and step S100, acquiring a calendar mode selection instruction input by a user, and displaying calendar information of a corresponding mode based on the calendar mode selection instruction.
The terminal device has a program running thereon which is capable of displaying a calendar, and in which a schedule can also be created in the relevant date of the calendar. And when the user needs to check, the related schedule information is displayed. When a user needs to adjust the time of a certain schedule, a calendar mode selection instruction needs to be acquired first, wherein the calendar mode selection instruction can be input by the user through an input unit, for example, the user can select the calendar mode by clicking a mouse or a touch screen. The calendar information can be adjusted to be displayed in different modes through the calendar mode selection instruction. The calendar information of the plurality of modes may include: calendar information in units of months and calendar information in units of days. The calendar information is displayed on the display unit in the form of a chart, for example, calendar information in a time unit of month, corresponding year and month are displayed at the upper left corner position, and corresponding dates are sequentially arranged in the middle of the screen in the order of monday to sunday. Clicking on the corresponding date may display the corresponding calendar list under the corresponding date. Calendar information with days as time units is displayed at the upper left corner, corresponding year, month and day information is displayed in the middle of the screen, the calendar information is sequentially arranged from top to bottom according to the sequence of 0-24 hours, and a schedule list corresponding to a corresponding time period can be displayed by clicking the corresponding hour. The calendar information is displayed in a mode of taking a month as a time unit, and when the schedule to be adjusted is adjusted, the calendar information is adjusted by taking a day as the time unit; and displaying the calendar information in a mode of taking the day as a time unit, and adjusting in units of hours when the schedule to be adjusted is adjusted.
Step S200, acquiring selection operation input by a user and based on a first date in the calendar information.
Based on the calendar information displayed on the reality unit, the user can select the date, namely the first date, where the schedule to be adjusted needs to be adjusted through the input unit. For example, the selecting operation may be: clicking a first date in the calendar information by the user through a mouse, or double clicking the first date in the calendar information through the mouse; the corresponding first date and the like can be selected through the touch panel; if the display unit is a touch screen, the corresponding first date can be directly clicked on the screen, and the corresponding first date can be pressed on the screen for a long time. The embodiment does not specifically limit what kind of input unit is used for selection operation, and only the first date can be selected through the operation input unit.
And step S300, extracting and displaying a first date list of the first date based on the selection operation.
And after the first date is determined through the selection operation, extracting a first schedule list corresponding to the first date. The first schedule list is a schedule established by a user under the first schedule, and is formed in a time sequence in a list form. The first schedule list is displayed on the display unit in the form of a chart. For example, the first calendar list may be displayed below the calendar information; the first date and the second date are displayed in the display unit corresponding to the first date, and the display position is not specifically limited in the embodiment, and only needs to be displayed. The first schedule list may be displayed in a list form when displayed, for example, a first schedule is displayed in a first row, a second schedule is displayed in a second row, and so on. The plurality of schedules are arranged in chronological order from top to bottom. When the schedule is displayed, the schedule theme can be displayed; the time slot information can also be added before the schedule theme. The embodiment does not specifically limit how to display, and only needs to be able to display and distinguish each schedule.
In step S400, a sliding operation of the user based on the schedule to be adjusted in the first schedule list is obtained, and the schedule to be adjusted is adjusted to the second date in the calendar information.
Based on the first date list displayed on the display unit, the user selects a schedule to be adjusted of which the date needs to be adjusted in the first date list through the input unit, and moves the schedule to be adjusted by a sliding operation by a second date, thereby adjusting the time period of the schedule to be adjusted from the first date to the second date. Wherein, the sliding operation can be: clicking a schedule to be adjusted of time required to be adjusted by a user through a mouse, and moving the mouse to a second date so as to move the schedule to be adjusted to the second date; if the display unit is a touch screen, the user can press the schedule to be adjusted on the screen for a long time through fingers and slide on the screen to move the schedule to be adjusted to the second date. The embodiment does not specifically limit what kind of input unit is used for sliding operation, and only the requirement that the schedule to be adjusted can be selected through the operation input unit and moved is met.
