Claims (9)

1. A multidirectional header adjustment device, comprising: the cutting table (1), the feeding device (2), the chopping device (3) and the frame (4) are connected in sequence;
a horizontal tilting device is arranged between the header (1) and the feeding device (2), and the header (1) can tilt relative to the feeding device (2) along the horizontal direction; a vertical tilting device is arranged between the shredding device (3) and the frame (4), and the shredding device (3) can tilt relative to the frame (4) along the vertical direction.

The multi-directional header adjustment device of claim 1, wherein the horizontal tilt device comprises: a first mounting base plate (21), a left and right profiling mounting seat (22) and a horizontal adjusting oil cylinder (20); the first mounting substrate (21) is arranged on the end face, facing the cutting table (1), of the feeding device (2);
a rotary connecting piece (16) is arranged below the first mounting base plate (21), the rotary connecting piece (16) penetrates through the middle of the left and right profiling mounting seats (22), and two sides of the left and right profiling mounting seats (22) are fixedly connected with two sides of the header (1);
the side surface of the first end of the horizontal adjusting oil cylinder (20) is fixedly connected to one side of the first mounting base plate (21), and the side surface of the second end of the horizontal adjusting oil cylinder (20) is rotatably connected to one side of the left and right profiling mounting seats (22); the horizontal adjusting oil cylinder (20) can stretch and retract to drive the left and right profiling installation seats (22) to tilt and swing along the horizontal direction relative to the first installation base plate (21).

The multi-direction header adjusting device according to claim 2, wherein two hooking cylinders (17) are respectively arranged inside two sides of the left and right profile mounting seats (22), the hooking cylinders (17) face one ends of the left and right profile mounting seats (22) outside and are connected with hooking pins (15), and the hooking cylinders (17) can telescopically drive the hooking pins (15) to be locked and separated from the header (1).
4. The multidirectional header adjusting device of claim 3, wherein main bearing seats (6) are arranged on two sides of the chopping device (3), and the main bearing seats (6) are rotatably connected in mounting grooves on two sides of the frame (4) through pin shafts (5).
5. The multi-directional header adjustment device of claim 4, wherein the vertical tilt device comprises: the second mounting base plate (31), the oil cylinder connecting seat (32) and the vertical adjusting oil cylinder (10);
the second mounting base plate (31) is arranged perpendicular to the surface of the shredding device (3) facing the feeding device (2); the oil cylinder connecting seat (32) is arranged below the frame (4), two ends of the vertical adjusting oil cylinder (10) are hinged to the surfaces of the second mounting base plate (31) and the oil cylinder connecting seat (32) respectively, and the vertical adjusting oil cylinder (10) stretches out and draws back to enable the chopping device (3) to tilt and swing along the vertical direction relative to the frame (4).
6. The multidirectional header adjustment device according to claim 5, wherein a header arc rod (13) is arranged at the upper part of the header (1), a feeding pulley (14) is arranged at the upper part of the feeding device (2), and the header arc rod (13) falls into the feeding pulley (14).
7. The header multidirectional adjusting device of claim 6, wherein a square pin (11) is arranged on the top surface of the feeding device (2), and a fastener for fastening the square pin (11) is arranged on the surface of the chopping device (3).
8. The multidirectional header adjustment device of claim 7, wherein a bent section is arranged at one end, facing the feeding device, of the second mounting base plate (31), round feeding pipes (12) are arranged at two sides of the feeding device, and the bent section of the second mounting base plate (31) is hooked with the outer surfaces of the round feeding pipes (12).
9. A crop harvester comprising a body housing, characterized in that it comprises a header multi-directional adjustment device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, which is arranged inside the body housing.
