(7) The outer package is packaged by a steel belt, and one end of the package is flush;
(8) Packaging with a packaging bag, and fixing with bamboo chips.
Preferably, the soft material in step (1) is rubber or carpet.
Preferably, the number of the anti-collision rings in the step (2) is 5-7, the number of the anti-collision rings is determined according to the fixed length of the round steel, and the distance between every two anti-collision rings is 0.9-1.2m.