According to the schedule adjusting method provided by the embodiment of the application, a calendar mode selection instruction input by a user is obtained, calendar information of a corresponding mode is displayed based on the calendar mode selection instruction, a selection operation based on a first date in the calendar information and input by the user is obtained, a first schedule list corresponding to the first date is extracted based on the selection operation, the first schedule list is displayed, and finally, a sliding operation based on a schedule to be adjusted in the first schedule list is obtained by the user, and the schedule to be adjusted is adjusted to a second date in the calendar information. The schedule to be adjusted is determined in the first schedule list through sliding operation, and then the schedule to be adjusted is directly moved to a second date to be adjusted according to the sliding operation, namely the schedule to be adjusted is directly moved to the second date through the sliding operation to complete adjustment, so that the time for adjusting the schedule can be saved, and the operation flow can be reduced.
The embodiment also provides a schedule time adjusting method. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a schedule time adjustment method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
in step S410, a sliding operation of the user based on the schedule to be adjusted in the first schedule list is acquired.
After the first schedule list is acquired and displayed, a user inputs a sliding operation based on the displayed calendar information and the first schedule list, the sliding operation aims to select a schedule to be adjusted of which the date needs to be adjusted, and the schedule to be adjusted is moved to a second date in a sliding mode. That is, the slide operation includes two operations, one being a selection operation and one being a movement operation. The selection operation is used for selecting a schedule to be adjusted in the first schedule list, and the moving operation is used for moving the schedule to be adjusted in the first date to the second date.
Step S420, based on the sliding operation, determining a schedule to be adjusted corresponding to the sliding operation and a second date corresponding to the sliding operation when the sliding operation is ended.
The sliding operation comprises a selection operation and a moving operation, and a schedule to be adjusted corresponding to the selection operation is selected from the first schedule list based on the selection operation; the selection operation may be a click operation or a double-click operation performed by a mouse, or a long-time press operation or a double-click operation on a touch screen, and the like. Based on the move operation, a second date in the corresponding calendar information at the end of the move operation is determined. The moving operation can be a mouse moving operation under the condition that the schedule to be adjusted is selected; the schedule to be adjusted may also be operated by sliding a finger on the touch screen under the condition that the schedule to be adjusted is selected. The moving operation finally moves the position where the movement is stopped, that is, the selected second date.
Step S430, a second schedule list of the second date is obtained, the schedule to be adjusted is added to the second schedule list, and the corresponding schedule to be adjusted in the first schedule list is deleted.
And after the second date is selected, acquiring a second schedule list corresponding to the second date, wherein the second schedule list is a schedule established by the user on the second date and is formed in time sequence in a list form. After the second schedule list is acquired, the second schedule list may be displayed on the display unit, and the second schedule list is displayed on the display unit in a graph form. After that, the schedule to be adjusted is added to the second schedule list, and the schedule to be adjusted in the first schedule list is deleted at the same time.
According to the embodiment, based on the sliding operation, the schedule to be adjusted in the first schedule list is directly adjusted to the second schedule list in a sliding mode, so that the operation of adjusting the schedule time is simplified, and the whole adjusting operation is more convenient, faster and more convenient.
In one embodiment, when obtaining the calendar information, a calendar mode selection instruction input by a user can be obtained firstly; and selecting and acquiring the calendar information of one mode from the calendar information of the multiple modes according to the calendar mode selection instruction, and displaying. Wherein, the calendar information time unit of the plurality of modes is different. The calendar mode selection command can be input by the user through the input unit, can be selected by clicking through a mouse, and can also be selected by clicking on a touch screen. The plurality of modes of calendar information may include: calendar information in units of months and calendar information in units of days. The calendar information with the month as a time unit is displayed on the display unit as a whole month, and numbers 1-30/31 are arranged in the sequence from Monday to Sunday; the calendar with the day as the time unit is displayed on the display unit as a whole day, and 0-24 hours are arranged according to the time sequence. Through the calendar mode selection instruction, it is possible to switch between the two modes of calendar information. If the calendar information takes a month as a time unit, the first date and the second date are both days; that is, adjusting the schedule to be adjusted at this time is adjusting from one date to another in the same month, for example, adjusting the schedule to be adjusted from 7 months and 7 days to 7 months and 22 days. If the calendar information is in time units of days, the first date and the second date are both hours. That is, the schedule to be adjusted at this time is adjusted from one hour period to another hour period in the same day, for example, the schedule to be adjusted is adjusted from 7 months, 7 days, 10:00-11 to 7 months, 7 days 14-00.
According to the embodiment, the calendar information in different modes can be switched according to the time of adjustment, adjustment can be performed by taking days as a unit, adjustment can also be performed by taking hours as a unit, more adjustment requirements can be met, and the adjustment process is further convenient and fast.
