after the mother liquor pipe 7 guides the mother liquor for a period of time, in order to ensure that the mother liquor pipe 7 is not blocked, at the moment, the other mother liquor pipe 7 needs to be switched to be communicated with the mother liquor outlet 18, at the moment, the motor 10 is started and rotates forwards to drive the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, so that the linkage plate 12 moves towards the direction of the motor 10, the compression degree of the second spring 40 is gradually reduced, the pressure between the first end plate 23 and the pre-thickener 1 is also gradually reduced, in the process, the opening and closing part closes the mother liquor outlet 18, when the second spring 40 is still in a compression state, the motor 10 stops driving, the second electromagnet 37 is electrified to generate suction force to the extension rod 39, so that the extension rod 39 retracts a distance into the inner hole 38 to drive the limiting plate 35 to be away from the limiting groove 36, at the moment, the first electromagnet 26 is electrified to generate suction force to the first end plate 23, and the first end plate 23 is ensured not to be separated from the mother liquor pipe 7 in the rotating process of the rotating disc 41; As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the driving assembly includes:
one end face of the end plate is provided with a lantern ring 68 with an annular groove 73, at least two first air cylinders 16 arranged on the front side face of the vertical plate 4 and an end block 74 fixed on an output shaft of the first air cylinders 16, wherein the end block 74 is rotatably connected with the annular groove 73;
and one end of the driving rod 75 is fixed on the side surface of the driving plate 71 opposite to the jack 70, the inner side surface of the lantern ring 68 is an inclined surface, the inclined surface is provided with a driving groove 76, and the other end of the driving rod 75 is in sliding connection with the driving groove 76.
In this embodiment, when the first cylinder 16 drives the collar 68 to move toward the linkage plate 12, the driving plate 71 is moved toward the central axis of the rotating shaft 11 by the inclined surface, and when the first cylinder 16 drives the collar 68 to move toward the motor 10, the driving plate 71 is moved away from the central axis of the rotating shaft 11 by the inclined surface.
As one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 9, the opening and closing part includes:
the sealing plate 19, a second screw hole 21 arranged on the top end face of the sealing plate 19 and a screw rod 22 in threaded connection with the second screw hole 21, a plate hole 20 is arranged on the upper end face of the pre-thickener 1, the sealing plate 19 is connected with the plate hole 20 in a sliding manner, and the sealing plate 19 is in contact connection with the inner wall of the pre-thickener 1 where the mother liquor outlet 18 is located;
a gear 32 mounted on the screw 22, wherein one end face of the gear 32 is provided with an end face annular groove 67;
one end of each support rod 66 is rotatably connected with the end face ring groove 67, a plurality of support rods 66 are arranged, and the other end of each support rod 66 is fixed on the front side face of the vertical plate 4;
the driving frame 15 comprises a vertical rod and a cross rod arranged on one side of the vertical rod, one end of the vertical rod is fixed on the side surface of one of the first push rods 14, and a spur rack matched with the gear 32 is arranged on the side surface of the cross rod.
In this embodiment, when one of the mother liquid pipes 7 is communicated with the mother liquid outlet 18, the gear 32 and the spur rack are kept in a meshed state, at this time, the closing plate 19 opens the mother liquid outlet 18, when the linkage plate 12 moves towards the motor 10, the first push rod 14 also moves towards the motor 10, at this time, the limit plate 35 still coincides with the limit groove 36, at this time, although the compression amount of the second spring 40 is reduced, when the mother liquid pipe 7 and the mother liquid outlet 18 still have sealing performance, during this process, the spur rack drives the gear 32 to rotate, so that the closing plate 19 closes the mother liquid outlet 18, and finally, the spur rack is separated from the gear 32.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the second communicating portion includes:
the sleeve 61 is sleeved at the end part of the air guide pipe 9 close to the blow-washing pipe 8, and the second cylinder 65 is arranged on the front side surface of the vertical plate 4, and an output shaft of the second cylinder 65 is fixed on the end surface of the sleeve 61;
the inner plate 62 is provided with a second through hole 63 penetrating through two end faces of the inner plate 62, the diameter of the inner plate 64 is equal to that of the second through hole 63, and a part of the inner plate 64 extends to the outside of the air guide pipe 9;
and the second end plate 60 is arranged at the end part of the blow-washing pipe 8 close to the air guide pipe 9, and the diameter of the second end plate 60 is larger than the inner diameter of the sleeve 61.
