If no impurities exist in the sludge or the size of the impurities is smaller than the size of the holes formed in the sludge discharge barrier 92, the piston rods of the two extrusion hydraulic cylinders (the second driving device 22) can reach the maximum stroke when extending out, the front end surfaces of the 9 first extrusion heads 11 are simultaneously moved forwards to positions close to the inner side of the sludge discharge barrier 92, and the first driving devices 12 in the 9 first extrusion heads 11 do not act in the whole process.
When the size of impurities contained in the sludge is larger than that of holes formed in the sludge discharging barrier 92, piston rods of two extrusion hydraulic cylinders (second driving devices 22) extend out to drive the front end face of a second extrusion head 21 consisting of 9 first extrusion heads 11 to move forwards to compress the sludge until the impurities simultaneously contact the inner side of the sludge discharging barrier 92 and the front end face of the second extrusion head 21, the extrusion head assemblies are prevented by the impurities from moving forwards continuously, so that the pressure of hydraulic oil in the two extrusion hydraulic cylinders (second driving devices 22) rises, and when a set value is reached, the two extrusion hydraulic cylinders (second driving devices 22) stop moving forwards. At the moment, hydraulic oil is supplied to the 9 sub-oil cylinders (the first driving device 12) simultaneously, and due to the blocking effect of impurities, all the extrusion head assemblies with the impurities in front cannot move forwards, and the extrusion head assemblies without the impurities in front continue to move forwards under the driving of the sub-oil cylinders (the first driving device 12) on the extrusion head assemblies to compress sludge until the extrusion head assemblies are close to the inner side of the sludge discharge barrier 92. If there are smaller sized foreign objects blocking the advancing extrusion head assembly during the advance, the blocked extrusion head assembly will also stop advancing.

As shown in fig. 6 to 7, the first extrusion mechanism is an extrusion mechanism without a sealing structure, and includes a first extrusion head 11, a first driving device 12, and an extrusion head mount 16; the first extrusion head 11 comprises an extrusion section 13 and a connecting section 14, and one end of an extrusion head mounting seat 16 is fixed on a plane on one side of the extrusion movable beam 24 far away from the first extrusion fixed beam 23; the first driving device 12 is a hydraulic oil cylinder, a cylinder body of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixed on the extrusion movable beam 24, and a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder sequentially penetrates through the extrusion movable beam 24 and the extrusion head mounting base 16 to be connected with the connecting section 14.
In the first extrusion head 11 shown in fig. 7, the extrusion section 13 is square, the connecting section 14 is diamond-shaped, and the connecting section 14 away from the extrusion section 13 may be of equal shape for connection with the first driving device 12.
In particular embodiments, the shape of first extrusion head 11 may be at least one of square, circular, diamond, or profiled.

As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the first extrusion mechanism is an extrusion mechanism without a sealing structure, and includes a first extrusion head 11, a first driving device 12, an extrusion head mounting base 16, a first extrusion head guide 18, and a mud scraper assembly 19; the first extrusion head 11 comprises an extrusion section 13 and a connection section 14, and one end of an extrusion head mounting seat 16 is fixed on a plane of one side of the extrusion movable beam 24 far away from the first extrusion fixed beam 23; the first extrusion head guide part 18 and the mud scraper component 19 are both in a square frame structure corresponding to the first extrusion head 11 one by one, and the first extrusion head guide part 18 and the mud scraper component 19 are sequentially fixed on one side of the extrusion head mounting seat 16, which is far away from the extrusion movable beam 24, so that the first extrusion head 11 can pass through the square frame structure when extrusion action occurs.
The first extrusion head guide member 18 can provide a guiding function for the advance or retreat of the first extrusion head 11, provide radial force for the connecting section and reduce the abrasion caused by uneven force during the extrusion process. When the first driving device 12 drives the first extrusion head 11 to advance alone, the first extrusion head 11 penetrates out of the mud scraper assembly 19, that is, the front end of the first extrusion head 11 exceeds the mud scraper assembly 19, and when the first extrusion head 11 retracts, the mud scraper assembly 19 can scrape out the sludge adhered to the first extrusion head 11, so that an effective cleaning effect is achieved.
The first driving devices 12 are hydraulic oil cylinders, the first driving devices 12 are communicated through pipelines, and a set of hydraulic system is adopted for controlling, so that the first driving devices 12 operate in a linkage mode.
Because a set of hydraulic system control is adopted, in the process that the first driving device 12 drives the first extrusion heads 11 to advance to extrude mud, each first extrusion head 11 can independently advance (without head aligning and advancing) according to different resistances, so that the running distances of the extrusion sections 13 are different, large pieces of mud are prevented from being adhered to the end surfaces of the extrusion sections 13, and the effect of scraping the mud on the side surfaces of the extrusion sections is also realized when the first extrusion heads 11 retract backwards.
