s10, assembling an upper plate: in order to improve the bonding strength of the upper plate, bonding a finished L-shaped piece at the bottoms of all the transverse frames and all the longitudinal frames, and polishing and cleaning the right-angle outer surfaces of the L-shaped pieces; smearing structural adhesive at the bonding position, and pressurizing by adopting a C-shaped clamp after bonding in place; before the upper plate is hoisted and assembled, a glue gun is adopted to smear structural glue on the upper surface of the finished L-shaped part; the upper plate is in a hanging mode, penetrates through holes of all pipelines from top to bottom, and then vertically falls down in alignment with the installation position.
Before S10, fixing the finished L-shaped material in place in advance, observing whether the L-shaped material is on the same horizontal plane by adopting a rope straightening method, and then coating structural adhesive and adjusting in a gasket mode; and then bonding the finished L-shaped parts at the bottoms of all the transverse frames and the longitudinal frames.

The assembly process of all parts is pre-assembled and positioned firstly, and the positioning work of hand lay-up forming is carried out after the dimension is confirmed to be free of problems according to the drawing.