In this embodiment, during the rotation of the turntable 41, the second cylinder 65 causes the inner rod 64 to be inserted into the second through hole 63 to seal the bleed air pipe 9, and after one of the blow-wash pipes 8 is aligned with the bleed air pipe 9, the second cylinder 65 pushes the sleeve 61 to move towards the second end plate 60, so that a relatively large pressure is provided between the sleeve 61 and the second end plate 60 to ensure the sealing performance, and at this time, the inner rod 64 is separated from the second through hole 63.
As one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, 10, and 11, the adjusting portion includes:
the adjusting pipe 25 is connected with the inside of the blow-washing pipe 8 in a sliding manner, the outer diameter of the adjusting pipe 25 is equal to the inner diameter of the blow-washing pipe 8, one end, facing the mother liquor outlet 18, of the adjusting pipe 25 is in a sealed state, and one end, facing away from the mother liquor outlet 18, of the adjusting pipe 25 is in an open state;
the through holes 34 are arranged on the side surface of the adjusting pipe 25, the through holes 34 are communicated with the inside of the adjusting pipe 25, and the through holes 34 correspond to the air outlet holes 33 one by one;
a first through groove 30 arranged on the side surface of the blow-washing pipe 8 and a connecting rod 29 provided with a connecting end, wherein one end of the connecting rod 29 is opposite to one of the first electromagnets 26 on the mother liquor pipe 7;
one end of the first spring 31 is fixed to the connecting end, and the other end of the first spring 31 is fixed to one end of the first through groove 30.
In this embodiment, when the first electromagnet 26 loses power, the air outlet 33 is communicated with the through hole 34, at this time, water vapor will be sprayed out from the air outlet 33, when the pressure in the adjusting pipe 25 drops to be equal to the pressure in the mother liquor pipe 7, the first electromagnet 26 is powered on, so that the adjusting pipe 25 overcomes the first spring 31 to move, the through hole 34 is staggered with the air outlet 33, and when the pressure in the adjusting pipe 25 is 3 to 5 times greater than the pressure in the mother liquor pipe 7, the first electromagnet 26 loses power.
Preferably, the adjustment unit further includes a first pressure sensor provided in the mother liquor pipe 7 for sensing the pressure in the mother liquor pipe 7 and a second pressure sensor provided in the adjustment pipe 25 for sensing the pressure in the adjustment pipe 25.
As one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 6, and 7, the spacer includes:
two side holes 47 are formed in the side wall of the first perforation 43, the two side holes 47 are symmetrically formed in two sides of the drainage hole 42, the side holes 47 correspond to the mother liquor pipes 7 one by one, and the side holes 47 are close to the corresponding mother liquor pipes 7;
a sealing block 46 connected with the side hole 47 in a sliding manner, and a third spring 48 with one end fixedly connected with the side surface of the sealing block 46 opposite to the first perforation 43, wherein the other end of the third spring 48 is fixed at the bottom of the side hole 47;
the fixing block 57 is positioned below the polygonal rod 52, the fixing block 57 is provided with a stabilizing hole 58, a gap is reserved between the fixing block 57 and the rotating disc 41, and the stabilizing rod 59 is connected with the stabilizing hole 58 in a sliding manner;
a bottom rod 54 with one end fixed on the side of the sealing block 46 opposite to the first through hole 43 and a second through groove 50 arranged on the side wall of the side hole 47, wherein the second through groove 50 penetrates through the side wall of the polygonal hole 53, the bottom of the side hole 47 is provided with a bottom hole 56 opposite to the bottom rod 54, the bottom hole 56 penetrates through the end surface of the rotary disc 41 facing to the fixed block 57, and the bottom hole 56 is communicated with the second through groove 50;
the second push rod 55 is used for entering the second through groove 50 located below the polygonal rod 52 when the polygonal rod 52 gradually moves towards the inside of the polygonal hole 53, and gradually enters the sealing block 46 into the first through hole 43 by pushing the bottom rod 54.
