Claims (11)

1. A method for preventing software upgrading package downloading of a vehicle from blocking is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a downloading request of the software upgrading package to a cloud server;
receiving task scheduling configuration information and downloading flow control information which are dynamically sent by a cloud server according to the downloading request;
analyzing the task scheduling configuration information and the downloading flow control information, dynamically managing the downloading of the software upgrading package according to the task scheduling configuration information, and dynamically updating the flow control strategy for downloading the software upgrading package according to the downloading flow control information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting the execution state of the software upgrading package downloaded by the vehicle end, detecting the use state of the vehicle end network, and feeding back the execution state of the software upgrading package downloaded by the vehicle end and the use state of the vehicle end network to the cloud server so as to enable the cloud server to dynamically adjust the task scheduling configuration information and the download flow control information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein parsing the task scheduling configuration information comprises:
and acquiring a download task priority configuration table and a download task classification, and dynamically managing the downloading of the software upgrading package according to the download task priority configuration table and the download task classification, wherein the download task priority comprises a high priority, a medium priority and a low priority, and the three priorities are downloaded from high priority to low priority.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein dynamically managing the downloading of the software upgrade package according to the task scheduling configuration information and dynamically updating the flow control policy for downloading the software upgrade package according to the download flow control information comprises:
when a plurality of software upgrading package downloading tasks are parallel, carrying out current limiting control or suspending downloading on the low-priority downloading task according to the task priority configuration table; when the downloading tasks with high priority and medium priority are completed, the downloading flow of the downloading task with low priority is dynamically improved.
5. An anti-blocking device for downloading a software upgrade package of a vehicle, comprising:
the request module is used for sending a downloading request of the software upgrading package to the cloud server;
the receiving module is used for receiving task scheduling configuration information and downloading flow control information which are dynamically sent by the cloud server according to the downloading request;
and the downloading module is used for analyzing the task scheduling configuration information and the downloading flow control information, dynamically managing the downloading of the software upgrading package according to the task scheduling configuration information, and dynamically updating the flow control strategy for downloading the software upgrading package according to the downloading flow control information.
6. The device according to claim 5, comprising a feedback module, configured to detect an execution status of the software upgrade package downloaded by the vehicle, detect a vehicle network usage status, and feed back the execution status of the software upgrade package downloaded by the vehicle and the vehicle network usage status to the cloud server, so that the cloud server dynamically adjusts the task scheduling configuration information and the download flow control information.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the download module comprises an analysis module, the analysis module is configured to obtain a download task priority configuration table and a download task category, and dynamically manage downloading of the software upgrade package according to the download task priority configuration table and the download task category, wherein the download task priority includes a high priority, a medium priority, and a low priority, and the three priorities are downloaded from the high priority to the low priority.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the download module comprises a flow control module, and the flow control module performs flow-limiting control or suspends downloading of a low-priority download task according to a task priority configuration table when a plurality of software upgrade package download tasks exist in parallel; and when the downloading tasks with high priority and medium priority are completed, dynamically improving the downloading flow of the downloading tasks with low priority.
9. A method for preventing software upgrading package downloading of a vehicle from blocking is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the vehicle end sends a downloading request of the software upgrading package to the cloud server;
the cloud server generates vehicle-end task scheduling configuration information and downloading flow control information, and responds to a downloading request of a vehicle end and sends the downloading request to the vehicle end;
and the cloud server receives the execution state of the vehicle-end downloaded software upgrading packet and the using state of the vehicle-end network, and dynamically updates the vehicle-end task scheduling configuration information and the downloading flow control information according to the execution state of the vehicle-end downloaded software upgrading packet and the using state of the vehicle-end network.
10. A vehicle comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, performing the steps of the method of anti-jamming of a software upgrade package download for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a computer, performs a method of preventing software upgrade package download blocking for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
