After the cleaning solution is pumped into the pipeline 21 by the water pump 17, the cleaning solution is split into water pipes 22 and flows into the hydraulic pipe 16, the water pressure in the hydraulic pipe 16 rises, the push rod 15 in the hydraulic pipe 16 is further pushed to slide, the push rod 15 pushes the second carrying disc 12 to slide, the second carrying disc 12 drives the second rack 14 to move in the moving process, and then the first gear 4 is driven to rotate, and the rack and the first carrying disc 11 on the rack are driven to slide. That is, after the water pump 17 is activated for supporting, the second carrier tray 12 for storing medical waste is extended to facilitate the subsequent examination and the placement of medical waste during operation. At the same time, the first carrier tray 11 is retracted to properly store personal items, clothing, etc. that the patient has previously removed.

As a preferred embodiment of the invention, a groove is formed on the upper end surface of the clamping block, and the bottom surface of the groove is an inclined surface; the disinfection solution is stored in the groove, a through water outlet groove is formed in the upper portion, far away from the inner wall of the bed body, of the groove, and a drip irrigation pipeline 33 is embedded in the water outlet groove. The sliding rod slides along the edge of the bed body, and the second gear 31 rolls along the third rack 30, and drives the first rotating shaft to rotate, so as to drive the first sprocket 28 on the first rotating shaft to rotate. When the first sprocket 28 rotates, the second sprocket 29 is driven to rotate through the transmission chain 35, and then the cross rod 34 is driven to rotate, so that the baffle rotates to be in a vertical state, the bottom surface of the baffle faces the bed body, and medical staff can conveniently take out the vaginal speculum for examination. And the supporting plate rotates to a horizontal state, so that medical staff can conveniently place elbows or other appliances during examination. In addition, when the baffle rotates to the vertical state, the disinfectant in the groove flows onto the inner wall of the groove far away from the bed body, so that the disinfectant in the groove flows out of the drip irrigation pipeline 33, and the second carrier plate is immediately disinfected before and after inspection.

the branch pipe is connected with a water pipe in series, the base is provided with two sliding grooves which are distributed up and down, the two sliding grooves are respectively connected with a first carrying disc and a second carrying disc in a sliding mode, the first carrying disc is used for storing personal articles of patients, and the second carrying disc is used for storing medical wastes; the side wall of the second carrying disc is fixedly connected with a push rod which is horizontally arranged, a hydraulic pipe is arranged on one side, far away from the second carrying disc, of the push rod, the push rod is slidably connected with the inner wall of the hydraulic pipe in a water-tight manner, and the tail end of the water pipe is connected with the hydraulic pipe; the first rack is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the first carrying disc, the second rack is fixedly connected to the upper end of the second carrying disc, a first gear is arranged between the first rack and the second rack, the first gear is meshed with the first rack and the second rack respectively, and the first gear is connected with the base in a rotating mode.