In this embodiment, when one of the mother liquor pipes 7 is communicated with the mother liquor outlet 18, at this time, due to the action of the movable rod 27, the polygonal rod 52 will drive the second push rod 55 to enter the second through groove 50 located below, so that the sealing block 46 located below enters the first through hole 43 against the third spring 48, and finally the mother liquor pipe 7 located below is completely separated from the drainage hole 42, the upper sealing block 46 is completely contracted into the side hole 47 under the action of the third spring 48, so that the mother liquor pipe 7 located above is communicated with the drainage hole 42, when the linkage plate 12 moves towards the motor 10, under the action of the movable rod 27, the polygonal rod 52 is moved towards the insertion hole 70, at this time, the second push rod 55 will gradually disengage from the second through groove 50, and finally enter the gap, the lower sealing block 46 will also be contracted into the side hole 47 under the action of the third spring 48, when the rotary disk 41 rotates 180 degrees, the mother liquor pipe 7 located above will rotate to below the rotary disk 41, at this time, the second sealing block 46 will move towards the second through groove 50, so that the linkage plate 42 moves towards the drainage hole 42, so that the second through groove 42 is completely separated from the drainage hole 42, and the linkage plate 42 moves towards the drainage hole 12, so that the mother liquor pipe 7 is completely separated from the drainage hole 1.

the bottom of the crystallization reactor (2) is communicated with the crystal slurry feeding pipe (3) through a pipeline, and a hydraulic pump is arranged on the pipeline;

an opening and closing part for opening and closing the mother liquor outlet (18);
the blow-wash pipe (8) is inserted into the mother liquor pipe (7) from the outside of the mother liquor pipe (7), a plurality of air outlet holes (33) are formed in the side surface, located inside the mother liquor pipe (7), of the blow-wash pipe (8), and the air outlet holes (33) are communicated with the inside of the blow-wash pipe (8);
the device comprises an air-entraining pipe (9) with one end communicated with the crystallization reactor (2) and a second communicating part arranged at the other end of the air-entraining pipe (9), wherein the second communicating part is used for communicating the air-entraining pipe (9) with a blow-washing pipe (8);

The use method of the ammonium sulfate pre-thickening device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 is characterized by comprising the following steps: before crystal mush containing ammonium sulfate crystal grains is produced in a crystallization reactor (2), a mother liquor outlet (18) is communicated with a mother liquor pipe (7) through a first communicating part, and a blow-washing pipe (8) in the mother liquor pipe (7) is communicated with a gas-introducing pipe (9) through a second communicating part; then, producing magma containing ammonium sulfate grains in a crystallization reactor (2), enabling the magma containing ammonium sulfate grains to enter a pre-thickener (1) from a magma feeding pipe (3) through a hydraulic pump, enabling an elutriation liquid to enter the pre-thickener (1) from an elutriation liquid inlet (5), opening a mother liquid outlet (18) at an opening and closing part, separating amide oil and mother liquid at the upper part of the pre-thickener (1), sorting ammonium sulfate crystals at the lower part of the pre-thickener (1) and thickening the serous fluid, discharging the thickened serous fluid from a thickened serous fluid outlet (6), enabling the separated mother liquid to enter a mother liquid pipe (7) through the mother liquid outlet (18), and finally recovering the mother liquid into a mother liquid tank; in the process of producing crystal slurry containing ammonium sulfate crystal grains by the crystallization reactor (2), generated steam enters the blowing and washing pipe (8), when the pressure in the blowing and washing pipe (8) is greater than the pressure in the mother liquor pipe (7), the adjusting part opens the air outlet (33), so that the steam in the blowing and washing pipe (8) is sprayed out of the mother liquor pipe (7) through the air outlet (33), and when the pressure in the blowing and washing pipe (8) is reduced to be equal to the pressure in the mother liquor pipe (7), the adjusting part seals the air outlet (33).
