipe 102, and the water outlet end of the heat exchanger is connected to the water outlet pipe 103; the bypass branch 13 is arranged in parallel with the heat exchanger.
When the temperature of the hot water supplied by the gas hot water supply device is usually 20-30 ℃, and the water containing ozone flows into the heat exchanger of the gas hot water supply device through the water inlet end 11, the ozone concentration in the water containing ozone is reduced due to the influence of the temperature, and the ozone concentration in the water discharged from each water outlet point 101 of the water supply device 10 is further reduced, so that the effects of sterilization, disinfection, pesticide residue removal and the like are influenced. The preferred embodiment utilizes the design of the bypass branch 13 to make the water containing ozone bypass the water heating unit 1, i.e. the water containing ozone does not flow through the heat exchanger, thereby effectively avoiding the risk of reducing the ozone content in the outlet water of the water supply device 10 due to the overhigh heating temperature of the heat exchanger; in addition, the risk of damage to the water tank of the heat exchanger caused by the ozone-containing water flowing through the heat exchanger for a long time is further avoided.
In the present invention, the temperature of the water supplied from the water heating unit 1 may be greater than or equal to the temperature of the ozone-containing water supplied from the ozone supply unit 2. In the preferred embodiment of fig. 1, since the ozone supply unit 2 supplies ozone into the bypass branch 13, and the bypass branch 13 is arranged in parallel with the water heating unit 1, the concentration of ozone in the water discharged from each water outlet point 101 of the water supply device 10 is not affected regardless of the change of the heating temperature of the water heating unit 1. The water supply apparatus 10 of the present invention, using the preferred embodiment of fig. 1, not only can achieve the effect of avoiding the problem of the ozone concentration in the outlet water from decreasing, but also can achieve the effect of increasing the ozone concentration in the outlet water by the circulation control mechanism 3.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the circulation control mechanism 3 is a circulation pump 31 disposed in parallel with the ozone supply unit 2, so that part of the ozone-containing water flowing out of the ozone supply unit 2 is returned to the ozone supply unit 2 through the circulation pump 31. By arranging the circulating pump 31, the invention can make part of the water containing ozone supplied by the ozone supply unit 2 to the water inlet connecting pipe 14, the water outlet connecting pipe 15 or the bypass branch 13 flow back to the ozone supply unit 2 and flow into the water inlet end 11, the water outlet end 12 or the water inlet end of the bypass branch 13 of the water heating unit 1 after flowing through the ozone supply unit 2 again, so as to improve the solubility and the ozone concentration of the ozone in the water containing ozone.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 15, the circulation control means 3 includes a return water path 132 provided in parallel with the ozone supply unit, and a first flow distribution means 133, and the first flow distribution means 133 causes a portion of the ozone-containing water flowing out of the ozone supply unit 2 to return to the ozone supply unit 2 through the return water path 132. By providing the return water path 132 and the first flow distribution mechanism 133, the ozone-containing water supplied from the ozone supply unit 2 to the water inlet connection pipe 14, the water outlet connection pipe 15, or the bypass branch 13 partially returns to the ozone supply unit 2, and flows into the water inlet end 11, the water outlet end 12, or the water inlet end of the bypass branch 13 of the water heating unit 1 after flowing through the ozone supply unit 2 again, so as to improve the solubility and the ozone concentration of ozone in the ozone-containing water.
The ozone supply unit 2 will be described in detail below as an example of supplying ozone to the bypass branch 13.
