The intelligent ventilation and heat dissipation electric cabinet of claim 2, wherein: the air cooling assembly comprises a speed change unit, a rotating shaft (201), a fan blade (202), a first bevel gear (209), a fan (2010) and a second bevel gear (2011); a rotating shaft (201) penetrates through the right part of the upper side of the cabinet body (1), and the cabinet body (1) is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft (201); three fan blades (202) are arranged on the right side of the outer surface of the rotating shaft (201); a speed change unit is arranged at the upper side in the cabinet body (1); the rotating shaft (201) is connected with a speed changing unit; the speed changing unit is connected with a first bevel gear (209); a fan (2010) is installed on the upper side in the cabinet body (1) through a support frame; a second bevel gear (2011) is fixedly connected to a central shaft of the fan (2010); the second bevel gear (2011) is meshed with the first bevel gear (209); the speed changing unit is connected with the cleaning assembly.

The intelligent ventilation and heat dissipation electric cabinet of claim 4, wherein: the speed changing unit comprises a toothed ring (203), a first transmission shaft (204), a first flat gear (205), a gearbox (206), a second transmission shaft (207) and a mounting plate (208); the outer surface of the rotating shaft (201) is fixedly connected with a toothed ring (203) through a connecting block; the inner ring and the outer ring of the gear ring (203) are both provided with gear teeth; the upper side in the cabinet body (1) is rotatably connected with a first transmission shaft (204) through an L-shaped plate; a second transmission shaft (207) is rotatably connected to the upper side in the cabinet body (1) through an L-shaped plate, and the second transmission shaft (207) is positioned below the first transmission shaft (204); an installation plate (208) is fixedly connected to the upper side inside the cabinet body (1), and the installation plate (208) is located below the second transmission shaft (207); a gearbox (206) is arranged on the mounting plate (208); the right part of the upper side of the gearbox (206) is connected with a first transmission shaft (204); the inner teeth of the gear ring (203) are meshed with the first flat gear (205); the gear ring (203) is connected with the cleaning assembly; the left part of the lower side of the gearbox (206) is connected with a second transmission shaft (207); the outer surface of the second transmission shaft (207) is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear (209).

The intelligent ventilation and heat dissipation electric cabinet of claim 5, wherein: the water cooling component comprises a waterproof plate (401), a limiting plate (402), a dustproof plate (403), a baffle (404), a drain pipe (405) and a water storage frame (406); the left side and the right side of the outer surface of the cabinet body (1) are respectively provided with a water storage frame (406); two waterproof boards (401) which are symmetrical left and right are fixedly connected to the upper side of the cabinet body (1); the upper side of the cabinet body (1) is rotatably connected with two dust-proof plates (403) which are symmetrical left and right through a torsion spring, and the two waterproof plates (401) are positioned between the two dust-proof plates (403); two baffles (404) which are symmetrical left and right are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the cabinet body (1), and the two baffles (404) are positioned above the adjacent dust-proof plates (403); two bilaterally symmetrical limiting plates (402) are fixedly connected to the upper side of the cabinet body (1), and the limiting plates (402) are positioned between the dustproof plate (403) on the same side and the waterproof plate (401) on the same side; one drain pipe (405) is arranged between the waterproof plate (401) and the dustproof plate (403) on the same side, and the lower ends of the two drain pipes (405) are respectively communicated with one water storage frame (406).
