and S110, acquiring customer data, wherein the customers comprise a public customer and a private customer.
The public-private linkage client tag system establishing method of the embodiment can be applied to management of clients, and the method can be executed by a computer or a server deployed in an enterprise or an organization. The enterprise or organization may be any organization that provides services to customers and manages customer data through computers or servers. In the present application, a bank is taken as an example to describe the method for establishing the public-private linkage client tag system provided in the embodiment of the present application.
The customers can be mainly divided into two categories, namely, the public customers and the private customers, wherein the public customers refer to the customers registered by legal representatives of enterprises, public institutions, individual industrial and commercial businesses and the like, and the private customers refer to the customers registered by personal identity information. The business developed for the public client and the private client may be different, and even for the same business, there is a difference in the service flow and service requirements for the public client and the private client. At present, services for public customers and private customers are separated, and the association relationship between specific personnel in the public customers and the private customers is not fully considered, so that some services may have risks or business requirements of customers cannot be timely acquired. For example, for a bank, if a loan is overdue in an account of a private customer, and the customer is an enterprise legal representative or an actual controller of a public customer, the loan risk of the public customer is actually high, but currently, the risk cannot be known only by judging the account condition of the public customer, or the risk cannot be known after a business person inquires the risk. For example, the academic records, the working experiences and other conditions of a plurality of private customers can reflect that the private customers are all customers with strong scientific research capability, and the customers are all employees of a certain pair of public customers, so that the public customers can be identified as high-tech enterprises, and the bank can carry out key capital support on the public customers, but at present, a large amount of data analysis needs to be carried out by a specially-assigned person of the bank to obtain the information, and the timely financial service is not provided for the customers.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application provides a public-private linkage client tag system construction method, which comprises the steps of establishing client tag figures of a public client and a private client, establishing a public-private association relationship in the client tag figures, namely determining the association relationship between the public client and the associated personnel in the private client, and displaying the client tag figures of the clients, so that business personnel can know whether the public client and the private client have personnel association in time and know the relevant information of the associated personnel, and can find various existing problems or business service requirements in time.
In this embodiment, first, client data is obtained, where the client data includes public client data and private client data. The customer data can be obtained from the customer service system, and the customer data can comprise at least one type of data information of each customer, such as basic information including region information and contact information, various information related to fund transactions, various business handling and practical information and the like. In summary, data information of various clients can be acquired from an internal user database.
The acquisition of the client data is performed by a computer or a server deployed in the system, and the acquired client data is also stored in a database inside the system, so that the client data is not output to the outside of the system. In addition, the acquired client data can not be directly displayed to business processing personnel, but the client data is processed after being acquired and the processed data is displayed to the business processing personnel, so that the client data can not be leaked, and the safety of the client data is ensured.
In one embodiment, to further ensure the security of the customer data, the acquired customer data may be encrypted customer data. In the database of the system, in order to ensure the security of the client data, the client data is stored in an encrypted form, so that the encrypted client data can be directly obtained in the embodiment, and particularly, the encrypted data information can be obtained for the personal sensitive information part of the client. When the acquired client data are encrypted data, the data can be processed and analyzed according to the encrypted data, and importantly, when the association relationship between the public client and the private client is determined, the determination of the association relationship cannot be influenced by comparing the encrypted data, and the method for establishing the public-private linkage client tag system provided by the embodiment of the application cannot be influenced.
And S120, classifying the client data according to different feature dimensions to obtain a client label portrait of each client, wherein the client label portrait comprises a public-private association relation between an enterprise of a public client and an individual of a private client.