As shown in fig. 1, the bypass branch 13 includes a bypass water path 131 provided with the ozone supply unit 2, and a return water path 132 connected in parallel with the ozone supply unit 2, and the circulation pump 31 is provided on the return water path 132. In the present invention, the purpose of adjusting the circulation flow rate can be achieved by adjusting the voltage of the circulation pump 31.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the bypass branch 13 further includes a first flow distribution mechanism 133, and the first flow distribution mechanism 133 can regulate the flow rate of the ozone-containing water flowing into the return water path 132. The invention adopts the way that the first flow distribution mechanism 133 is arranged at the joint of the water outlet end of the ozone supply unit 2 and the return water channel 132, the purpose of regulating the circulating flow is achieved through the first flow distribution mechanism 133, and/or the purpose of regulating the circulating flow is achieved through the cooperation of the first flow distribution mechanism 133 and the circulating pump 31.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 15, the bypass branch 13 includes a bypass water path 131 provided with the ozone supply unit 2, a return water path 132 connected in parallel with the ozone supply unit 2, and a first flow distribution mechanism 133, the circulation control mechanism 3 includes the return water path 132 and the first flow distribution mechanism 133, and the first flow distribution mechanism 133 enables a part of the water containing ozone flowing out of the ozone supply unit 2 to return to the ozone supply unit 2 through the return water path 132.
In a possible embodiment of the first flow distributing mechanism 133 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 9 and 13 to 15, the first flow distributing mechanism 133 is a flow control valve disposed on the return water path 132.
In another possible embodiment of the first flow distributing mechanism 133 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 6 and 10 to 12, the first flow distributing mechanism 133 is a three-way valve, which is connected to the junction of the water inlet end of the return water path 132 and the water outlet end of the bypass water path 131, the first end of the three-way valve is communicated with the water inlet end of the return water path 132, the second end of the three-way valve is communicated with the water outlet end of the bypass water path 131, and the third end of the three-way valve is communicated with the water outlet end of the bypass branch 13, taking fig. 4 and 10 as an example.
After the water flow is introduced into the water inlet pipe 102 of the water supply device 10, a part of the inlet water flows into the water inlet end 11 of the water heating unit 1, and flows out from the water outlet end 12 after being heated by the water heating unit 1, and another part of the inlet water flows into the bypass branch 13, and forms water containing ozone after passing through the ozone supply unit 2 (such as an electrolyzed water ozone generator), and when the water containing ozone passes through the first flow distribution mechanism 133, a part of the water containing ozone is regulated to the return water path 132 and then flows back to the water inlet end of the bypass water path 131. In this embodiment, by providing the first flow distribution mechanism 133, the portion of the water containing ozone supplied from the ozone supply unit 2 to the bypass branch 13 can be returned to the water inlet end of the bypass water channel 131, so as to improve the solubility and concentration of ozone in the water containing ozone.
Further, in the present invention, the flow rate of the water containing ozone flowing back to the ozone supply unit 2 through the circulation control mechanism 3 is smaller than the flow rate of the inlet water supplied into the bypass water channel 131, so as to adjust the flow rate of the water containing ozone flowing back to the ozone supply unit 2, thereby achieving the purpose of optimal ozone production.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 7, 10 and 13, the ozone supply unit 2 is an electrolyzed water ozone generator disposed on the bypass water path 131. After the water flow is introduced into the water inlet pipe 102 of the water supply device 10, a part of the inlet water flows into the water inlet end 11 of the water heating unit 1, flows out from the water outlet end 12 after being heated by the water heating unit 1, and the other part of the inlet water flows into the bypass branch 13, and forms water containing ozone after passing through the electrolyzed water ozone generator, wherein a part of the water containing ozone flows back to the water inlet end of the bypass water path 131 through the circulation control mechanism 3 (for example, the circulation pump 31) and flows into the electrolyzed water ozone generator again, so that the water flow passing through the electrolyzed water ozone generator is increased, on one hand, the problem of reduction of the ozone production amount caused by the heating of the electrolyzed water ozone generator is reduced, on the other hand, the water flow passing through the electrolyzed water ozone generator is increased, the solubility of the ozone dissolved in the water is relatively increased, and therefore, the ozone concentration in the water flowing out from each water outlet point 101 of the water supply device 10 is increased. Of course, the electrolyzed water ozone generator of this embodiment may be provided on the water inlet connection pipe 14 or the water outlet connection pipe 15 as shown in fig. 2 to 3, fig. 5 to 6, fig. 8 to 9, fig. 11 to 12, and fig. 14 to 15.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, 17a, 17b, 18a, and 18b, the ozone supply unit 2 includes an electrolytic air ozone generator 21 and a venturi structure 22, the electrolytic air ozone generator 21 being capable of supplying ozone to the venturi structure 22, the venturi structure 22 being provided on the bypass water path 131. Of course, the venturi structure 22 of the ozone supply unit 2 according to this embodiment may be provided in the water inlet connection pipe 14 or the water outlet connection pipe 15, and the venturi structure 22 will be described below as being provided in the bypass water channel 131 as an example.