The embodiment also provides a schedule time adjusting method. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a schedule adding method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the flowchart includes the following steps:
in step S431, a second schedule list corresponding to the second date is acquired.
In step S432, it is determined whether all the schedules to be handled in the second schedule list conflict with the schedules to be adjusted.
First, all schedules to be handled in the second schedule list are obtained, wherein the schedules to be handled are other schedules which are scheduled by the user for the second date and need to be reminded. If there is no other schedule in the second date, that is, there is no other schedule in the second schedule list, the schedule to be adjusted can be directly inserted into the second schedule list. If other schedules exist in the second date, all schedules to be handled in the second schedule list need to be acquired. And then extracting first time information corresponding to all schedules to be handled, wherein the first time information refers to the time information of all schedules to be handled. For example, there are three schedules in the second schedule list, and the time corresponding to the first schedule is 9-10; the time corresponding to the second to-do schedule is 14-00; the time for the third to-Do schedule is 17-00. At this time, the first time information includes: 9. And extracting second time information corresponding to the schedule to be adjusted, wherein the second time information refers to the time information of the schedule to be adjusted. For example, the schedule original time information to be adjusted is 7 months, 7 days, 11 00-12, and after adjusting to 22 days, the schedule original time information is 7 months, 22 days, 11-00. At this time, the second time information is 11. And finally, determining whether the first time information and the second time information are overlapped or not according to the first time information and the second time information. The following are exemplified: the first time information includes: 9. If the second time information is 11-00, then there is no temporal overlap, i.e. there is no conflict between all schedules to be handled in the second schedule list and schedules to be adjusted; if the second time information includes 14-15.
Step S4331, if there is no conflict, adding the schedule to be adjusted to the second schedule list.
If no conflict exists, the schedule to be adjusted can be directly added to the second schedule list, and the schedule to be adjusted in the first schedule list can be deleted. Thereby completing the schedule adjustment.
In step S4341, if there is a conflict, the idle time information is determined based on the first time information.
If a conflict exists, the conflict prompt can be performed on the user, and an other idle time can be intelligently recommended. That is, it is necessary to determine the idle time information based on the first time information. The first time information is the time occupied by the schedule during the day, and the free time is the time without the schedule during the day, namely the rest of the day except the first time information. Exemplary, the first time information includes: 9. The idle time includes: 0.
Step S4342, adjust the second time information to the idle time information, and add the schedule to be adjusted to the second schedule list.
If the first time information includes: 9-10, 00-00 and 17: 0-00, 10-00, 15. The second time information may be adjusted in the order of the existing schedule, and other free time. Because, 14. After the adjustment, the schedule to be adjusted is added to the second schedule list. If the current date has no proper free time, prompting can be carried out, whether the current date can be extended to the next day or not is inquired, and if the user clicks and confirms, the schedule to be adjusted is adjusted to be extended to the next day needing adjusting the date.
This embodiment can be when modulating schedule time, whether the time after the detection adjustment can produce the conflict to under the condition that can produce the conflict, when will adjusting automatically, adjust to idle time again, further make whole schedule adjustment more convenient, efficient.
The embodiment of the application also provides a method for changing by dragging the schedule in the calendar of the mobile phone terminal. When the calendar interface has schedules to be handled, a schedule list pops up by pressing the date in the calendar for a long time, and the schedule list displays all the schedules to be handled in the date. Pressing the schedule for a long time in the list, at which time the schedule becomes draggable. Dragging the schedule to other dates, reading and displaying the schedule list of the new date at the moment, moving the original schedule to the new list, keeping the rest contents unchanged, and enabling the schedule in the original date to disappear. When the calendar is displayed in a month unit, the schedule can be changed in a day unit, and when the calendar is displayed in a day unit, the schedule can be changed in an hour unit. The user can perform schedule time adjustment from day to day and hour to hour by switching calendar units. The calendar list order coincides with the time order. When the changed schedule time conflicts with the existing schedule time of the new date, the system prompts the user of the time conflict and intelligently recommends other idle time. The order of the idle time recommendations is: after an existing task, before an existing task, other idle times. If there is no free time, the system prompts the user for the current unavailable free time and asks whether to proceed to the next day. By the method of the embodiment, the process of editing the schedule by the user can be simplified.
