Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The embodiment is not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional modifications of the invention according to the embodiment are included in the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a preferred embodiment of the drawer assembly 100 according to the present invention is shown, for convenience of description, hereinafter, a side of the drawer assembly 100 close to the consumer is referred to as a front side, a side far from the consumer is referred to as a rear side, and one direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction is defined as a lateral direction, and the other direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction is defined as a height direction.
The refrigerator of the present invention includes a storage compartment in which at least one drawer assembly 100 is provided to be pushed and pulled back and forth.
The drawer assembly 100 includes a drawer 1 fixedly connected to a refrigerator door 5 and a tray 2 slidably connected to the drawer 1, the drawer 1 has a pair of first sidewalls 12 disposed opposite to each other in a lateral direction and an accommodating space 10 defined between the pair of first sidewalls 12, and the tray 2 is slidably disposed at an upper portion in the accommodating space 10 in a front-rear direction.
A pair of first rollers 3 are respectively arranged at two sides of the tray 2 in the transverse direction, each first side wall 12 is provided with a slideway 120 for the first rollers 3 at the same side to slide back and forth, and the tray 2 stays still before the drawer 1 extends forwards by a preset distance in the process that the drawer 1 is pulled forwards from a closed state; when the drawer 1 continues to move forward after being extended forward by a distance greater than the predetermined distance, the tray 2 moves forward with the drawer 1.
The tray 2 has a pair of second side walls 21 disposed opposite to each other in the lateral direction, and the first roller 3 is connected to the outside of the second side walls 21 in the lateral direction.
As shown in fig. 7, each of the first rollers 3 includes a wheel body 31, a fixing member 32 for fixing the wheel body 31 to the wheel body, and a damper ring 34 mounted on the wheel body 31, and a groove 312 for accommodating the damper ring 34 is concavely formed on an outer circumferential surface of the wheel body 31.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the tray 2 further comprises a pair of supporting walls 212 protruding on the outer surface of the corresponding second side wall 21, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 213 connected to the supporting walls 212, wherein each supporting wall 212 extends along the front-rear direction, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 213 are arranged along the front-rear direction, and each reinforcing rib 213 is perpendicular to the supporting wall 212.
In addition, each of the second side walls 21 further has a first mounting portion 214 protruding from an outer wall surface thereof, and the first mounting portion 214 has a mounting hole 2141 extending in a lateral direction for mounting the first roller 3. In this embodiment, the fixing member 32 is a threaded fastener, and extends into the mounting hole 2141 after passing through the through hole on the wheel body 31, so as to fixedly connect the first roller 3 to the outer side of the tray 2.
A pair of second rollers 4 are connected to the inner side of the first side wall 12 of the drawer 1, and the pair of support walls 212 rest on the second rollers 4 and enable the second rollers 4 to slide back and forth along the corresponding support walls 212.
Each first side wall 12 is provided with a yielding zone 121 formed by outwards sinking from the inner surface of the first side wall, a step surface 122 for limiting the yielding zone 121, and a limiting wall 123 positioned on the upper side of the step surface 122, wherein the limiting wall 123 is positioned in the yielding zone 121 and forms the slideway 120 with the step surface 122 along the height direction at intervals.
In the present invention, the second roller 4 is positioned at the rear side of the stopper wall 123 and above the stepped surface 122.
Each first side wall 12 is further provided with a stop wall 124 located at the front side of the stop wall 123 and connecting the stop wall 123 with the step surface 122, the stop wall 124 is an arc wall that arches forward, when the drawer 1 is in a closed state, the first roller 3 is stopped by the stop wall 124 at the same side, so as to prevent the first roller 3 and the tray 2 fixedly connected by the first roller 3 from sliding forward.
Each of the first side walls 12 is further provided with an elastic arm 125 protruding toward the accommodating space 10, the rear end of the elastic arm 125 is a fixed end, the front end of the elastic arm 125 is a free end, the front end of the elastic arm is provided with a protruding portion 1251 protruding into the accommodating space 10, and the elastic arm 125 is located at the front side of the second roller 4.
Each of the first side walls 12 further has a second mounting portion 126 disposed in the yielding region 121 and protruding from an inner wall surface thereof toward the interior of the accommodating space 10, the second mounting portion 126 has the same structure as the first mounting portion 124, and the second roller 4 and the first roller 3 have the same structure and are not described herein.
And, in the front-rear direction, a mounting channel 127 is left between the second mounting portion 126 and the elastic arm 125, and the length of the mounting channel 127 in the front-rear direction is greater than the outer diameter of the first roller 3, so that the tray 2 can be mounted to the drawer 1 from top to bottom.
When the drawer 1 is protruded forward by more than the predetermined distance, the first roller 3 is stopped by the protruding part so that the tray 2 moves synchronously with the drawer 1 without additional tension. Since the front end of the elastic arm 125 is a free end, the first rollers 3 at both sides of the tray 2 are downwardly received from the receiving channel 127 during the process of downwardly receiving the tray 2 into the drawer 1, and then the tray 2 is pushed forward and the first rollers 3 at both sides thereof are passed over the protruding portion 1251 of the elastic arm 125 forward, so that the tray 2 is slidably coupled with the drawer 1.
In the closed state of the drawer 1, the projection of the tray 2 on the horizontal plane completely falls into the projection of the drawer 1 on the horizontal plane, and the integral push-pull structure and the front-back sliding of the drawer 2 are not affected.
Before the drawer 1 is pulled forward by the closed state, the second roller 4 slides forward along the corresponding supporting wall 212 before the drawer 1 is extended forward by a predetermined distance, the stopper wall 124 moves forward to disengage the first roller 3 from its stopped position, and the first roller 3 slides backward in the slideway 120 relative to the step surface 122 and the stopper wall 123 until the first roller 3 is stopped by the protrusion 1251 of the elastic arm 125, at which time the drawer is extended forward by a predetermined distance, and then the tray 2 is stopped by the protrusion 1251 to move synchronously while the drawer 1 continues to be pulled outward.
The length of the support wall 212 in the front-rear direction is longer than the length of the stopper wall 123 in the front-rear direction, so that the tray 2 can slide forward with respect to the drawer 1.
In addition, in the transverse direction, a space is left between each of the supporting walls 212 and the adjacent limiting wall 123.
As shown in fig. 4, the bottom surface 23 of the tray 2 is higher than the upper end surface 141 of the rear wall 14 of the drawer 1 in Gao Dufang, so as to avoid being blocked by the bottom of the tray 2 during the front-back pushing and pulling of the drawer 1.
The outer wall surface of the first side wall 12 of the drawer 1 is provided with a movable rail 127, so that the drawer 1 can slide back and forth in the refrigerator body. The drawer 1 is matched with the buckling holes on the refrigerator door body 5 through buckling parts 13 on two sides of the front part of the drawer, so that the drawer 1 and the refrigerator door body 5 are fixed.
The refrigerator further has a handle 6 mounted to the front side of the refrigerator door 5, and a user pushes and pulls the drawer assembly 100 by applying a push-pull force through the handle 6.