Specifically, the venturi structure 22 has a water pipe 221 and a vent pipe 222 communicating with each other, the water pipe 221 is connected to the bypass water passage 131, and the vent pipe 222 is connected to the electrolytic air ozone generator 21. The water pipe 221 is of a structure with a diameter reduced along the flowing direction of the inlet water, after the inlet water is introduced into the bypass water channel 131, the dynamic pressure of the inlet water reaches the maximum value at the narrowest part of the water pipe 221, the static pressure reaches the minimum value, the speed of the inlet water rises due to the reduction of the cross-sectional area of the water pipe 221, so that a pressure difference is generated, an external suction force is provided for the ozone gas conveyed in the vent pipe 222, the rapid mixing of the ozone and the water is realized, and the water containing the ozone is further generated and flows out from the water outlet end of the bypass water channel 131.
According to one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 19 and 20, the water supply device 10 further comprises a second flow distribution means 4, the second flow distribution means 4 being capable of regulating the water supplied into the water supply device 10 into the water heating unit 1 and/or the bypass branch 13. According to the invention, the second flow distribution mechanism 4 is arranged, so that the water introduced into the water inlet pipe 102 of the water supply device 10 is adjusted into the water heating unit 1 and/or the bypass branch 13 as required, and the water inflow flowing through the ozone supply unit 2 can be effectively controlled under the condition that the water inflow of the water supply device 10 is constant, so that the ozone production amount of the ozone supply unit 2 and the ozone content in the water containing ozone are improved to the maximum extent.
In the present invention, only the schematic diagram of the second flow distributing mechanism 4 on the water supply device of the circulation control mechanism of the first embodiment is shown, and those skilled in the art can understand that the second flow distributing mechanism 4 can also be provided on the water supply devices shown in fig. 4, 7, 10 and 13, and the drawings are not provided herein.
In the present invention, the flow rate of the intake water supplied into the bypass branch 13 through the second flow distribution mechanism 4 is smaller than the flow rate of the intake water supplied into the water heating unit 1. Since the ozone concentration is relatively higher as the ratio of the inflow rate of water in the bypass branch 13 is higher when the flow rate of water flowing into the inlet pipe 102 of the water supply device 10 is constant, but the lifetime of the water heating unit 1 is reduced as the temperature in the water heating unit 1 is higher, the ratio of the inflow rate of water in the bypass branch 13 to the total inflow rate of water supplied to the water supply device 10 is 0.15 to 0.4 in order to ensure the maximum ozone generation amount of the ozone supply unit 2 and maintain the normal operation of the water heating unit 1.
In a possible embodiment of the second flow distributing means 4, as shown in fig. 19, the second flow distributing means is a three-way flow valve, a first end of which communicates with the water inlet of the bypass branch 13, a second end of which communicates with the water inlet pipe 102 of the water supply device, and a third end of which communicates with the water inlet 11 of the water heating unit 1.
In another possible embodiment of the second flow distributing mechanism 4, as shown in fig. 20, the second flow distributing mechanism 4 is a flow control valve arranged on the water inlet end of the bypass branch 13. The flow control valve is arranged to regulate the flow rate of water flowing into the bypass branch 13, thereby controlling the ozone production amount and ozone solubility of the ozone supply unit 2.
